Abstract – Indonesian Army has the main task of protecting against enemy attacks, which include forest battles as well as urban battles. The obstacle faced today is that in the process of urban warfare operations, infiltration and hostage rescue in buildings are still less efficient and optimal. The robot is designed with a system that can identify friends and foes using a Night Vision camera and the Pattern Recognition method. Pattern recognition is a symbolic grouping automatically that is done by a computer to find out objects or patterns. The results of the Night vision camera test are able to detect human objects with a maximum distance of 6 meters. This night vision scope has a fairly large accuracy rate of 83%. And light intensity has an influence on the identification process because if the light intensity is more than 200 lux then the system is not able to identify the object.

Abstract: Indonesia is an archipelagic country with 17,504 islands, geographically Indonesia is located between the continents of Asia and Australia and the two Pacific and Indian Oceans. In support of maintaining the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia, especially the land dimension, equipment is needed to support the main tasks. The majority of the equipment used requires electrical energy in its use. Meanwhile, in carrying out their duties, while maintaining sovereignty in border areas, the geography is in the form of tropical forests with minimal fields of electrical energy as an energy supply. Therefore, researchers develop a source of electrical energy by utilizing footsteps, which is a solution for recharging electrical energy. In developing the tool, the method used is fast charging. The mini generator located on the shoe is expected to be a solution for recharging as a supply of electrical energy for equipment to support basic tasks. Capacitor Bank is used to stabilize the input voltage of the mini generator so that recharging becomes more stable and charging faster.

 Abstract - Various threats that occur in the field are a problem for individuals who are faced with human rights law where personnel must make decisions quickly and accurately, the innovation of the Bola wrap weapon can paralyze the enemy without injuring the enemy by firing Kevlar ropes to bind the enemy unable to move optimally. The researcher used the experimental method to get the results that confirm the causal relationship between the variables designed, research and develop a basic circuit by determining the effective firing range of the Bola wrap, we use the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor as an effective sensor measuring distance with a maximum range of 550 cm, the distance detected by the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor. will be processed by Arduino nano as a programming controller whose output will be displayed on the Oled LCD according to the Sharp Gp2y0a710k0f sensor in the form of a light emitting diode (LED) as an indicator, the solenoid will open the trigger with an effective firing range, and laser as a point shot. From the target, the Bola wrap weapon uses 9mm caliber munitions as a Kevlar rope projectile amplifier to bind enemies or rebels, from the results of the research it can open a predetermined lock between a range of 200 cm - 500 cm which is displayed on the Oled LCD, and the green indicator light and the Solenoid are open. The trigger will help optimally in shooting Bola wrap to paralyze enemies or rebels from moving optimally, Bola wrap weapons are used as personnel equipment in carrying out the main tasks of achieving TNI tasks effectively and optimally.

Abstract – Patients with Covid-19 have several symptoms, one of which is a decrease in the oxygen content in the blood or oxygen saturation (SpO2). Detecting oxygen saturation in preventing the spread of Covid-19 is one of the first steps. In this study, researchers conducted an experiment to detect oxygen levels in the blood or oxygen saturation on the POLECTOR C-19 device that was made. By using a photoplethysmography (PPG) which is carried out non-invasively using the sensor, the MAX30102 aim is to get the oxygen saturation value which is used as a reactive and non-reactive decision maker. With the method, the moving average data used from the sensor readings in the form of analog data will be changed using the formula Ratio of Ratios by calculating the average oxygen level then the results can be used to calculate oxygen levels in the blood. The results of sensor readings on the POLECTOR C-19 tool with a digital oximeter from an average value of 10 samples have a difference in value of 0.4, the reading results are the same as the readings of existing medical devices (digital oximeter) so that this tool can be used as a reader. oxygen saturation parameters. In conclusion, this tool can detect a person's condition by predicting the risk or no risk of Covid-19 from the results of the sensor readings of oxygen levels in the blood.

Abstract - At the beginning of 2020 the world was shocked by the presence of a virus that attacks the respiratory tract, a virus known as Coronavirus Disease-2019 (Covid-19). Based on this problem, how does the system detect Covid-19 suspects based on blood pressure. In this study, researchers used a survey method which directly took data in the hospital. Therefore, the optimization of the MPX5700AP pressure sensor has been successfully made. At this time the researchers conducted a study that used the oscillometer method to measure blood pressure supported by Arduino Uno, which in waves will produce systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Blood pressure monitoring is made capable of measuring blood pressure in the range of 40-240 mmHg and this system has a systolic pressure error of 4.024 mmHg, while the diastolic pressure error is -0.408 mmHg.

Abstract – The task of Army Aviation Operations is carried out in remote areas where airport services are still minimal, the process related to refueling for pilot helicopters is an obstacle in carrying out the pilot's main tasks. So, we need tools to make the process more effective. This research uses a method that will obtain quantitative data for research to prove the hypothesis. The method is known as the Development Life Cycle Waterfall Diagram and experimental research. Currently still using a hand pump, therefore it is necessary to have a tool that is portable and uses an electric pump. specifically for fuel which is controlled by Arduino and the android application as input for a filling command and can store charging data. In this case the tool system uses supporting components, namely batteries, Bluetooth hc 05, 5v relays and flow sensors. With the research on portable pump tools, the process can be more efficient than hand pumps. When refueling the helicopter, it is enough to enter the charging value from the android application, the charging is already running, and the charging data is stored in the android file.

