Pulang Pisau Regency has a total consumption of rice that 1.140 kcal/capita/day, less than the standard calorie intake of 2.200 kcal/capita/day. This study aimed to determine the level of household food security before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gohong Village, Pulang Pisau regency. This research was conducted in Gohong Village, Pulang Pisau Regency. Purposive selection of the location. Research conducted for 3 (three) months starting from October to December 2020. The number of samples was taken 20 households, the method used in determining the sample was the proportional simple random sampling technique. The data collected includes primary and secondary data. The analysis tools used is the share of food expenditure and energy adequacy. The results showed that the level of energy consumption from rice in the household was on average 888.46 calories/person/day, only reaching 44.42% of the energy adequacy of 2,000 calories/person/day. 25% of the household can achieve energy sufficiency from grains. 40% households were in the Food Expenditure Share above 60% before the Covid 19 Pandemic, and 35% households were in the Covid 19 Pandemic. 15% households were in food secure before the Pandemic it increased to 20% while Pandemic Covid 19. Increment in the number of households food secure was due to the decrease in the number of households with a Food Expenditure Share above 60%. The number of households on criteria food insecure before the pandemic was 85% consisting of 10% vulnerable, 45% lack of food, and 30% food insecurity. Meanwhile, during the pandemic, 80% of households were on the criteria food insecure, consisting of 5% vulnerable food, 45% lack of food, and 30% food insecure

This research aims to 1). Find out the content of N, P, C-Organic, Na-exch, Mg-exch, K-exch, Ca-exch, CEC, and pH-H2O on vermicompost on different feed and media, 2). Find out the effect of feeding types and types medium for growth and development of earthworm colonies Lumbricus rubellus. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the type of feed with 2 levels: P1 = tofu dregs (150 grams) and P2 = cattle rumen (100 grams) while the second factor is the type of media with 2 levels: G0 = cow manure (1.4 kg) and G1 = cow manure (0.7 kg) + peat soil (0.7 kg). From these treatments there were 4 treatment combinations, each of which was repeated 3 times, in order to obtain 12 experimental units. The weight of worms used is 50 grams per experimental unit. This research was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2019, located at the Experimental Garden of the Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Palangka Raya University and Palangka Raya University Analytical Laboratory. The results showed that the results of laboratory analysis of nutrients in worm compost such as pH-H2O, N-total, C-organic, P-Bray, K-exch, Ca-exch, Mg-exch, Na-exch and CEC were found to have different results. There was an interaction between the type of feed and the type of media that had a very significant effect on the pH-H2O variable and the weight of the earthworm Lumbricus rubellus and on a single factor, namely the P-Bray, Ca-exch and Na-exch variables. Whereas in the N-total, C-organic, K-exch and CEC variables there was no significant effect then there was an interaction between the type of feed and the type of media which had a very significant effect on the final weight of Lumbricus rubellus earthworm, namely in the P1G1 treatment with a weight of 155.77 grams, in P1G0 treatment with a weight of 105.58 grams, and in P2G0 treatment with a weight of 90.83 grams, and the weight of Lumbricus rubellus earthworms had no significant effect, namely the P2G1 treatment with a weight of 47.56 grams

In the city of Palangka Raya with a population of 266,000 people, waste is a problem, among others, due to the limited facilities and infrastructure to support waste transportation. The average amount of waste transported by the Palangka Raya City Garbage Transport Team only reached 48.94% of the total waste that must be transported every month which reached 27,628.2 m³. Thus, the rate of waste production is still faster than efforts to overcome it. The purpose of this research is to study the performance of waste management in Palangka Raya City from the generation of waste, support for financing, and regulation, as well as to study the priority aspects as supporting the performance of waste management so that waste management can improve and the aspects that are the main causes and can affect the management performance of waste, as well as how the planning and commitment of the Palangka Raya City government towards improving the performance of waste management. The research method is quantitative descriptive, analysis of waste management performance data and priority setting is carried out with a Likert Scale modification. The number of respondents as many as 30 people who are all waste management supervisors in Pahandut and Jekan Raya Subdistricts which are the research locations. The results show that the value response in the form of a percentage that is considered appropriate requires priority handling, namely waste facilities (81%) as the first priority, financial support (70%) as the second priority, waste generation (69%) the third priority, regulation (65%) , and waste infrastructure (53%). In general, the performance of solid waste management in the City of Palangka Raya needs to be improved, especially in the waste facilities because the amount of waste generated in the City of Palangka Raya has not been balanced with the performance of waste management.

The tourism industry is a driver of the economy nationally, regionally and locally. As one source of local revenue (PAD) city of Palangka Raya, this sector received priority attention. Since the last 10 years developing the tourism industry and has developed a fairly good growth. This sector could boost GDP growth in the field of business; perdagangangn. hotels and restaurants. But seen from the growth in tourist arrivals is still dominated by local tourist arrivals, tourist arrivals have not been well explored. Some of the problems, challenges and constraints experienced in the development of the tourism industry. This condition is a manifestation of improvement and even become a dilemma that must be managed in harmony. The future of the city of Palangka Raya tourism industry has good prospects can be anticipated by considering the factors that influence. The study was conducted in the districts that have the potential of nature tourism (ecotourism), using descriptive qualitative research methods and kunatitif and SWOT analisis. In terms of the economy, the tourism sector of the city of Palangka Raya has particularly bright future . The growth rate of GDP, trade, hotel and restaurant sector the role of tourism as a revenue contributor serial number 3.

This study aims to: (1) to know the consumer's characteristics of local food kupu (made of cassava), and (2) to know consumer perceptions of local food kupu. This research was a case study at the Home Industry "Griya Jawau Melin". The number of samples was 35 respondents, which has been specified with a convenience sampling technique. The research was designed both qualitative and quantitative methods, Data were collected through interviews with a questionnaire guide, and data were analyzed descriptively and using a Likert Scale.   These results indicate that kupu consumers have varied characteristics, including gender, age, ethnic, education, occupation, and income. Consumers' perceptions of local food kupu which consist of variables i.e. taste, quality, price, sosial, and culture, are considered good with a score of 3203 and an average score of 79.58. The variable that gives the highest score was a culture with an average score of 84.57, followed by sosial variables (average score 81.94), quality variable (average score 81.55), price variable (average score 77, 90), and lastly, the taste score with an average of 69.43. These results indicate that the most influencing purchases are cultural and sosial faktors, the taste faktor being the last variable influencing the purchase of Kupu after the quality and price variables.
