In the modern era, the leadership values and processes that must be passed by someone to become a leader has been changed. The evolution of mind and social life has changed the paradigm of modern humans in the view of the concept of leadership. To be a leader, a person must speak and train himself to have the character, abilities or qualities that should be owned by leaders. The Students who manage intra-school organizations (OSIS) are one of the forerunners of future leaders in the future and have an interest in driving change in their respective schools so that they become better. As a form of caring in building a leadership model that has integrity, Indonesia College of Economics conducts leadership training and coaching for OSIS administrators in SMA & SMK Negeri as well as the private sector in North Jakarta. The method used in this training consisted of lecture activities, question and answer sessions, discussion of case studies, by explaining the basic concepts of visionary leadership, participative leadership styles, change leadership and how to make decisions correctly. After this training, it is hoped that the student council officials will possess and demonstrate leadership motivation skills that are ready to challenge and can inspire students in their respective school environments.

Pengelolaan Limbah Bambu Menjadi Kerajinan Celengan Guna Meningkatkan Kreatifitas Anak-anak Dan Menambah Nilai Jual Limbah Bambu

This training program is implemented aimed at improving the creativity of Mekarasih children and utilizing waste used bamboo into crafts as well as learning media into a piggy bank that has artistic value and value to also have selling value.This training was held in Mekarasih Village on August 29-30, 2020. In the implementation of the piggy bank making program was attended by 7 children of Mekarasih Village, 2 students, and accompanied by a Guiding Lecturer 1 person. The methods of implementation of this training program include (1) Socialization of material delivery to participants, (2) Implementation of the practice of making used bamboo waste into a piggy bank, (3) Evaluation of activities including evaluation of the manufacturing process, and results. The result of this community service in the form of crafts from used bamboo waste into a piggy bank that has artistic value and selling value as well as for children's learning media to motivate to get used to saving early in addition to increasing the selling value of bamboo waste.

This situation has forced the police to move towards evaluating service standards and the quality of their officers. The question of how the police can approach, and provide services to the community, and adopt a pattern of media coverage in carrying out their duties, is sought to be realized through this training. With the methods of lecturing, field practice, discussion and evaluation, this training has succeeded in gaining insight and knowledge, as well as providing solutions to the problems of Bhayangkara, Community Security Guidance and Police Operators in North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels as a result of insufficient insulin function caused by disruption of insulin products by beta Langerhans cells or the body's cells are less responsive to insulin. Covid-19 attacks almost all ages, especially people who have a history of chronic disease (co-morbid) have a risk of getting it more frequently and with worse complications from this disease. One of the chronic disease history is DM. Physical exercise or physical activity is one of the pillars in the management of DM which functions to improve insulin sensitivity and also to maintain body fitness during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The form of community service activities carried out in the DM patient group includes education to patients and families about online education for DM sufferers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of community service activities obtained an increase in knowledge about the implementation of physical activity for DM patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pendampingan Creative Writing Teacher berbasis In On In Service Dalam Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Bagi Guru

Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah berupa artikel dan dapat memberikan nilai positif untuk pemberdayaan kualitas guru sebagai tenaga profesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis in on in service. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan secara daring dan luring. Pendampingan secara daring dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan webinar yang didampingi oleh tim pada tahapan (in) dengan aplikasi zoom. Pendampingan secara luring dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp dan pendampingan langsung ke sekolah secara tatap muka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Untuk mengukur ketercapaian dilakukan analisis deskripstif kualitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik Pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil pelaksanaan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu mengubah PTK kedalam artikel ilmiah, mampu menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dan Zetero dalam menulis artikel dan sumber referensi, dan menghasilkan artikel yang dipublish dijurnal. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil survey yang menunjukkan respon kemajuan mitra yang sangat baik.

