Annealed pyrolytic graphite (APG) is a material with thermal conductivity of about 1500 W/(m·K). This property may enable the usage of APG’s thermal potential to develop highly thermally conductive composites for devices requiring effective thermal management. In this paper, APG has been encapsulated in aluminum by brazing, and the thermal properties of Al-APG composite baseplates were measured. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the Al-APG composite baseplates is about 620 W/(m·K), which is four times higher than the pure aluminum plate (152 W/(m·K)).

Hydroponics is one of the human significant food sources. This paper proposed the model of the system, Feasible Fish-Farming System (SFFS), which can make the water cultivating framework more practical, employing applying the Internet of things (IoT) to lessen the need for energy for controlling the climate. Little freshwater fish species (SFFs) (length <25 cm) are exceptionally plentiful in nutrient A, calcium, iron and so on and consequently can add to social wellbeing through a supplement to country networks. Under the pressing factor of broad current rural practices and aimless collecting, loads of SFFs are step by step declining, and their environments and favourable places are likewise being crumbled at a quicker rate. A superior protectionist approach could be the carp-SFFS combination which will decrease aimless mass catch fishing of SFFs and will guarantee the preservation of normal SFFs stocks in their territories giving financial advantage to partners. Various investigations have effectively showed an example of overcoming adversity of SFF polyculture through carp—SFFs joining. This creation cum preservation practice prompts manageability—a superior term in the fishery is 'social fishery'. The part that needs consideration is the taking care of nature of SFFs to comprehend inside and between species (with carps) food apportioning and living space inclination as better culture cum conservational approach. Exploration in hydroponics is a contribution to increment settled creation. In the last decade, different researchers have supported attempts that came about in advancing current creation advances that have altered homestead creation. Fish developing is having the chance to be a champion among the most remunerating ambitious activities on account of the low advancement, insignificant exertion course of action-adventure and the 3 to half-year gathering cycles. IoT advancements have altered homestead creation in the country. In this paper, we propose an idea to distinguish far off observing the fish cultivating framework by utilizing the different sensors to diminish the dangers. In this paper, we utilize different sensors like pH worth, temperature and level sensors. By utilizing these sensors, all the work is mechanized, and it will likewise be not challenging to screen the fish cultivating distantly from other areas. The SFFS coordinates the sun-based homestead and fish-ranch to lessen the additional energy input. Furthermore, the lighting of LEDs is utilized to help the photosynthesis in the evening. This way is more energy-proficient than the customary siphoning. Besides, this model shows the subjective accessibility of SFFS.

Polyester based composites were fabricated and characterized for their tensile, morphological and dynamic mechanical properties such as storage and loss moduli as a function of temperature. The morphological attributes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and COSLAB microscope. The morphological investigations have revealed a uniformly distributed polyester matrix of the composites. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) revealed an enhancement in the energy dissipation ability of the composite 4GF and an average storage modulus of the composite 3GF/1FN relative to the soft polyester phase. The tensile modulus and tensile strength increased up to 0.5 %, accompanied by while the strain at break remained largely unaffected. Fractured surface morphology indicates that the failure mode of the composites undergoes a switch-over from matrix-controlled shear deformation to the filler-controlled loading of the composites for specific applications. Hence, the utilization of discarded fishnet incorporated composites mitigates the problem of waste disposal.

Copper-aluminium composite heat dissipation components have both the high thermal conductivity of copper and the low density of aluminium. Copper and aluminium are dissimilar materials as they have significant differences in physical and chemical properties, and hence it is not easy to weld them together. In this paper, the joining of copper to aluminium is studied by using the ultrasonic brazing technique. The results show that the copper and aluminium can be connected by ultrasonic brazing, and it is found that the bonding of the copper side interface is the weak link of the entire joint, but the joint strength can still reach 95MPa.

The development and application of plasma processing such as plasma assisted CVD and PVD become highly important in various industrial fields such as microelectronics, sensors, solar cells, automobiles, cutting tools, etc.  In PVD different process are used such as Vacuum Evaporation, Electron Beam evaporation, Sputtering etc. But all processes have common limitation of one as such deposition is inline sight. It is difficult to achieve uniform coating on complex surfaces, holes and trenches. The width dimension and higher aspect ratio (Depth: width >1) of trenches generally in compatible with sputter deposition. When aspect ratio is increased, undesirable discontinuity can be observed at the lower half compared to upper half of trenches.  So that 3 axis rotation of substrate holder was designed with a stepper motors to get uniform coating on complex surfaces and holes. The angle of rotation and the speed are controlled by programmed micro controller. By positioning the surface features perpendicular to the plasma the holes, grooves are coated uniformly. The coating was characterized using X-ray diffractometer, SEM and micro hardness tester.
