AbstractSince 2011, the Industry 4.0 initiative is a key research and development direction towards flexible production systems in Germany. The objective of the initiative is to deal with the challenge of an increased production complexity caused by various factors such as increasing global competition between companies, product variety, and individualization to meet customer needs. For this, Industry 4.0 envisions an overarching connection of information technologies with the production process, enabling smart manufacturing. Bringing current production systems to this objective will be a long transformation process, which requires a coherent migration path. The aim of this paper is to represent an exemplary production development way towards Industry 4.0 using eminent formalization approaches and standardized automation technologies.

The purpose of the article is to explore the prospects for the development of grain production in the Kirovograd region. Research methods. The study used dialectical methods of cognition, a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, monographic (generalizing domestic and foreign experience in determining the economic essence of food security), analysis and synthesis (in studying the levels of production of cereals and legumes and the level of grain supply), statistical groups (in identifying the place of regions in the national production of cereals), economic and statistical (in the processing of mass statistics), abstract and logical (in substantiating theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions). Research results. The potential of grain production development in Kirovohrad region is considered. The analysis is based on statistical data of the crop industry. Problems of industry development are revealed and ways of solutions are offered. Scientific novelty. Analysis of the level of crop production in the Kirovohrad region in terms of using the latest technologies and yield monitoring. Practical significance. Along with some positive changes in the region's grain production, obstacles to their development have been identified. Proposals have been made to eliminate them with active investments and state support programs for the agricultural sector of the region. Tabl.: 4. Figs.: 1. Refs.: 18.

The article examines the subsystems of management of a knowledge-intensive enterprise from the standpoint of the methodology and management process. The results of the study are reflected, including the rationale for the introduction into scientific circulation of the concept of «management of the development of a knowledge-intensive enterprise», which should be understood as managerial influences on a knowledge-intensive enterprise as an organizational system aimed at the development of individual subsystems and elements, their interconnections for the qualitative growth of organizational characteristics and commercialization of production development R&D results. The organizational and economic essence of science-intensive enterprises is conceptualized, which implies the formation of scientific and industrial relations, which determines their identification as economic entities with high innovative properties and high susceptibility to conditions of the external environment.

ABSTRACTLists of the first 50 words comprehended and produced by eight infants between 0; 9 and 1; 8 were compared. Comprehension development began earlier (around 0; 9) and reached the 50-word level (age 1; 1) earlier than production development (ages 1; 0 and 1; 6 respectively) and rate of word acquisition for comprehension was twice that of production, confirming the hypothesis that comprehension precedes production for lexical development. Word-class analysis revealed differences in the proportion and type of action words in comprehension and production vocabularies. It is suggested that action is central to lexical development but is expressed differently in comprehension, where action words are used to initiate actions, and production, where non-action words accompany the child's actions.

Nanotechnology is a perspective manufacturing technology, and in the technical fields, it deals with the production, development and utilization of technologies and materials with dimensions in nanometre sizes (1–100 nm). Nanofilters used in the article for filtration purposes consist from a nanolayer which is applied to a coarse textile backing layer, and they are inserted into the frames as conventional textile filters. The most commonly used materials are PP and PE polymers, as well as carbon, glass and metal filters. With the fabrication of nanotechnology-based filter, it is very important to choose materials, polymers with specific properties, which can be used for filtration function of the product itself. The results given in the main article compare the nanofilters with the main representatives of existing filter products currently available on the market. There is a problem with high pressure loss of the nanomaterial, and when we compare them with traditional filters, it is difficult to use them in technical practice, even if there exists the possibility for us to define the material and the thickness of the layer which are adapted to the application-specific application conditions.

This article analyzes the historical - geographical features and changes in tobacco cultivation in Herzegovina (region of Bosnia and Herzegovina), for a period of 17 century until the late 20th century. The aim of this paper is to investigate the importance of tobacco, both in terms of economic and social significance, and the valorization of rural areas in Herzegovina. Special attention was paid to the smuggling of products, focusing on the time and route of smuggling routes. During the Austro - Hungarian rule in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the most important period for the production of tobacco and the social and economic prosperity in rural areas, but also smuggling tobacco during this period, and the most intense, and the fight against it. In this period began in the industrial processing of tobacco and manufacturing cigarettes. Since the 1970s appears outflow of population from rural to industrial centers, both locally and in Western European countries. It happens layering the villages, leaving the agricultural lands and start a negative impact on agricultural production which causes the marginalization of tobacco production.
