Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline in Achieving Work Achievement; Studies on State Civil Servants at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (RFAMA), Kendari City

As a Regional Work Unit (SKPD), the position of RFAMA is very vital in regional financial management so that leadership, discipline and work motivation are absolutely necessary in providing excellent service to interested parties. It's just that, the work achievement of the Kendari City RFAMA has not been published so far, so it is important to do this research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on work achievement and the simultaneous influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on work achievement. The research sample of 60 people was taken by census or all employees. Data obtained through questionnaires and observations. The assessment instrument uses a Likert scale (1-5). The level of confidence used in the item validity test in this study was 95%. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 26.0 for Windows. The results showed that partially each of the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on work achievement. This means that the Leadership Style has been good and can be accepted by all employees so that it can improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA in Kendari City. With high work morale and work motivation that is owned, will be able to improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA Kendari City. These findings also indicate that high work discipline and enthusiasm for obeying the existing rules and being responsible for the assignments given will be able to improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA in Kendari City. The next finding is that simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on work achievement. This shows that a good Motivational Leadership Style and Work Discipline can improve work achievement of employees at the Kendari City RFAMA Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work ability and work environment together on the performance of Civil Servants of the Department of Financial and Asset Management in the District of Lima Puluh Kota. Types and sources of data from this study consist of primary data, that is data obtained from respondents using a questionnaire instrument, and secondary data, namely data obtained from related literatures such as literature studies, documentation and records that are related to research. Data collection techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are descriptive analysis, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analyzes. The results of the study found that 1) work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of the Lima Puluh Kota District Civil Servants' Office of Financial and Asset Management, 2) work ability had a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants Office of the Lima Puluh City Regional Managing Office, 3 ) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and the Asset Region of Lima Puluh Kota, 4) work motivation, work ability and the work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants of the Revenue Service of Financial Management and Asset Daerah Lima Puluh Kota.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Guidance by the principal in the employees, especially on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timurhas been regulated in the Act, Rules and Regulations Regional Government and its implementation, but many still encountered obstacles that cause problems with various effects in order to apply principles Work Motivation principle, in order to improve employee performance such as teacher discipline, dedication, loyalty, and others. It attracted writers for further research and study a research topic "Effects of Leadership Style and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance on SD Negeri 2 Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Waway Karya Kabupaten Lampung Timur". The focus of research on leadership, motivation Work, and employee performance.This research was conducted using a survey method. The population is All staff of 30 people, in which samples were taken using saturated sample. The reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula product moment correlation, while the reliability of the instruments is calculated by the formula Alpha crobach, and using multiple regression analysisThe result showed leadership style and work motivation have a great influence (97.2%) on employee performance with variable work motivation as the dominant variable affecting employee performance with the effect of (96.2%) but can not eliminate the variable leadership style despite having contributed negatively due valid.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through field research by means of questionnaires and documentation. As for the population in this study were all employees totaling 232 civil servants. To determine the minimum required sample, the Slovin formula is used. By calculating the sample size, 69 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a partially positive and significant influence between leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The most dominant factor of leadership style influences employee performance. Leadership and work motivation are in the good category, and this condition should be maintained and improved. Employee performance is the work of an employee, a management process or an organization as a whole, where the results of the work must be demonstrated concretely and measurably (compared to predetermined standards). Factors suspected of affecting employee performance are leadership, motivation and organizational culture. This study aimed to explain the relationship between leadership, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. A quantitative method was used with data collection in the form of a questionnaire and supported by secondary data in the form of interviews. Subjects in this study were permanent employees at PT X. Research subjects totaling 119 employees were sampled in this study. The analysis technique used was multiple regression path analysis. Leadership did not have a significant effect on employee performance while motivation and organizational culture did. Based on the results of this study, PT X is expected to maintain the condition of employees who already have high work motivation and good organizational culture, so that it will improve employee performance. The company is also expected to pay attention to providing training, especially leadership training, to improve employee leadership abilities or competencies, and rewards to each employee as a means of increasing employee performance. Based on Kompas news, it is known that several pilots who are members of the Garuda Pilot Association (APG) conducted a strike because of management problems. Employees (pilots) assume that management always makes unilateral decisions on every policy made. This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style on employee work motivation at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. The independent variable under study is the situational leadership style (X), while employee work motivation (Y) as the dependent variable is examined. Situational leadership style variables are measured using indicators of instruction, consultation, participation, and delegation. The variable work motivation of employees is measured by using indicators of willingness to assume responsibility, achievement motivation, and engagement. This study uses a sample of 25 respondents, namely the executive employee of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. While sampling uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and observations. The results of this study based on the results of the correlation analysis/relationship between situational leadership style and employee work motivation obtained a correlation value of 0.677 which is classified as positive and strong. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 31.931 + 0.599X, X regression coefficient of 0.599 states that every 1% increase in the value of situational leadership style, the motivation value increases by 0.599. The t-test shows that situational leadership style (variable X) partially proved to have a positive effect on employee work motivation (variable Y). The magnitude of the influence of situational leadership on employee motivation is 45.9%, while 54.1% is influenced by other factors such as the desire to live, the desire for a position, the desire for power and the desire for recognition, which is not examined by the researcher. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is suggested that in increasing employee work motivation, it is necessary to have guidance and training in the field of tasks as well as increased motivation related to the needs of employees both internally and externally. For other researchers, it is expected that they can expand the object of their research and not only limited to the PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch but can be done in other institutions related to the objectivity of employee motivation. This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of supervision on the tinancial management performance, 2) Obtain empirical approval of the requirements for managing financial governance, 3) the influence of leadership style on the performance of financial managers. In this study using Causality Design. The population in this study is the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Solok Regency which collects 27 SKPD. The population in this study was 27 SKPD. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression. The result of the study found 1) Control of apprenticeship in support of financial management in the Regional Work Unit of the Solok Regency, 2) Governance supports of financial management of the Solok District Work Unit, 3) Leadership style that supports financial management in the Regional Work Unit of Solok Regency, 4) Together the internal control variables, governance and leadership style are jointly agrees on the performance of financial managers in the Solok District Work Unit.

