As to person reason wants to work (Peterson and Plowman); the desire to live (willing for alive continuance), the desire for posession (willing to has a certain), the desire for power (willing to has power), the desire for recornation (willing for acknowledgement). wage follows west wage or salary usually, main or minimum and every emolumen addition that payed out direct or not direct, what in the form of cash or goods, by entrepreneur to worker in relation to work connection. while wage follows Islam repayment that accepted somebody on the job in the form of matter repayment at world (fair and proper) and in the form of reward repayment at akherat (repayment good). opinion difference towards wage between west and Islam situated in 2 matters: first, Islam see wage very big the hook with moral concept, temporary west not. second, wage in Islam not only limit of matter (matter or mundane) but menembus life limit, that is berdimensi akherat that called with reward, temporary west not. as to wage concept second similarity between west and Islam lays in justice principle (justice) and elegibility principle (sufficiency).   Sebagaimana alasan keinginan orang bekerja (Peterson dan Plowman); keinginan untuk hidup (kelangsungan hidup), keinginan untuk memiliki posisi, keinginan untuk kekuasaan, keinginan untuk pemulihan (keinginan untuk pengakuan). Biasanya upah dan gaji mengikuti metode pengupahan barat (konvensional), berupa komponen pokok (gaji) atau minimum upah dan setiap penambahan emolumen yang dibayarkan langsung atau tidak langsung, baik dalam bentuk uang tunai ataupun barang, oleh pengusaha ke pekerja sehubungan dengan hubungan kerja. Sementara upah mengikuti pembayaran Islam yang diterima seseorang dalam hubungan pekerjaan berbentuk pembayaran materi di dunia (adil dan tepat) dan dalam bentuk pembayaran imbalan di akherat (pahala). Perbedaan pendapat terhadap upah antara barat dan Islam terletak dalam 2 hal: pertama, Islam melihat upah sangat besar kaitannya dengan konsep moral, sementara barat tidak. kedua, upah dalam Islam tidak hanya membatasi materi (materi atau duniawi) tetapi menembus batas kehidupan, yaitu berdimensi akherat yang disebut dengan imbalan pahala, sementara barat tidak. Untuk persamaan kedua konsep antara barat dan Islam terletak pada prinsip keadilan dan prinsip elegibilitas (kecukupan).

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study on Hotel Employees in the city of Pagar Alam). By using primary data and secondary data, this research uses the Ordinary Least Square method. The results of this study are the findings of the influence of Compensation and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study on Hotel Employees in the City of Pagar Alam) can be explained as follows. Based on the Regression analysis in the table above, the constant value α = 38,868 and coefficient b1 =. 083 and b2 = .396, so that the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 38.868+ 0.083X1 + 0.396X2. The regression equation that has been obtained can be used to predict the value of the independent variable and the dependent variable, as follows: A constant value of 38,868 means that if all independent variables are zero, then the performance of hotel clerks in the city of Pagar Alam is valued at 38,868. Competence (X1) has a regression coefficient of .083 meaning that each increase in Competency by 1 unit then the performance of hotel employees increases by .083 assuming the other factors remain. Compensation (X2) has a regression coefficient of .396 meaning that each increase in compensation is 1 unit, the performance of hotel employees increases by .396. From the determination coefficient table above, it can be seen that the R Square figure is 0.931. This means that the influence between the independent variables with the dependent variable is 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other factors outside the regression model analyzed. From these figures it can be concluded that the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable is very strong.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan hotel di Kota Pagar Alam). Dengan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Sederhana (Ordinary Least Square). Adapun hasil Penelitian ini adalah Hasil temuan mengenai pengaruh Komptensi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan hotel di Kota Pagar Alam) dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut. Berdasarkan analisis Regresi pada tabel diatas didapatkan  nilai konstanta α = 38.868 dan koefisien b1 = . 083  dan b2 = .396, sehingga persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah :  Y =  38.868+ 0.083X1 + 0.396X2. Persamaan regresi yang telah diperoleh dapat dipergunakan untuk memprediksi nilai variabel independen dan variabel dependen yaitu sebagai berikut : Nilai konstanta sebesar 38.868 artinya bahwa jika semua variabel independen benilai nol, maka kinerja kayawan hotel di kota Pagar Alam bernilai sebesar 38.868. Kompetensi (X1) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar .083 artinya setiap kenaikan Kompetensi sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja karyawan hotel naik sebesar .083 dengan asumsi faktor-faktor yang lain tetap. Kompensasi (X2) mempunyai koefisien regresi sebesar .396 artinya setiap kenaikan kompensasi sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja karyawan hotel naik sebesar .396. Dari tabel koefisien determinasi di atas, dapat dilihat bahwa angka R Square sebesar 0.931. Hal ini berarti pengaruh antar variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sebesar 93,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model regresi yang dianalisis. Dari angka tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sangat kuat.

