Transportation uses a significant amount of energy and burns most of the world energy consumers. As a result, it gives effect to the environment, such as air pollution in the forms of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, hydrocarbons or volatile organic compounds, and particulate matter. Those compounds contribute a phenomenon called global warming. Within the transportation sector, road transport is the largest contributor to global warming. To cope with global warming, environmental regulations in developed countries are trying to reduce the individual vehicle's emissions. However, this has been counterbalanced by an increase in the number of vehicles and increased use of each vehicle. Therefore, micro-mobility may alleviate several challenges facing big cities today and offer more sustainable urban transportation. This research utilizes the framework of the UTAUT2 to identify and build a quantitative approach to identify factors related to the purchase intention factors of e-scooter sharing. The 200 respondents' field data were collected in Jakarta Metropolitan Area (Jabodetabek) as a rapid increase in pollution level. The linear regression study revealed that the consumers' purchase intention of e-scooter sharing is shaped by seven main factors: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit. Those factors can explain 81 percent of the field data. Moreover, a brief recommendation for related stakeholders based on the research result is proposed to increase the adoption of e-scooter sharing. The practical implication resulted from this analysis are suggested policy measures the e-scooter sharing environmentally impact potency and strengthening circular economy as a part of green economy achievement in the communities.

Malaysia, like all other countries throughout the world, became a victim of the COVID 19 epidemic. Based on the Malaysia's Insolvency Department 2021 statistical data, the alarming increase of individual bankruptcy cases were caused by failure to pay personal loans, instalment purchases, and credit card debt especially amongst youth. This is concerning because it implies that young Malaysians are still oblivious to their financial circumstances. Hence, the goal of this research is to investigate the level of financial literacy among youth, as well as the relationship between financial knowledge, financial behaviour, financial attitude, and familial influences on financial literacy. A non-probability convenience sampling method was used to gather information from 181 respondents. The findings of the study show that financial knowledge (p=0.000), financial behaviour (p=0.000), and family influence (p=0.000), are significantly associated to financial literacy, the dependent variable in this study, with the exception of financial attitude (p=0.418). Time constraints, insufficient independent variables covered, questionnaire development, respondents' honesty, and respondents' inequity were some of the challenges encountered while conducting this study. The most significant limitation is the sample size, which does not represent the population of Malaysian youth. The findings of this study have broad implications for a wide range of stakeholders, including university students, curriculum developer, parents of students, and future researchers. In this study, the factors that influence financial literacy among youth were examined, and it was concluded that the youth literacy level was moderate. The findings of the study will also help to support the National Strategy for Financial Literacy, which runs from 2019 to 2023.

Through this study, we want to determine whether workplace spirituality has mediating effects between individual's spirituality and organizational performance in a hospitality business in Hotel X, Clarkfield, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. We used the Spirituality Assessment Scale developed by Hamilton Beazley, PhD targeting one hundred twenty-nine respondents. As far as we have known, our study may serve as one of the pioneering studies of spirituality in the hospitality industry. Overall, hotel employees (the management and rank-and-file) are relatively more spiritual as shown on the Spirituality Assessment Scale, which are made up of two dimensions: spirituality definitive dimension and spirituality correlated dimension. The correlational analysis showed that the employees’ spirituality moves in the same direction as to how employees find meaning and purpose to their work and how they perceived organizational performance. Also, there is no significant difference on the assessment of the spirituality and organizational performance among the employees based on the respondents’ level of education, except under the components of inner life, meaning at work & personal responsibility. Hence, we encouraged businesses in the hospitality industry to promote spiritual activities in the workplace
