Peningkatan Kapasitas Kelompok Wanita Tani Desa dalam Pemanfaatan Limbah Sawit Sebagai Silase

Massive land conversion into palm oil tree plantation causes massive plantation waste (palm fronds) and the decrease of animal food in Jenggalu Village, Sukaraja, Seluma, Bengkulu. The solution for the problem is by utilizing palm fronds as silage (fermented animal food). The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of female farmer group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/ KWT) Tanjung Aur in utilizing palm fronds as silage. The method applied is theory and practice on how to create silage, preparing the procedure to create silage along with the main ingredients, and then holding the workshop on processing food fermentation from palm fronds using EM-4 activator. To maintain the continuity of the program, besides choosing the person in charge of the equipment, a supervision was also done in the form of monitoring and evaluation. After the fermentation process is completely applied for the livestock, the obtained results indicate that cows really like the food, this can be seen from the consumption increase. From the observation, the animal food and its technology are categorized as ‘useful’ and ‘very useful’ based on KWT members’ understanding. From the activity, it can be concluded that the KWT members’ ability towards the technology of utilizing palm fronds as silage is improved and it will be continuously applied.

Rintisan Kewirausahaan Melalui Eco Printing Bagi Penggerak Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga

Keberadaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta perlu dirasakan manfaatnya terutama untuk masyarakat sekitar kampus. Hal ini harus menjadi perhatian civitas akademika UNJ karena masih banyak terdapat elemen masyarakat yang memerlukan sumbang bakti untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, salah satunya yaitu anggota PKK kelurahan Ciketing Udik kecamatan Bantar Gebang. Daerah yang sangat spesifik ini karena dekat dengan lokasi pembuangan sampah Bantar Gebang, kiranya membutuhkan perhatian khusus sebagai daerah binaan, di antaranya melalui pembuatan video pembelajaran Eco Printing. Eco printing merupakan salah satu teknik untuk mencetak ke bahan kain dengan ciri khas yang sangat ramah lingkungan karena menggunakan bahan-bahan alam saat proses pencetakannya. Referensi bagi keuntungan memiliki keterampilan membuat seni eco printing sebagai salah satu jenis keterampilan dalam seni printing menggunakan flora yang ada di lingkungan tempat tinggal, sehingga menghasilkan berbagai produk fashion, aksesori yang cantik dan bercita rasa seni.

Pembelajaran Tajwid Bagi Anak Berbasis Teknologi Informasi

This community service activity aims to extend the knowledge and to motivate children in reading Al-Qur’an well and correctly using tajwid application. The activity was done in Masjid Babussalam Pasar X Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Regency, Serdang. The activity targets were the children around the environment of Masjid Babussalam. The methods used in this activity were lecturing and practice. There are 3 stages of this implementation activity namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The activity results are the increased ability of the children in comprehending and in understanding as well as in using tajwid application in Al-Qur’an learning. If seen from the evaluation, it is found that the children feel enthusiastic and happy in learning Al-Qur’an using this application.

Peningkatan Literasi Keluarga dalam Konten Edukatif Pembuatan Brownies Kukus Melalui Youtube

YouTube is an online video site that provides a variety of information in the form of moving and reliable images. Many users access YouTube to find out how to do certain things, such as cooking demos, how to use applications in a computer or smartphone, recycle garbage, practical ways to do things that are initially complicated or ineffective, hone various skills and so on. This is a descriptive qualitative research employing non probability technique, a type of snowball sampling. The ingredients used for making brownies are eggs, baking soda, vanilla, sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder, oil and water. In the process of steaming the brownies, heat transfer occurs in the form of conduction, convection and radiation and chemical changes also occur in brownies dough into well-cooked brownies cake. This research aims to find out to what extent the family knowledge in using YouTube as a source of information on science in the kitchen. The results obtained by YouTube can easily be accessed by the public. It is also often used by the public to look for recipes because there is a detailed explanation. After watching the video about brownies making, the insights gained about science in the kitchen increased.

Pembudayaan Permainan Tradisional sebagai Wahana Belajar Luar Ruang bagi Anak

The Covid-19 pandemic has made children even more interested in playing gadgets. The purpose of this community service activity is to reduce and change the dependence of early childhood on modern games, especially games on gadgets or smartphones. The method used was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by involving the Bait Kata community to design the concept of a literacy village, Karang Taruna to help socialize activities, and Dasa Wisma group to design UMKM and tourism awareness groups in Tebel Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This community service activity develops the concept of learning and playing traditional games in one place that is integrated between playing, learning and becoming a center for educational tourism for children. The expected output targets include making the literacy village a center for children's educational tourism in Sidoarjo and improving the welfare of the surrounding community through educational tours. The result achieved in this program is the establishment of a reading terrace where children learn various knowledge from textbook and novel sources to foster children's interest in reading and writing, as well as traditional games such as stilts, clogs, and congklak (a playing board with two parallel rows of circular depression) that train interaction, cooperation, empathy, and children’abilities at mathematics. For the surrounding community, this service has helped empower the community's economy through UMKM in the field of traditional games and food called Kampung Literasi culinary corner. Teras Baca and UMKM center have been integrated and are ready to become an educational tourism destination of Kampung Literasi Tebel Barat.