This research  aims to identify and analyze the effect of the service quality and satisfaction variables toward customer loyalty. Method of data collection in this research is using the survey method with questionnaires. Population in this research is the customers of Indosat Unlimited in Depok. Based on the results of the analysis, it indicates that the service quality significantly influences the customer loyalty, shown by the t significant value of 0.000 smaller that α 0.05 with the regression coefficient of 2.537. service quality has a significant effect on the customer loyalty indicated by the t significant value 0.000 less than α =0.05. service quality and satisfaction significantly influence the customer loyalty shown by F significant  value of 0.000 smaller than α=0.05 and are able  contribute to the customer loyalty variables of 0.504 or 51.7%. the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Indosat Unlimited di Cimanggis. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisa penelitian ini, mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, ditunjukan dari nilai signifikan si uji t =0.000 lebih kecil dari α =0.05 dengan koefisien regresi =2.537. kualitas layanan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi uji t =0.000 lebih kecil dari α=0,05. Kualitas layanan dan kepuasan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, ditunjukan dari nilai signifikansi uji F =0,000 lebih kecil dari α=0.05 dan mampu memiliki kontribusi terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0.504 atau 51.7%. sisanya sebesar 48.3% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak dianalisa dalam penelitian ini.

The use of data services is not new in the midst of the community because all levels of society can already use online-based services. This is supported by the presence of online shopping applications such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Elevenia, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, OLX, Mataharimall.com, and DJ.ID. This research is based on the theory of Marketing Management science related to the development of the digital economy in modern global-based platform organizations as one of the applications that accelerates and facilitates the use of online shopping application services in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the nature of the research is explanatory. The population in this study is the number of digital marketing service users by 120,856 respondents and the sampling technique using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents used in this study. The results obtained in this study are that partially the use of digital marketing obtained tcount > ttable (1,588 > 1,290) and easy access to services obtained tcount > ttable (1,434 > 1,290) has a significant positive effect > 0.10 in increasing people's purchasing power Medan city, while simultaneous use of digital marketing and the ease of access of services obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable (2.337 > 2.36) has a positive and not significant effect on increasing the purchasing power of the people of Medan City in the era of the marketing industry revolution 4.0   Penggunaan layanan data bukan menjadi hal yang baru di tengah lingkungan masyarakat karena semua lapisan masyarakat sudah dapat menggunakan layanan berbasis online. Hal tersebut didukung dengan adanya aplikasi belanja online seperti Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Elevenia, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, OLX, Mataharimall.com, dan DJ.ID. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori ilmu Manajemen Pemasaran terkait dengan perkembangan ekonomi digital dalam organisasi modern berbasis global platform sebagai salah satu aplikasi yang mempercepat dan mempermudah penggunaan layanan aplikasi belanja online di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian yaitu explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah pengguna layanan digital marketing sebesar 120.856 orang responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sebanyak 100 orang responden digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa secara parsial penggunaan digital marketing diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (1,588 > 1,290) dan kemudahan akses layanan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (1,434 > 1,290) berpengaruh positif dengan signifikan > 0,10  dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat kota Medan, sedangkan secara simultan penggunaan digital marketing dan kemudahan akses layanan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (2,373 > 2,36) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat Kota Medan di era revolusi industri marketing 4.0

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the potential financial distress in the cement industry are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Byusing the altman z-score model and the springate model using secondary data on cement industry listed on the indonesia stock excange using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques the final result show that the financial performance analyzed using the altman z-scor model and the springate model on the cement industry listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2013 to 2018 was in a state of no or experiencing financial difficulties. The result of the prediction of financial distrees or bankruptcy predictions are companies using the altman z-scor model in gray area and expriencing bankruptcy, namely PT. Indocement in 2017 and 2018  was  in the grey area zone grey area  and in 2017 experiencing financial ditrees, PT  Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk went financial distrees in 2017 and 2018 while PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia,Tbk in 2013 to 2018 experienced financial distrees while the result of financial ditress, namely PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, not yet in 2013 to 2018 while PT Semen Baturaja (Persero),Tbk in 2017 and 2018.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana potensi kesulitan keuangan dalam industri semen terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan model altman z-score dan model springate menggunakan data sekunder pada industri semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. teknik analisis hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan yang dianalisis menggunakan model altman z-scor dan model springate pada industri semen yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada 2013 hingga 2018 dalam keadaan tidak ada atau mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Hasil prediksi financial distress atau prediksi kebangkrutan adalah perusahaan yang menggunakan model altman z-scor di grey area dan mengalami kebangkrutan, yaitu PT. Indocement pada 2017 dan 2018 berada di zona abu-abu zona abu-abu dan pada 2017 mengalami kesulitan keuangan, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk mengalami kesulitan keuangan pada 2017 dan 2018 sedangkan PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Tbk pada 2013 hingga 2018 mengalami kesulitan keuangan sementara hasil financial ditress, yaitu PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, belum pada 2013 hingga 2018 sedangkan PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk pada 2017 dan 2018.

