Objective: Dermoscopic features of cutaneous vascular anomalies have been reported, but the described features currently known are limited and not well-understood. The aim of this study is to comprehensively summarize and compare the dermoscopic features of the four different types of cutaneous vascular anomalies [infantile hemangiomas (IH), cherry angioma (CA), angiokeratomas (AK), and pyogenic granuloma (PG)] in the Chinese Han population.Materials and Methods: Dermoscopic features of 31 IH, 172 CA, 31 AK, and 45 PG were collected based on the contact non-polarized mode of dermoscopy at 20-fold magnification. Dermoscopic features including background, lacunae, vessel morphology and distribution were collected and summarized. Additionally, we compared these features by age stage, gender, and anatomical locations in CA.Results: The dermoscopic features of IH included the red lacunae, red/red-blue/red-white backgrounds, and vessel morphology such as linear curved vessels, serpiginous vessels, coiled vessels. For CA, the lacunae appeared reddish brown to reddish blue or only red. In terms of vascular morphology, serpentine vessels, coiled vessels, looped vessels, and curved vessels could be seen in the lesions. A few lesions were black or presented with a superficial white veil. There were statistical differences in red background (P = 0.021), unspecific vessel distribution (P = 0.030), black area (P = 0.029), and white surface (P = 0.042) among different age groups. Red-brown lacunae (P = 0.039), red-blue (P = 0.013), red-white background (P = 0.015), black area (P = 0.016), and white surface (P = 0.046) were of statistical difference in terms of the locations of lesions. Lacunae were also observed in AK, which presented with red, dark purple, dark blue, black. Global dermoscopic patterns that were characterized by a homogeneous area were obvious in all PG lesions, among which 30 (66.7%) were red-white and 15 (33.3%) were red. As for local features, “white rail” lines were detected in 19 (42.2%) lesions and white collarette was seen in 34 (75.6%) lesions. Conclusions: Dermoscopy is an applicable diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of cutaneous vascular anomalies. It is necessary to take into account the age stage and lesion location when we diagnose CA using dermoscopy.

Abstract Da'wah communication is a da'wah activity communicated by the Da'wah communicator to the Da'wah communicant that aims to communicate religious values, and can implement these values in daily actions and behavior. But in reality, the process of delivering da'wah is not an easy activity to carry, many problems and obstacles faced by preachers when carrying out missionary mission. Thus, a mature preacher is needed in carrying out and delivering the message of preaching to the wider community. Like the preaching carried out by Gus Miftah in the Localization of Yogyakarta Flower Market. Preaching in the black area like this, of course, a preacher must have the mentality, courage, readiness and have the right approach, strategy and method so that preaching can be accepted in the middle of the black areaKey Words: Da’wah Comminication, Strategic Da’wah, Localization Of The Flower MarketAbstrak Komunikasi dakwah merupakan suatu aktivitas dakwah yang dikomunikasikan oleh komunikator dakwah kepada komunikan dakwah yang bertujuan untuk mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai agama, serta dapat mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai tersebut pada tindakan dan perilaku sehari-hari.

The valuation of real estate is for sale, rent, taxation, and so on. Real estate comprises four sectors, one of which is the residential sector. Home is a basic human need and is a key indicator of the quality of life of the people. However, owning a home today is not an easy task given the high price. Although home prices increase almost every state, the factors that may affect the value of a home are different. There are many factors that determine the value of a property. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a factor model for determining the value of single-storey terraced housing in New Samariang Town through the statistical method. The research is focused on three objectives namely, identifying factors determining property values, developing a model of property valuation factors using spatial statistics method and determining the influence of factors on property values based on the selected model. This assessment focuses on the respondents living in housing located in the new town of Samariang including the Princess Park, Samariang Aman and the new town of Samariang. A total of 49 respondents were selected based on home location (edge, middle and end) using random sampling. The results show that there are seven factors determining the value of real estate in Bandar Baru Samariang. The models developed are OLS and GWR, it is found that the GWR model is better. As a result of the statistical analysis of the room there are three significant factors, including black area, home lot position and main road. These three factors greatly influence the value of property values in Princess Park.