The capitation package distribution has not been regulated based on the position value index and performance appraisal according to the performance indicators of each employee’s detailed job descriptions, responsibilities and authorities. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a remuneration system which can then be implemented in KPF as a strategy in human resource management facing the era of National Health Insurance (JKN) to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The method used is a qualitative method through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach, interviews and documentation studies. The results of community service show that the Remuneration System can be developed based on Job Analysis and Performance Appraisals

Rancang Bangun Masjid Raya Universitas Samudera Aceh Berbasis Perencanaan Fungsional dan Strategis

The aim of planning the construction of the Grand Mosque of Universitas Samudera Aceh (UNSAM) was to help Universitas Samudra in Langsa city so that the construction of a new mosque in the campus environment has a large capacity with self-managed construction. The methods used for the study were literature design, site survey, interior spatial analysis, design planning. The findings and implications of a well design and planning is that it is hoped the mosque becomes the pride of the campus residents in particular and the people of Langsa city in general. It is also hoped to be able to support religious activities and worship for all academicians of Universitas Samudera.

Pendidikan Paralegal Bagi Masyarakat Sebagai Wujud Pemenuhan Hak Asasi Manusia Berkelanjutan

Paralegals are parties that can provide advocacy or legal assistance to the people in a broad sense beside advocates, lecturers and other legal activists. The role of paralegal itself is not intended to replace the function of an advocate. Instead, it is aimed to be able to cooperate in the fulfillment of access to justice for the society, especially the people who are poor and other vulnerable groups. In Indonesia, paralegal position is a voluntary activity in conducting empowerment process in the society. The beginning of this article will invite and provide understanding to readers to understand the definition and comprehension of paralegals, types, and their important role for the fulfillment of access to justice which is one of the most basic parts of human rights. Beside preparing a law-conscious society, paralegals also provide human rights protection to people who are having problems with law, until the stage of investigation in the police office. The villagers trained will get certification and verified by the government. The society service uses educational methods or approaches that are oriented to problem solving process using the pattern of education elements conducted systematically, directed and planned with the active participation of individuals, groups and society as a whole to find ways to solve problems faced by the society by paying attention to the surrounding socio-economic and local cultural factors. This approach is considered to be able to move the society dynamically towards progress as expected. Meanwhile, being participative is an approach that emphasizes on the efforts to increase the participation of the society or individuals directly in various processes and implementation of programs. The results of the service program are demonstrated with the establishment of a paralegal society, increased awareness and knowledge of the society on their rights in the field of law

Entrepreneurial Intentions of Accounting and Management Students

This study aims to examine the effects of entrepreneurial attitudes towards entrepreneurial intentions with entrepreneurship course as a mediating factor. This study used a survey method with 382 respondents that included Accounting and Management Science students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University who took an Entrepreneurship course in even semester. The data in this study were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes affected entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurship course. Entrepreneurship course also partially mediated the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes on the entrepreneurial intentions of accounting and management students.

Analisis Penghasilan, Pekerjaan, dan Usaha Masyarakat di Masa Pandemi Melalui Penerapan Data Sains

Activities in some sectors experience a decrease in revenue due to the Covid-19 outbreak, for example, the business of traders who experience a decline turnover. From some respondents who work in the field of trade, entrepreneurship, self-employment experience the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the results of questionnaire distributed through google form https://bit.ly/2DiRYzL. Despite the pandemic, work and learning activities still have to run online, for example, conducting online Student Community Service (KKN), with socialization activities to fill out questionnaires related to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the author also held online KKN activities by promoting tourist attractions in Sekaran village through https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ed3bdRIxlpY. The purposes of distributing questionnaire are to know the impact of the pandemic and in order to obtain solutions. This questionnaire was distributed to KKN places, namely Sekaran, Babat, Kebonsari, Turi, Kentong, Tunggul, Priyoso villages in Lamongan Regency, and Bayureno, Bojonegoro, and Banyulegi Mojokerto. The questionnaires that have been completed were then analyzed using basic statistics such as average value, maximum value, and minimum value. The results of the distribution of questionnaires obtained 990 respondents, with an analysis of 77% of respondents experienced changes in income during the pandemic. Jobs affected by Covid-19 are traders, entrepreneurs, self-employed, farmers and online hired motorcycle drivers. Their incomes decreased by 50% to 68%. There were 43 layoffs out of 990 respondents.