The increasingly fierce competition of online shop products spurred online shop application providers to undertake business development strategy steps by strengthening digital business services and various service innovations to meet customer needs. This can be seen from the public interest in shopping at online stores because prices are more competitive, there is no need to bother coming directly to the store, and the goods purchased will be delivered to the buyers’ place. The population in this study that used mobile shop online application services was 105,551 respondents with the formula Slovin obtained a sample size of 100 respondents. The research data analysis method is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that the attractiveness of advertisements and customer comments together have a positive and significant effect in increasing customer product purchasing decisions for users of online shop applications in Medan, while partially the attractiveness of advertising (X1) only has a positive and significant effect, but the variables customer comments (X2) have no positive effect in improving customer product purchasing decisions on users of online shop applications in the city of Medan.  Persaingan produk online shop yang semakin ketat memacu perusahaan penyedia aplikasi online shop untuk melakukan langkah strategi pengembangan usaha dengan perkuatan layanan bisnis digital serta beragam inovasi layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari ketertarikan masyarakat berbelanja di toko online dikarenakan harga yang lebih kompetitif, tidak perlu ribet datang langsung ke toko, dan barang yang dibeli akan diantar ke tempat pembeli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan layanan mobile aplikasi online shop sebanyak 105.551 responden dengan rumus slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data penelitian adalah analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh daya tarik iklan dan komentar pelanggan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk pelanggan pada pengguna aplikasi online shop di Kota Medan, sedangkan secara parsial variabel daya tarik iklan (X1) saja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tetapi variabel komentar pelanggan (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk pelanggan pada pengguna aplikasi online shop di Kota Medan.

Performance, knowing the Effect of Organizational Culture on Performance and knowing the effect of Conflict and Organizational Culture on Performance in the Regional Revenue Agency of the Province of South Sumatra.This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection technique with the number of samples used by 51 employees. This study uses the help of SPSS Version 22 software to analyze data The results of the t-test analysis show that the value of the Conflict variable (X1) is 3,619, and the organizational culture is 4,185 so the value of tcount> t table is 3,619> 1,676 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05 for Conflict (X1) and 4,185> 1,676 for Culture Organization (X2) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the conflict partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test obtained Fcount value of 17.180 with a Ftable value of 3.16, the value of Fcount> Ftable is 17.180> 3.19. Significance value = 0.000ᵇ <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Conflict and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the R square value obtained is 0.417, which means that employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency can be explained by Conflict and Organizational Culture of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is explained by other variables not included in this study, such as motivation, environment work and training. This shows that the free variables (Conflict and Organizational Culture) only provide part of the information needed to predict the dependent variable (Performance).

The problem in this study are the factors that cause changes in consumer behavior in shopping from Traditional retail to Modern Retail. Research in urban areas Palembang is a descriptive study conducted by survey method. With this method of data collected by the survey respondents in-depth interviews guidance tool of the points question. In addition to using primary data obtained from respondents also data obtained from depth interviews with informants. To develop questions, first performed exploratory study (exploratory) to potential respondents. In this study, a sample of 120 respondents represented 10 respondents from each of the East Village in District II Palembang Ilir. From the results of research obtained housewife who choose traditional retail as much as 51.7%, the dominant factor affecting consumers in the traditional retail shopping as follows: Price, Scheme & Offers, frequency of visits, and Stock Availability of Goods. From the obtained results of research conducted housewife who choose modern retailing as much as 48.3%, dominant factors that influence consumers in a retailshop at Modern as follows: Leisure Location, Convenience in Shopping, Parking Facilities, Payment Method, In the Good Customer Service, comforts for Women Workers, and Conduct, Based on the above data the researchers to conclude that in the district of East Ilir IIis not a change of behavior in the selection of retail shopping from traditional to modern retail.