Peningkatan Kemampuan Orang Tua Dalam Pengembangan Moralitas Anak Melalui Modelling Di Paud Desa Layak Anak

Moralitas anak merupakan bentuk perilaku anak yang menunjukkan baik atau buruk, benar atau salah berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai dianut atau dipercayai oleh kelompok msyarakat tertentu. Perilaku moral anak pada dasarnya dibentuk dan dikondisikan oleh lingkungan terutama oleh orang tua. Orang tua mempunyai peran dalam mengembangkan moralitas anak sesuai ajaran dan keyakinan yang dianut serta nilai-nilai yang berlaku di masyarakat. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan terhadap orang tua mengenai cara pengembangan moral anak melalui modeling, mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan orang tua. Dalam proses modeling atau keteladanan , anak mengamati atau melihat sika dan perilaku orang tua, informasi yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan diteruskan ke cortex untuk diproses, hasil pemrosesan informasi dapat digunakan langsung untuk berperilaku dan dapat juga disimpan dalam ingatan untuk digunakan berperilaku pada kesempatan yang akan datang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam membentuk dan mengembangkan moralitas anak di Desa Menayu Kecamatan Muntilan, kabupaten Magelang, demi mewujudkan “Desa Layak Anak “. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rural Apraissal, dengan pendekatan dalam proses pemberdayaan dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, yang tekanannya pada keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan. Orang tua yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian secara rutin dan melalui kelompok-kelompok dengan cara bergantian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam membentuk dan mengembangkan moralitas anak. Kesimpulan, meningkatnya kemampuan dan ketrampilan orang tua dalam mengembangkan moralitas anak dapat mewujudkan Desa Menayu sebagai Desa Layak Anak.

Pendampingan guru dan Pengembangan Soal Matematika Berkarakter Olimpiade tingkat SMA

This devotion aims to provide mathematics teachers assistance in developing Olympic characters at the high school level. The devotional activities are coordinated with the math teacher and test the question to the students. The results showed that all participants stated that this devotional activity helped them enrich knowledge and insights related to the mathematical Olympics. As a form of evaluation, participants can independently develop the questions that have been prepared so that all students can use it with very diverse student characteristics. The accompanying participants' assessment obtained a statement that mentioned that the service team's material according to the math teacher's needs related to the character of the math Olympic problem.

Pengembangan diversifikasi mata pencaharian berbasis sumberdaya lokal merupakan salah satu katup pengaman ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat petani yang telah mengembangkan diversifikasi mata pencaharian produktif kreatif dari on farm ke off farm ialah pengrajin, yang mengelola usaha mikro dengan produk kerajinan berbahan limbah kelapa atau cococraft. Pengrajin memproduksi ragam desain dan motif cococraft sesuai trend pasar. Tujuan pokok produk uunggulan daerah ini ialah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas cococraft bermutu sebagai produk unggulan Kelurahan Tanjungsari Kota Blitar. Tujuan khusus yakni meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mayoritas pengrajin cococraft sebagai produk unggulan Kelurahan Tanjungsari Kota Blitar, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pengrajin agar mampu dalam teknik pemasaran strategis inovatif, manajemen adaptif sehingga menghasilkan cococraft bermutu sebagai produk unggulan Kelurahan Tanjungsari Kota Blitar. Sasaran strategis dari kegiatan ini ditetapkan pada Kelompok Pengrajin Cococraft di Kelurahan Tanjungsari Kota Blitar. Solusi atas permasalahan dilakukan melalui penggunaan metode pendekatan berupa paduan pelatihan partisipatif, demonstrasi cara atau plot, penyuluhan interaktif, advokasi konsultatif dan evaluasi yang berbasis Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA).

This Community Partnership Program is in partnership with BINA USAHA Small and Medium Industries which is engaged in the metal welding industry. BINA USAHA also produces equipment and simple machines for industrial processing of agricultural products from surrounding communities, such as tobacco chopper machines and coffee peeler. The production equipment owned by the partners is still conventional. This condition causes low production capacity, in addition, the existing equipment is less ergonomic, so it often creates work inconvenience for employees. Apart from low production capacity, the use of conventional equipment will also result in poor product quality, because the uniformity of the dimensions of the workmanship cannot be maintained. Meanwhile, problems in the field of management, product marketing are still limited to certain areas. This is due to the lack of information received by partners in finding areas for product marketing, lack of marketing networks and the marketing area is not yet extensive. This activity uses a participatory community empowerment model / Participatory Rural Appraisal so that it requires active participation from partners. The solutions offered to solve the problems faced by partners in this PKM scheme community service activities are: a). Equipment development, b). Production process training, c). Develop a marketing model. The output target to be achieved from this activity is the application of science and technology ROLLS BENDING MACHINE at IKM BINA USAHA, so as to increase the competitiveness of IKM products and improve the welfare of the community.