<p>Electrohydrodynamics, semi-quantum kinetics, anti-gravity, electro-gravitics, gravito-electrics, all these are classified as the ‘black’ area of theoretical and experimental physics because, these theories tend to explain the amazing science behind the alien means of propulsion, thereby giving answers to many questions like, how they travel such long distances? Do they need any kind of fuel? If so, then why are they not seen to be massive like the rockets with 80-90% fuel capacities? Do they travel in perpetual motion? Is the fact really true that they can harness energy from the nature? Then, do they travel at a speed faster than that of light? These, along with many facts are still unexplainable to modern day physics, its not unexplainable but rather its covert and classified, government does not want to disclose the science behind UFOs that they have gathered through reverse engineering of ‘crashed alien crafts’ and through the covert research of many scientists who were engaged in black R&D operations. This paper will answer the researches and physics behind those unexplained phenomena’s because, once explained they tend to shake the pillars of modern physics.</p>

There has been a proliferation of new sensors to measure on-machine dirt specks that employ different technologies and methodologies to perform measurements. The differences in the on-machine technologies are discussed in terms of the TAPPI and ISO standard laboratory test methods with respect to dirt detection using light reflected from, or light transmitted through, the sheet. Also discussed are the requirements for measuring statistically representative areas of the sheet; the difference between the dirt physical size and Equivalent Black Area (EBA) size; and the implication of these issues when specifying cleanliness acceptance criteria. This technical brief describes on-machine visible dirt measurement’s relationship to standard laboratory testing.

This paper aims to improve the implementation standards of solar-energy-based street lighting in Indonesia. A model framework was developed to assess existing conditions regarding the level of lux, the distance between poles, pole height, and lamp power. According to the evaluation of the existing circumstances, the street lighting system is not satisfactory according to the national standard, with 64.7% black area. An alternative installation of street lighting designed by DIALux application was proposed to fulfill the technical standard of street lighting. The result shows that this alternative design can be used for renewing existing street lighting with better performance and reliability. Economic analysis of all technically feasible alternatives was conducted afterward by benefit–cost analysis. The analysis shows that solar-energy-based street lighting requires as much as 621,473,620.00 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), with 1.06 benefit–cost ratios and a 9% reduction of total cost. Therefore, the analysis indicates that solar-energy-based technology can be feasibly implemented in a street lighting system. The results show that the proposed model can be applied to improve the implementation standard of solar-energy-based street lighting.

At present, domestic cold-rolled titanium sheets have many surface defects, which are significantly different from foreign surface quality. This paper mainly studies the differences in the microstructure and performance of titanium plates GR1 and GR2 imported from Japan and domestic titanium plates TA1, and analyzes the causes of surface defects to solve the problem about TA1. The surface properties of different materials were observed. The mechanical properties of the materials were obtained by room temperature tensile test. The surface roughness of the three materials was tested. The microstructure and composition of the three materials were characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the surface of GR1 and GR2 is brighter and has no obvious chromatic aberration. The surface chromatic aberration of TA1 is larger. The mechanical properties of TA1 are the best. The tensile strength and yield strength of rolling are 325.19MPa and 271.17MPa, respectively, and the lateral direction is 329.19MPa and The roughness of 303.15MPa, GR1 and GR2 is slightly lower than that of TA1. The black area on the surface of TA1 is loose and the oxygen content is high. The pole figure of GR1, GR2 and TA1 are obtained. This article describes how combing the characteristics of simple textures and uneven black area distribution of a binary map, a novel blind print-scan resilient watermarking scheme is proposed. First, the flipping probability of each pixel is calculated, and then the image characteristic value matrix is obtained by scrambling and partitioning. Second, a DCT transform is performed on the characteristic value matrix and then the DCT coefficients are modified according to the hidden data. After that, an inverse DCT is made to the modified DCT coefficient matrix, and the pixels of the corresponding block are flipped. Finally, the watermarked map is obtained by inverse scrambling. Experimental results and analysis show that the proposed scheme not only provides a large capacity and good imperceptibility, but also can resist the impact of a print-scan operation, and has strong robustness. Meanwhile, compared with the existing algorithms, it has a low implementation complexity and can be applied to military maps, engineering design drawings and other binary images.
