THE USE OF INSECTS IN AGRICULTURE — A WAY TO ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Research and development of technologies for breeding, cultivation and use of insects is an important task of the modern national economy, the solution of which can reduce the technogenic load on natural ecosystems. The Black Soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) is a very promising biological species that allows to obtain the following types of products: biomass of the Black Lion fly (Hermetia illucens) fly larvae, which can be processed into animal protein (protein meal) and lipid concentrate (oil); zoo compost obtained after the separation of the Black Soldier fly larvae (Hermetia illucens). Due to their evolutionarily developed mechanisms of surviving in a chemically and bacteriologically aggressive environment, the larvae of the Hermetia illucens fly are able to successfully endure and neutralize many toxic components of the substrate, which is an important factor in their breeding and use for waste processing.

METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO MONITORING AND MANAGING STAFF TURNOVER IN HEAT SUPPLY COMPANIES

The article considers the essence of staff turnover and its impact on the functioning of the organization of the heat supply industry in modern conditions. An analytical approach is proposed using functional cost analysis (hereinafter referred to as FСA) in order to monitor staff turnover at a heat supply company. On the basis of the FСA, the costs of performing the labor functions of an engineer for the organization, operation and repair of an enterprise engaged in the provision of services for heating and hot water supply are analyzed. According to the results of the study revealed excessive and unusual office functions proposed measures to change the duties of the employee to reduce workload for the position, indirectly contributing to the reduction of staff turnover in this position and allowing to increase the employee satisfaction employment within the organization and, consequently, increase the efficiency of the organization and the level of its competitiveness. A list of indicators reflecting the level of staff turnover in the organization is proposed. The relevance of the implementation of the personnel turnover monitoring system in the organization is justified.

SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES AS AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCT OF THE RUSSIAN ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION COMPLEX

The paper considers self-storage facilities as a new product for the Russian architectural and construction complex. Its potential consumers have been identified. The indicators of development of Europe self-storage market are analyzed. The Moscow experience is described. The main drivers of the industry’s growth are identified based on the analysis of the housing commissioning structure in Russia.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT OF ASSESSING RELIABILITY OF MEDIUM PRESSURE GAS PIPELINES

The author’s vision of the methodological aspect of assessing the reliability of medium pressure gas pipelines is presented. Analysis of existing methods for assessing the reliability of gas pipelines with the identification of positive and negative features was carried out, a methodological approach to assessing the reliability of medium pressure gas pipelines by gas flow rate and pressure was developed and tested, and a scale for identifying the results of reliability calculation was developed. The test conducted on the example of a really working gas pipeline with a test for reliability showed its promise.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF UNDERGROUND PARKING SPACE: THE EXAMPLE OF MOSCOW

The article reveals the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies for the mechanized construction of underground parking, which are used in the leading capitals of the world and offers an analysis of the effectiveness of these technologies for the conditions of Moscow. Among the most commonly used trenchless technologies, parking is considered in mines arranged by mechanized shaft-boring complexes, the construction of support by the method of a screen of pipes and the construction of parking by the method of jackpunching pipes of rectangular cross-section.

ECONOMIC – MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE OPTIMAL PLACEMENT AND DETERMINATION OF RATIONAL CAPACITIES OF AN ENTERPRISES FOR THE PROCESSING OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASRE (MSW) AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

The article considers an economic and mathematical model of optimal placement and determination of rational capacities of enterprises for processing solid household waste (SHW) at the regional level. The economic and mathematical model takes into account: factors that ensure the achievement of economic efficiency; ensuring environmental safety of the environment, the population of cities and towns. Environmental safety of SHW processing plants is of the utmost importance, since Crimea is a resort and recreation area. The role of state bodies in solving these urgent problems for the Crimea is considered.

The constant development of the enterprise requires regular investments in production and scientific and technical development, and for other purposes aimed at obtaining a positive effect. To attract these investments, an enterprise needs to monitor its investment attractiveness.

In the conditions of the dynamic development of the commercial real estate market, the interest of real estate owners in the issues of effective management of objects at various stages of the life cycle is increasing. The article is devoted to the analysis of commercial real estate development processes and the improvement of the commercial real estate development mechanism, taking into account the stages of the life cycle.