The public demand for health service professionalism and transparent financial management made some Puskesmas in Semarang regency changed the status of public health center to BLUD. The implementation of Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD requires resources that it can work well in order to meet the expectations of the community. The aim of this study is to know the difference of work motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD. Method of this research is a comparative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The object of this research are work motivation and job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD and non-BLUD Semarang regency. This Research showed that Sig value. (P-value) work motivation variable was 0.019 smaller than α value (0.05). It showed that there was a difference of work motivation of employees in Puskemas BLUD and non-BLUD. Sig value (P-value) variable of job satisfaction was 0.020 smaller than α value (0.05). It showed that there was a difference of job satisfaction of BLUD and non-BLUD. The average of non-BLUD employees motivation were 76.59 smaller than the average of BLUD employees were 78.25. The average of job satisfaction of BLUD employees were 129.20 bigger than the average of non-BLUD employee were 124.26. Job satisfaction of employees in Puskesmas BLUD was higher than non-BLUD employees.

Human beings as psycho-physical who can produces work ethics that appears from inside of themselves soul, necessarily, the realm of analytical studies leads to motivational psychology. N Ach is one of the proper phenomena which is assumed to be something that can play an important role for the formation of superior human beings regarding to work. However, not all psychology scientists agree that work motivation comes from revelation or religion, therefore this study will clarify psychological studies which are considered to have proportional accommodative attitudes. Religion Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology and Humanistic Psychology are thought schools those have fair and objective attitudes and views on the Islamic teachings and Islamic dogma as a source of work motivation. People who have high N Ach and also the person who actualized it is a factors or elements that can emerge a high work ethic, then it shows that there is a potential high work ethic from muslim’s faith that was built on the basics of Al-Qur 'an and As-Sunnah. Faith without worship acts/work which was included abaout physical and psychological work, so also if the work ethic is not based on the concept of worship acts and fitht, it cannot be categorized as Islamic work. Then it was called the Islamic work ethic.
