This thesis research uses descriptive qualitative method, the researcher acts as a non-participatory research subject, data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation study, data equivalence is carried out by triangulation techniques. This thesis research was conducted because LKP Lubuk Akal was the only LKP in Bengkulu City that had a graduate distribution program, the distribution program for graduates at the Lubuk Akal LKP was carried out in three ways namely, 1). Direct distribution of graduates is the distribution of graduates that are planned and conducted by the head of LKP without involving other pockets, 2.) semi-direct distribution, is channeling by involving the Depnakers / BLK as the party delivering the graduates. 3). indirect distribution is distribution that involves other parties, namely intermediaries, intermediaries are usually individuals who understand and master the distribution of graduates who are skilled in sewing. Distribution of graduates at LKP Lubuk Akal has been conducted since 2016 until now, the program and the implementation of graduate distribution are conducted because the LKP chairman has moral responsibilities and obligations and his conscience is called to try to channel graduates so that LKP graduates get jobs and income. Key words: responsibility to graduates

Performing calculations of steady-state regimes and to determine the cutset grid capacity obtaining initial data is quite easy if you know the voltage class of transmission lines and their lengths. That is why such calculations in the RastrWin software environment give a good match to the results in kind. To ensure the results coincidence of transient processes, a significantly larger amount of data on the elements dynamic properties of the system and the tuning of the control systems is needed. Therefore, calculations provide an opportunity to compare the effectiveness of various excitation systems, but quantitative estimates of the limits of sustainability in nature and the model, as well as the configuration of excitation system often do not coincide. In the Russian Federation, a methodology for the equivalence of the external network of power plants based on experimental data has been developed and is successfully applied in practice. As a result, it becomes possible to promptly perform stability forecast calculations by dispatching personnel and to select the setting of the automatic control system for excitation by operational personnel in the circuit directly during commissioning tests at power plants. This paper describes accuracy and efficiency assessment of this methodology.

The effects of intranasal oxytocin on social cognition are mixed, with several non-significant reports casting some doubts on the efficacy of intranasal oxytocin. Nevertheless, drawing inferences from non-significant values is problematic as non-significant results can be indicative of either statistical equivalence or insensitive data. Equivalence tests can be used to assess evidence for statistical equivalence, which can consequently facilitate theory falsification. To improve the inference of non-significant NHST p-values, this paper reports a set of equivalence tests performed on data from a recent meta-analysis summarizing 43 intranasal oxytocin studies. Data from 26.1% of non-significant meta-analytic effects were indicative of data insensitivity, rather than statistical equivalence. Equivalence tests were also performed on a set of previously unpublished data from one laboratory, to examine whether unpublished data yields similar outcomes. Of the 34 non-significant effects, 73.5% were due to data insensitivity. Altogether, these analyses illustrate how non-significant intranasal oxytocin results may not necessarily support a null effect. Implementing equivalence tests in oxytocin studies can facilitate theory falsification, which can advance the field by directing resources to more promising avenues of research.

The objective of this study were (1) to describe types of phrasal verbs occurring in translating Breaking Dawn Novel (2) to describe procedures are used in translating Breaking Dawn Novel  (3) to find out the most dominant phrasal verbs and procedures used in translating Breaking Dawn Novel. The data were phrasal verbs obtained from clause of Breaking Dawn novel. This research applied qualitative research design. The data were collected through documentary technique. The findings of this study showed that: 1) All of phrasal verbs were found in Breaking Dawn novel, they are type 1, type 2, type 3 and type 4,  2) there were six procedures used in translating phrasal verbs, they are Calque (8 data), Literal translation (35 data), transposition (107 data), modulation (82 data), equivalence (11 data), and Adaptation (3 data), 3) the dominant phrasal verbs occurred in Breaking Dawn novel was type 3 and the dominant procedures used in translating Breaking Dawn novel was transposition procedure. Keywords: translation procedures, phrasal verbs, novel
