3D point cloud resampling based on computational geometry is still a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a point cloud resampling algorithm inspired by the physical characteristics of the repulsion forces between point electrons. The points in the point cloud are considered as electrons that reside on a virtual metallic surface. We iteratively update the positions of the points by simulating the electromagnetic forces between them. Intuitively, the input point cloud becomes evenly distributed by the repulsive forces. We further adopt an acceleration and damping terms in our simulation. This system can be viewed as a momentum method in mathematical optimization and thus increases the convergence stability and uniformity performance. The net force of the repulsion forces may contain a normal directional force with respect to the local surface, which can make the point diverge from the surface. To prevent this, we introduce a simple restriction method that limits the repulsion forces between the points to an approximated local plane. This approach mimics the natural phenomenon in which positive electrons cannot escape from the metallic surface. However, this is still an approximation because the surfaces are often curved rather than being strict planes. Therefore, we project the points to the nearest local surface after the movement. In addition, we approximate the net repulsion force using the K-nearest neighbor to accelerate our algorithm. Furthermore, we propose a new measurement criterion that evaluates the uniformity of the resampled point cloud to compare the proposed algorithm with baselines. In experiments, our algorithm demonstrates superior performance in terms of uniformization, convergence, and run-time.

Russia, has been one of the first powers that has returned to the areas of its historical influence and relations Arab region. It has seized the opportunity of the crises that have hit the Arab region to return to it and interfere in its affairs, especially in Iraq. To achieve that, it has employed its media and propaganda machines to justify these interferences and to establish communication with the Arab governments and peoples. RT Arabic is one of its most prominent media to give the Russian viewpoint regarding the crises in the Iraq. This study, therefore, aims at identifying the nature of the Russian propaganda discourse addressed to the Iraq, pinpointing the most prominent crises RT Arabic highlighted, identifying the characteristics and roles of the active powers and finding the means of proof and frame of reference adopted in this discourse. The study also aims at revealing the propaganda methods used in this site by applying the survey methods, content-analysis tools and tools of analyzing the discourse. The problem of this study comes from posing the question: What is the Russian propaganda discourse regarding the crises of Iraq on RT Arabic website? RT Arabic has been chosen for this study. The researcher used the comprehensive restriction method for all the contents published by the site for three months: from 1 Oct. 2019 to 31 Dec. 2019. The contents were about the crises that took place in Iraq. In which Russia is an active party, the total has reached (861) publications.

Obesity is a condition in which the ratio of body weight and height exceeds the specified standards. Obesity is an increase in total body fat, that is, if you are found to be overweight> 20% in men and 25% in women because of fat. The intermittent fasting diet is a calorie restriction method that is widely used for health or weight loss reasons. Overall kidney function is based on nephron function and impaired function is caused by decreased nephron action. Several laboratory tests have been developed to evaluate kidney function and identify the disorder early on. This can help clinicians to take early prevention and management in order to prevent the progression of kidney disorders to kidney failure. Renal function tests are carried out by examining the levels of urea and cretinin.

Abstract Background: Low-carbohydrate diets are popular nutritional therapeutics based on recommendations of the American Diabetes Association (2013). In previous reports, we suggested a new diet-intake restriction method using low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles containing okara and konjac and reported their effect on blood glucose levels in healthy animals and animal models of type 2 diabetes. This study aimed to compare the effect of low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles with that of normal wheat noodles on glycemic response in healthy adult men. Methods: The study was a randomized, cross-over design to investigate the effects of normal wheat noodles versus low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles on glucose and insulin responses at 120 min. Plasma glucose and insulin levels were measured at 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, and 120 min after intake of normal wheat noodles or low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles. Results: No abnormalities and side effects were observed in the low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles group. Additionally, in men who consumed low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles, the increase in postprandial blood glucose levels and insulin levels was significantly suppressed compared with that in men who consumed normal wheat noodles. Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the effectiveness of low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles on postprandial blood glucose levels in healthy humans; our findings also suggest that such type of noodles might be beneficial for patients with diabetes or celiac disease who consume noodles.Trial registration: UMIN000023986

Considering the importance of bean cultivation, the objective was to prove the effectiveness of the seed microbiolization method in the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Ss) on black bean seeds (cv. IPR Tuiuiú), inoculated by the water restriction method. The treatments were fungicide methyl thiophanate + fluazinam (350.0 g L-1 + 52.5 g L-1); Trichoderma asperellum BV-10 (1.0 x 1010 viable conidia mL-1); T. harzianum strain CCT 7589 (1 x 109 CFUs L-1); Bacillus subtilis BV-02 (minimum 3.0 x 109 CFU mL-1); B. amyloliquefaciens isolated BV03 (minimum 3.0 x 109 CFU L-1); Positive control (seeds exposed to Ss); Negative control (NC) + fungicide; NC + T. asperellum; NC + T. harzianum; NC + B. subtilis; NC + B. subtilis; and NC (PDA medium plus restricting). To verify the effects on germination, vigor, and the health of bean seeds, and seedling emergence in the field. Microbiolization with T. asperellum and T. harzianum, provides improvement in germination, vigor, and health, but is not superior to fungicide treatment. Bacillus subtilis and B. amyloliquefaciens, in seeds not inoculated with the pathogen, produce the best results for green and dry mass (g). These may be used in the integrated management of white bean mold.

AbstractIn this paper we consider the Cauchy problem for the stochastic modified Kawahara equation, which is a fifth-order shallow water wave equation. We prove local well-posedness for data in $H^{s}(\mathbb{R})$Hs(R), $s\geq -1/4$s≥−1/4. Moreover, we get the global existence for $L^{2}( \mathbb{R})$L2(R) solutions. Due to the non-zero singularity of the phase function, a fixed point argument and the Fourier restriction method are proposed.

Diabetes is a challenging problem nowadays. Not only in India, but it also spreads over worldwide, In the present research paper a novel scheme based on intuitionistic fuzzy propositions to explore the knowledge base rule system with uncertainty has been developed and for the extension of fuzzy propositions to the domain of factors causing diabetes. In this paper, we have constructed the conditional and qualified intuitionistic fuzzy proposition mathematically for the diabetes diagnostic model. We have also developed an algorithm for Truth-value restriction method using the conditional and qualified intuitionistic fuzzy proposition;with the help of developed algorithm for truth-value restriction method we will give a scheme to check this severity of the diabetes. Numerical computations have also been carried out to demonstrate our approach

In this work, we devise solution algorithms for nonlinear multiparameter eigenvalue problems arising in the analysis of aeroelastic flutter. Two iterative algorithms are devised, as well as a restriction method for simplifying the system behavior away from the desired flutter points. The algorithms are tested on a sectional model and on the Goland wing. Both are found to have fast and reliable convergence properties, yielding flutter point solutions which are validated by the literature. The definition of the eigenvalues is found to have a significant influence on the convergence properties of the algorithm; preferable choices for eigenvalue definitions are noted. The computational costs of the algorithms are tested and discussed; they are found to be favorable relative to other approaches from the literature. Opportunities for extending these methods are also tested and discussed.
