Madrasah is an institution of Islamic education in Indonesia. Madrasah is one of  the pillars of education, especially Islam. Madrasah existence has long been a part of education in Indonesia. Principals are as one person in charge of educational institutions should be able to change the old paradigm into a new paradigm that is better in order to achieve the expected goals, as leader Principals are required to be able to move, influence, encourage, encourage, guide, advise, guide , ordering, commanding, forbidding, giving rewards, and give punishment (punishing, if necessary) and developing with the intention that man as a media management willing to work in order to achieve the purpose stated in the madrasah effectively and efficiently. Behavior Management Principals in applying Modern Education in Madrasah Al-Ikhlas Diniyah Muhammadiyah Lamongan Sugihan solokuro appear once on the implementation of everyday tasks are always stressed and gave the example of the motto upright, Discipline, and Creative (IDK). Ikhlas is the spirit of the devotion and Discipline is the real form of devotion while Creative is the ability to generate ideas and action so that what ditampilakan not static and boring. While the problems faced, ranging from problems of limited time, infrastructure, finance, and communication has not been established to the maximum, the usual problem faced by almost all educational institutions. But all this could be overcome by optimizing existing resources, as well as synergies with existing institutions, could be the best solution for the development and advancement of Madrasah Al-Ikhlas Diniyah this. The success of Islamic religious education in Madrasah Al-Ikhlas Diniyah Sugihan solokuro Muhammadiyah Lamongan, supported by the human resources component is very concerned about education. The success was evident from the seriousness of all the stakeholders, all of which was not separated from the help of Allah ..

This essay presents the oblique listening as a usual problem in schools, it aims to discuss the ways students’ speeches, manifestations and discourses are tuned to the point of losing their immanent strength. Affirming that there is some insistence on tuning the listening in schools even in pedagogical theories, this text points to unusual students enunciations as an ethical duty. Methodologically, this research took place in two public schools in the state of Espírito Santo, creating conversations network with students and teachers. Therefore, gambling on the perspective of a distracted listening, the essay proposes to pay attention not only to the silences or to the wicked listening, but first it appeals to point to other speeches that reverberate producing some insurrection. If the pedagogical listening focus on some students, the goal is to see, in less prestigious bodies, the crack on the ungovernable listening.

We consider the exterior as well as the interior free-boundary Bernoulli problem associated with the infinity-Laplacian under a non-autonomous boundary condition. Recall that the Bernoulli problem involves two domains: one is given, the other is unknown. Concerning the exterior problem we assume that the given domain has a positive reach, and prove an existence and uniqueness result together with an explicit representation of the solution. Concerning the interior problem, we obtain a similar result under the assumption that the complement of the given domain has a positive reach. In particular, for the interior problem we show that uniqueness holds in contrast to the usual problem associated to the Laplace operator.

An usual problem in statistics consists in estimating the minimizer of a convex function. When we have to deal with large samples taking values in high dimensional spaces, stochastic gradient algorithms and their averaged versions are efficient candidates. Indeed, (1) they do not need too much computational efforts, (2) they do not need to store all the data, which is crucial when we deal with big data, (3) they allow to simply update the estimates, which is important when data arrive sequentially. The aim of this work is to give asymptotic and non asymptotic rates of convergence of stochastic gradient estimates as well as of their averaged versions when the function we would like to minimize is only locally strongly convex.

SUMMARYMedical care of critically ill patients is complex and resource intensive. Systemic inflammation is a usual problem among critically ill patients; however, the effects of common medications on inflammation has not been adequately studied.Aim: To explore associations between sedation and opioid analgesics with common inflammatory markers in critically ill patients treated in intensive care units (ICU).Methods: This is a retrospective descriptive correlational study. The study was conducted at the ICU of the biggest Cyprus general hospital and involved all patients hospitalized during the year 2013. Purposive sampling was used. Collection of data was carried out through the ICU electronic data. Results: There is no apparent association of opiate analgesics and suppressants with the CRP.Conclusion: There was no significant association between the use of opiate analgesics and sedatives and inflammatory indicators. There is a need for further research to investigate potential associations between pharmacotherapy and inflammatory markers in critically ill patients giving emphasis on confounding variables, such as patients’ clinical characteristics and severity.

Kata kunci— Sistem Kontrol, Lampu LED, Pengenalan Suara, Logika Fuzzy, EfisiensiAbstract— Lamps are a source of light that is used anywhere in everyday activities. Currently various types of lights are used, one example is LED. The usual problem occurs when people use lights as lighting seems like use of resources from the electricity to turn the lights on. The development of lights control technology can utilize using VR or voice recognition. To make savings on the use of power consumption when to turn on the lights, the development of technology is to make lights that do not require light is bright enough made slightly dim by using algorithms fuzzy logic. The students' lack of motivation is a usual problem. The students value more the obtention of the degree than the developing of competences and skills. In order to fight this, we developed a gamification's experience based on merits and leaderboards. The merits are linked to the attainment of skills and competences that students usually do not appreciate. During the year 2016, we are carrying out a pilot involving 950 students at the Graduate of Engineering in Computer Science at theAutonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).

The present paper approaches a usual problem in the industrialised area, respectively Zlatna Area in Romania. The aim of this research is to establish the heavy metal soil contamination degree using modern research methods namely spectrometric and stripping methods. The results pointed out very high exceeding values, especially in the case of lead and copper, in the studied area. Moreover, the mobility and the availability of heavy metals decreases when pH increases. Findings suggest that the use of modern technologies have good results regarding the determination of the heavy metals in the soil.

A fixture was fabricated for the purpose of restraining the expansion of an existing metal bellows piezometer so that a refrigerant and oil mixture can be admitted under pressure. Measurements on a polyol ester (POE) with 9.2 wt.% of R134a show that the addition of refrigerant slightly increases compressibility. The previously reported reduction in compressibility (increase in bulk modulus) by Tuomas and Isaksson (2006, “Compressibility of Oil/Refrigerant Lubricants in Elasto-Hydrodynamic Contacts,” ASME J. Tribol., 128(1), pp. 218–220) of an ISO 68 POE when mixed with R134a cannot be supported by precise measurements of the volume compression. The increased compressibility found by Comuñas and co-workers (2002, “High-Pressure Volumetric Behavior of x 1, 1, 1, 2-Tetrafluoroethane + (1 − x) 2, 5, 8, 11, 14-Pentaoxapentadecane (TEGDME) Mixtures,” J. Chem. Eng. Data, 47(2), pp. 233–238) is the correct trend. The Tait equation of state (EoS) has been fitted to the data for both the neat POE and its 9.2% by weight mixture with refrigerant. The usual problem was encountered for the mixture with the Tait EoS at low pressure where the compressibility becomes greater than predicted due to proximity to the vapor dome. The measured relative volumes of the mixture can be used to collapse the viscosity to a master curve when plotted against the Ashurst–Hoover thermodynamic scaling parameter. The thermodynamic scaling interaction parameter is approximately the same as for the neat oil.