Abstract - PJD (close combat) in the Indonesian National Army is a battle conducted in the city and in a very large area. CQB (close quarter battle) robot is a robot to perform reconnaissance and paralyze opponents during close combat. The obstacles faced by the Indonesian National Army are city wars, wars in building areas and while conducting reconnaissance are still very lacking. From the above constraints, the author seeks to create a solution, namely by designing a mobile robot that is used to help soldiers during close combat and can use robots that are moved remotely using joysticks. In this study used experimental methods to achieve the desired results, the manufacture of this robot also has several parts that will be explained, especially in the control system that uses joysticks and elevation azimuth because of the weapon to set the position of which angle is desired for the target enemy to be aimed at based on the results of vision on the camera in the robot connected to android. By using the PID method to minimize errors and errors so that the robot can function properly.

Abstract - The rise of a shooting incident that occurred in the border areas of the Republic of Indonesia is a big loss for the state in terms of personnel. Technological developments can be used as an alternative in the military world to help the role of soldiers so as to reduce personnel losses. This study aims to create a system for detecting the direction and distance of gunshots. This study uses an experimental method. This gunshot detection system also applies the Fuzzy Logic Method which is applied to the Raspberry Pi 4 and Microphone Max 4466 which is expected to detect the direction and distance of gunshots. This Fuzzy Logic method is used as an inference system or decision maker according to the input given. Fuzzy Logic broadly consists of fuzzification, rule base, and defuzzification. Fuzzification is useful for input normalization, so that the input quantity is in accordance with the fuzzy magnitude, namely the value in the range 0 to 1. After that, enter the rule base where in this step, the input set is compared with the rules or provisions of sound decibels so that it can be classified whether the distance and the direction of the captured sound is in the data range that has been programmed, in this step the signal is analyzed how much decibel sound SS2-V1 is by the MAX 4466 sensor. The conclusion is done by defuzzification, so the final result is that the closest distance to a gunshot at 1 meter is 250 Decibels.

Jantung merupakan bagian organ tubuh manusia yang sangat penting, pada tubuh manusia jantung tersebut sebagai pertahanan hidup terakhir setelah otak. Denyut dari jantung bekerja sendirinya dan tidak bisa dikontrol oleh manusia. Detak jantung di representasikan sebagai beat per minute (BPM). Setiap denyut jantung manusia yang normal berkisaran angka 60-100 permenit, apabila angka tersebut lebih maupun kurang maka dikategorikan tidak normal. Dalam kondisi lingkungan yang  tercemar dan polusi udara terkontaminasi virus maka dapat membahayakan jantung. Virus tersebut dapat menular ke makhluk hidup lainnya secara cepat melalui udara secara bebas. Akhir tahun 2019 ditemukan virus covid-19 di wuhan. Virus tersebut sangat membahayakan dan menyerang pernafasan sehingga mengakibatkan korban jiwa, serta virus corona sudah menyebar luas seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini sangat penting berdasarkan data statistic angka penyebaran covid-19  semakin bertambah dengan beberapa kasus. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu prajurit TNI yang akan melaksanakan tugas operasi baik didalam maupun luar negeri. Sehingga tingkat efisiensi waktu dan biaya dapat diminimalisir guna memberikan pelayanan pada prajurit TNI. Metode yang digunakan pada Polector C-19 yaitu metode Photoplethysmography (PPG) dengan berdasarkan parameter data gejala covid-19. Tingkat nilai kesalahan  pada Polector C-19 mencapai 0,3%.

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini telah mengalami kemajuan pesat yang berpengaruhi terhadap kemajuan sistem pertahanan termasuk dalam sistem operasional di satuan TNI-AD. Penggunaan sistem pertahanan senjata biasanya digunakan untuk mendeteksi sumber suara letusan atau tembakan. Penerapan metode back propagation pada raspberry dengan menggunakan sensor microphone boya diharapkan mampu membantu personel yang bertugas untuk mendeteksi sumber suara letusan tembakan. Sensor merupakan alat yang berfungsi  untuk mendeteksi adanya perubahan lingkungan secara fisik yang digunakan untuk berbagai kebutuhan sesuai dengan spesifikasi alat yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fft yang dapat mengubah time domain menjadi frekuensi domain dengan cepat. Metode back propagation berfungsi untuk mengenali bobot atau presentase jenis suara tembakan SS2. Sensor mikrofon menerima suara tembakan yang nantinya dengan penggunaan raspberry pi 4 akan menghasilkan output yang mempresentasikan suara senjata ringan SS2- V1 pada layar  lcd dan speaker. Output yang didapat berupa arah suara tembakan dan jenis suara tembakan.
