The market economy of our country has been developing continuously since the reform and opening up. With the improvement of the mechanism and the deepening of the reform, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more competitive. The core of competition among enterprises is the competition of talent resources in essence. It can be seen that only with high-quality talent team the enterprises can remain invincible long throughout the hundred years of enterprise development history. WWW platform, multi agent distributed application system and other related concepts were introduced firstly in this paper. Then the development method was described. The security of WWW services was discussed in the end, which hoped to provide reference for researchers in related fields.

We analyzed possibility to increase density of field-effect heterotransistors framework an injection locked oscillator. We obtain, that to increase the density of the considered transistors one shall manufacture them in a heterostructure with specific configuration (substrate and epitaxial layer with sections, which were manufactured by using other materials). These sections should be doped by using ion implantation or dopant diffusion. After the doping optimized annealing of dopant and/or radiation defects should done. To formulate recommendations for the optimization we model mass transport (with account nonlinearity) with time and space varying parameters. To make the modelling we introduce an analytical approach. The approach gives a possibility to make the above modelling without crosslinking of solution on interfaces of the heterostructure.

LoRa is one of developing data commuication infrastructures which can be enabled sensors on a large scale, wide area operations, and low energy consumption.the benefit of Low energy consumption in LoRa impacted on the length of data, the spread factor and the type of operation. by the challanges in smart building, LoRa can be best solution to cover wide area sensor network. and one of the critical points is how to ensure the data can be trusted. The purpose of this research is to observe the data taken from the power used in single phase electrical in residential consumers. the LoRa infrastructure used to deliver the data is using GioT and Acsip as the gateway and End Node, then involving SQL technique as a programming tools to refine the data.

Ultrasound images are popularly known to contain speckle noise that degrades the quality of the images for good and fast interpretation in many areas of medicine, especially for bone fracture detection. This necessitates the need for robust de-speckling techniques for clinical practice. Therefore, a study was carried out to reduce speckle using filtering algorithms such as Wiener, Average, Median and Wavelets. This paper discusses the level of improvement obtained through these filtering algorithms using the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) as a measurement tool. The results of our work presented in this paper suggest that the combination of Daubechies–Wiener which we call as a hybrid technique, gave the best performance, which is a new contribution in this field. This de-speckling algorithm can be further developed and evaluated at a larger scale.

Parallel controlled DC-DC converters are nonlinear and non-smooth systems, they show various nonlinear behaviour including smooth, non-smooth bifurcation, and chaos when they work outer their design conditions. Usually, the Poincaré map approach is the most common method for studying the stability of those nonlinear systems. Stability is indicated using the eigenvalues of the Jacobian of the map computed at the fixed point. The other method is the monodromy matrix approach, where the stability can be concluded by computed the eigenvalues of the matrix. In this paper, the nonlinear dynamics of parallel connected DC-DC converters are investigated. It is shown that the concept of the monodromy matrix can be applied to determine the stability of the system as well as the Poincare map approach.

Lightning overvoltages are caused either by direct strokes to the phase conductor [back flashover] or as a result of strokes to earth very closed to the line which produce. Induced lightning surges. This paper focuses on the simulation of the effect of corona model on different conductors used in transmission line design when subjected to the lightning surge, Kudyan non-linear model corona used for this purpose. Mothematical model of Lightning Surge and analytical representation of current wave shape are evaluated.

With the rapid development of Internet, people are not satisfied with sharing information only on the local network; instead, they intend to maximize the use of various types of network resources in different regions in the world. Therefore, routing technology has become a crucial part of network technology, and it has become the most important network equipment. On the basis of relevant domestic and foreign theories and researches, in view of the existing problems, a computer network routing configuration method based on intelligent algorithm was proposed in this paper; meanwhile, the feasibility of the method was verified by simulation experiment.

This paper is focusing on the stability analysis of the voltage mode control buck converter controlled by pulse-width modulation (PWM). Using two different approaches, the nonlinear phenomena are investigated in two terms, slow scale and fast scale bifurcation. A complete design-oriented approach for studying the stability of dc-dc power converters and its bifurcation has been introduced. The voltage waveforms and attractors obtained from the circuit simulation have been studied. With the onset of instability, the phenomenon of subharmonics oscillations, quasi-periodicity, bifurcations, and chaos have been observed

With a gradual increase in urban road traffic volume and traffic congestion degree, how to improve and solve the current traffic pressures has been a problem requiring urgent solution. To improve the traffic congestion status in urban road intersections and heighten the road traffic efficiency, the principle of fuzzy control is employed in this paper. Moreover, the multi-phase signal traffic control of intersections is performed together with vehicle queue lengths in lanes corresponding to the key traffic flow, and a traffic signal fuzzy control system is designed. Finally, this paper compares the simulation results between the fuzzy control system designed herein and the existing fixed traffic signal control methods. The comparative test results have shown that the fuzzy control method can well better actual congestion and traffic efficiency at intersections to a greater degree than the fixed timing method does.
