Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a device that can move the main power source to a backup power source automatically and quickly when the main power source experiences a disturbance or cut-off of supply to the load. In this study, ATS was designed based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller as an automatic control that works based on voltage readings. Using the Arduino Nano microcontroller can facilitate the process of making tools and minimize the use of components. This ATS uses the PZEM-004T voltage sensor module. The voltage sensor module functions to detect and measure the value of the PLN voltage. From the test results, it was found that the time lag between the PLN supply being cut off until the generator was turned on and ready to load was an average of 2.76 seconds. Meanwhile, the time lag when the PLN supply turns on again until the generator supply is cut off and the load supply is again served by PLN is an average of 1.74 seconds. All working status of this ATS panel can be displayed on the LCD indicator, indicator light and analog voltmeter.

 Abstract - Various threats that occur in the field are a problem for individuals who are faced with human rights law where personnel must make decisions quickly and accurately, the innovation of the Bola wrap weapon can paralyze the enemy without injuring the enemy by firing Kevlar ropes to bind the enemy unable to move optimally. The researcher used the experimental method to get the results that confirm the causal relationship between the variables designed, research and develop a basic circuit by determining the effective firing range of the Bola wrap, we use the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor as an effective sensor measuring distance with a maximum range of 550 cm, the distance detected by the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor. will be processed by Arduino nano as a programming controller whose output will be displayed on the Oled LCD according to the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor in the form of a light emitting diode (LED) as an indicator, the solenoid will open the trigger with an effective firing range, and laser as a point shot. From the target, the Bola wrap weapon uses 9mm caliber munitions as a Kevlar rope projectile amplifier to bind enemies or rebels, from the results of the research it can open a predetermined lock between a range of 200 cm - 500 cm which is displayed on the Oled LCD, and the green indicator light and the Solenoid are open. The trigger will help optimally in shooting Bola wrap to paralyze enemies or rebels from moving optimally, Bola wrap weapons are used as personnel equipment in carrying out the main tasks of achieving TNI tasks effectively and optimally.

Objectives: As one of the mathematical results of the theory of value philosophy, the theory of demand degree can propose a new interpretation model for addiction. The theory of demand degree believes that human demands can be divided into two types, namely, the demand amount and the demand degree, and the equilibrium point of the demand degree constitutes the main basis for people to compare different types of demands and calculate the demand amount. The addiction model based on the theory of demand degree believes that addiction should have two basic conditions: firstly, the unit addictive substance is of great value to the subject, and it is the reason for the brain reward mechanism in the addiction; secondly, an addiction index is constructed, and only when the addiction index is greater than 0, the subject has the possibility for addiction. The construction of addiction index provides a standard for examining whether a certain substance can make people addicted. Converting the relevant formulas of the addiction model into artificial intelligence codes enables artificial intelligence to simulate the phenomenon of addiction. According to the change in the indicator light on the MCU development board, it is possible to judge whether the artificial intelligence chooses to load cigarettes or charge, and simulate the cigarette addiction when the addiction index is 1. The results of simulating addiction through artificial intelligence are generally consistent with the general situation of addiction, especially cigarette addiction. This indicates that the addiction model has great rationality and universality, and further indicates that without considering the harmfulness of the addictive substance, addiction is not necessarily a disease, but may just be a normal response of the human demand system to the addictive substance.

Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) diving equipment system is an important device in oil and gas exploration and production, especially in the conditions of working in deep and complex waters. By design, the ROV Panther Plus 932 has no reverse steering function, limited visibility and difficult operation. To overcome that shortcoming, the authors have studied and fabricated an electronic circuit to take charge of the power reversing function on the Joystick with a function button and a Forward/Revert status indicator light. After adjusting, designing, controlling the ROV in the opposite direction, there is no need to turn the head, avoid twisting, burning cables, getting caught in obstacles or being caught up in the ROV during work, increasing cable life.

Purpose. The purpose of the study was to analyze world experience and international practice of regulating natural lighting at schools and innovative solutions in this field. Results and discussions. The article presents the list of regulations of European countries regarding standard requirements for daylight and artificial lighting in residential and public buildings. The Daylight Factor (DF), which is the equivalent of the Russian natural illumination coefficient, varies from 0.8 to 5 per cent in different countries. The article describes lighting and insolation requirements for the daylight factor, light coefficient, combined discomfort indicator, light transmission coefficient, and light flux distribution in residential and public buildings, including comprehensive schools, in such countries as the United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Poland, USA, Sweden, Cyprus, Netherlands, and Japan. The list of rated parameters of daylight both in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries is identical. At the same time, the requirements for natural lighting (DF, duration of insolation) in European standards are more stringent. The impact of daylight on schoolchildren’s health and performance was the subject of research in Sweden and the United States. Their authors concluded that studying in classrooms without daylight could disrupt the basic hormonal background, affect the ability of children to concentrate attention and interact with each other, influence growth and the number of days missed due to illness. Сonclusions. The analysis of international data proving the importance of daylight in forming optimal conditions for education and eyesight of schoolchildren and preventing health disorders enabled us to conclude on the necessity to launch scientific research into mathematical models of health risks for schoolchildren.

