The unstable conditions of the market economy force the leadership of economic entities to especially carefully monitor the provision of economic security. An important tool in the activities of the economic security services (ECS) of enterprises can be management analysis tools. The goal of the study is to identify the most effective elements of the management analysis method, through which economic security specialists can protect firms from internal threats as effectively as possible. In article the author systematized theoretical aspects of ensuring economic security of the enterprises, presented results of observation and the analysis of work of services of economic security in 40 firms of the real sector of economy of the Central Federal District (CFD) and also offered key indicators for assessment of the weakest points in activity of experts of ECS. The author recommended key indicators for evaluation: forecasting the activities of enterprises, their effectiveness in terms of alternative projects, investment security. The author believes that key indicators should be calculated and analyzed as part of the express monitoring of enterprises in order to identify potential economic threats as quickly as possible, but easily. In order to assess the forecasting of the financial and economic activities of enterprises and the effectiveness of their functioning in the context of alternative projects, specialists of economic security services should, first of all, subject the operating processes of the company to checks: supply, production, sales.

In this work, we report the application of Raman microspectroscopy for analysis of the refractive index of a range of tissue phantoms. Using both a custom-developed setup with visible laser source and a commercial micro-spectrometer with near infrared laser, we measured the Raman spectra of gelatin hydrogels at various concentrations. By building a calibration curve from measured refractometry data and Raman scattering intensity for different vibrational modes of the hydrogel, we were able to predict the refractive indices of the gels from their Raman spectra. This work highlights the importance of a correlative approach through Brillouin-Raman microspectroscopy for the mechano-chemical analysis of biologically relevant samples.

The article presents a method for calculating the technical condition of the tower crane on the basis of integrated monitoring of the mechanisms of the lifting structure using a digital model.The use of information technologies allows to take a new look at the issues of ensuring the safe operation of lifting mechanisms. Due to the application of these technologies, a qualitatively new method of calculating the technical condition of tower cranes on the basis of an integral-differential approach, which takes into account the score of defects, according to the regulatory documentation, is proposed. The concept of the technical condition index of the tower crane (TCItc), as an integral indicator reflecting the general condition of the nodes and mechanisms of the crane, is introduced. The use of information technologies to calculate the technical condition index of tower cranes makes it possible to integrate the geometric parameters of the tower crane and a mathematical algorithm for their evaluation, which results in a quantitative assessment of defects formed during the operation of tower cranes.

The article substantiates the need for continuous monitoring of the state of the environment both in the territories of the object under construction and in the areas of improvement works. The method of nuclear-magnetic spectroscopy is proposed, which allows carrying out ecological express monitoring of the state of condensed media (for example, water, silt, various mixtures, etc.) in real time. The results of ecological express monitoring are presented and recommendations for its more effective application are given.

Recently the number of materials and goods produced by nanotechnology has been growing rapidly, leading to an increased penetration of nanoparticles into biosystems. To assess the risks associated with the production and circulation of nanoproducts should be developed methods for the rapid diagnostics of nanopathology. In this work, it has been experimentally shown that the introduction of metal oxides nanoparticles (TiO2, ZnO, Al2O3, CeO2) to laboratory mice leads to changes some profiles of specific hematological and biochemical blood parameters. Therefore for the purpose of early detection of symptoms of intoxication as benchmarks of the influence of metal oxide nanoparticles on living organisms can recommend express monitoring of peripheral blood (red blood parameters) and biochemical parameters of blood serum (activity of aminotransferases and indicators of nitrogen metabolism). The chosen indicators of blood can serve as diagnostic biomarkers in the development of rapid tests of primary monitoring of the impact of metal oxide nanoparticles on biological systems.

The description developed in а scientific and practical work the author method of expert qualimetric method the value of a city architectural and historical environment, approved by the example of Samara city. Through this method obtained а pragmatic (qualimetric) value pattern. Sociological questionnaire express monitoring allowed to make a mental value pattern. A comparative analysis of the pragmatic and mental value patterns found a significant overlap. Both from the study value patterns are subjective and heavily biased towards the objective value pattern. Thus, the contradiction of objectives and results in the protection of cultural heritage is due to irrelevant ratio objective, mental and pragmatic value pattern of architectural and historical environment.