AbstractIndonesia has many landslide prone areas. During 2017, a total of 438 occurrences of landslides in Indonesia. Tragically there are many found settlements located on hillsides prone to landslides. It is evident that almost every year there is the occurrence of landslide natural disaster that cause casualties, at least is housing damage. This research to find a solution and other innovations by creating a device called THOR (Pendeteksi Tanah Longsor) wich the production cost is cheap and easy to operate. The procedure of this device is detecting every cracks in areas prone to landslides. If then there is cracks more than tolerable limit and indicated to be a landslide, the tasbih sensor will transmit warning by sirens and short message services for the local people. By those warning, the local people who stay in a prone landslide area will be alert and immediately evacuated. The test results of THOR are showing the functionality of all the components running well. The speed of the indicator light response to the sensor averaged 0.73 seconds. As for the speed of notification alarms sirine or buzzer averaged 0.79 seconds, and notification speed of sms broadcast from sms gateway has an average time lag of 143 seconds. Keywords: landslide, buzzer, sms gateway AbstrakIndonesia selama tahun 2017 ini, tercatat 438 kejadian bencana longsor di Indonesia. Tragisnya ternyata banyak didapati pemukiman yang berlokasi di lereng bukit yang rawan terjadi longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah alat yang bernama THOR (Pendeteksi Tanah Longsor) dengan biaya pembuatan yang murah serta mudah pengoperasiannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Pengembangan dengan pendekatan water fall. Cara kerja alat ini, yaitu mendeteksi setiap keretakan tanah pada daerah-daerah yang rawan longsor, jika terjadi keretakan tanah yang melebihi batas toleransi dan diindikasi menyebabkan longsor maka sensor tasbih akan mengirimkan peringatan melalui sirine dan juga sms untuk warga sekitar. Sehingga kemungkinan untuk terjadinya korban jiwa dapat diminimalisir. Hasil ujicoba alat THOR menunjukkan fungsionalitas dari semua komponen penyusun berjalan dengan baik. Kecepatan respon lampu indikator terhadap sensor rata-rata 0,73 detik. Sedangkan untuk kecepatan alarm pemberitahuan berupa sirine atau buzzer rata-rata 0,79 detik, dan kecepatan pemberitahuan berupa broadcast sms dari sms gateway ada jeda waktu rata-rata 143 detik. Kata Kunci : tanah longsor, buzzer, sms gateway

Abstract – Bicycles has become the best solution to be able to reduce the level of congestion for the citizens of the world. Cycling is an activity carried out by someone to be able to go from place to destination and cycling has also become a hobby for some people. Even so, bicycles also experience infrastructure problems, namely bicycle lanes which are still rarely available. Some countries in the world have not fully provide special lanes for bicycle users. This causes bicycle users to use highways that are more often used by other vehicles. And it can cause accidents for bicycle users. Therefore, in the implementation of the wireless indicator lights on this jacket, the author wants to provide a better solution to overcome this problem, that is by combining indicator lights with jackets so that it can function to signal to other road users. In Addition, the author also designed a digital speedometer that can later appear on the LCD screen (liquid crystal display). For this speedometer, by placing a magnetic sensor on the forks as a magnetic speed reader placed on the bicycle spokes. For indicator lights on this jacket, the input uses a touch sensor and brake levers will be attached to the front of the bike through the bluetooth master transmission system and the bluetooth slave on the jacket, so the indicator light on the jacket will light up and form the right, left or stop direction and will be displayed on the LCD with the digital speedometer.Keyword : Speedometer, Bluetooth, Bicycle, Indicator Light, Wireless

By integrating a flexible host material (cotton piece) and two fluorescent materials (DUT-101 and Ag+/Eu3+@UiO-67), a wearable sweat Cl− monitoring platform has been prepared, and by designing Cl− and fluorescence signal to logic circuit, a codec device was constructed that can be set as a mimetic “indicator light”.
