The article presents the results of a study of more than two hundred scientific Internet resources, a significant part of which are the sites of scientific journals that have a printed version. The remaining resources are electronic industry and popular science publications, online information portals, community accounts in the blogosphere, social networks, and instant messengers. It is shown that these media products form a modern digital reality. Based on the results obtained, it is shown that these media products in a special way form the modern digital reality, complicate and improve it. The creators and authors of scientific publications are journalists specializing in the field of popular science problems, scientists - representatives of the scientific community, as well as web users. The article raises the question of using a systematic approach (a complex of natural science, humanitarian and technological) when creating media resources of the scientific direction as the basis of informative-subject models of scientific and popular science media, complicating and qualitatively improving it. The creators and authors of scientific publications are also journalists specializing in the field of popular science problems, scientists - representatives of the scientific community, as well as web users, which reflects one of the modern trends in the development of media. The article raises the question of using a systematic approach (a complex of natural science, humanitarian and technological) in creating scientific media resources. This will be the basis of substantive-subject models of scientific and popular science media.

The article focuses on scientific publications dedicated to visual precedence. The analyzed works reflect a certain irregularity in the terminological designation of precedent visual phenomena (pre-existing visual phenomenа – PVP) and, at the same time, the replenishment of terminological vocabulary in studies of the researchers dealing with visual precedence. A review of works on the declared topic highlights the lack of unanimous opinion on the PVP representation forms in text structures and on the scope of visual precedence. The specific features of the PVP functioning in political and media discourses have been definitively described by the beginning of the 2nd decade of the 21st century; although fragmentary but sufficiently representative information has been obtained about the nature of their existence in advertising; the first steps were being taken in studying of their specific use in artistic and popular science discourse. The researcher s have established sphere sources of PVP, their general and particular functions, described technologies for associative increments actualization through PVP, exciting meanings planned by the addressing speaker. The results of the PVP study are reflected in the forensic linguistic examinations practice and in language teaching at school and the university.

Statement of the problem. The most important place in the school curriculum should belong to the teaching of the Russian language. This is explained by its constitutionally fixed status, cultural and historical role, and the function of a means of interethnic communication, and the fact that Russian is a native language for the majority of the population of the Russian Federation. Account of objective realities focuses on the training of qualified subject teachers (and not the graduates who are almost helpless in linguo-didactic terms, excessively loaded with information of the psychological and pedagogical cycle). There is no doubt that when teaching future Russian linguists at the university, officially approved textbooks and textbooks are used first of all, sometimes supplemented also by the results of teachers’ own research. However, with the growth of the pedagogical baggage, it becomes clear that it is not enough to limit oneself to a circle of well-tested specialized literature, since changes are constantly taking place in the life of society and in the living speech and new phenomena are emerging. Having been unchecked earlier, they are often overlooked by some teachers, but may be well known to students. Such an imbalance is unacceptable. The purpose of the article is to analyze the texts of popular science sources regarding the possibilities of using publications of this genre in the practice of teaching linguistic disciplines. Research results. Popular scientific publications, especially those written by truly outstanding researchers, can become a significant help in teaching practice. This article discusses a number of popular science books devoted to the Russian language. When assessing their advantages or disadvantages (that is, the degree of usefulness of their application in the educational process), the author refers to his own scientific and pedagogical experience.

The “Issues in Childhood Care and Education” journal in a special way reflects formation of the identity of care pedagogy as a science, detailed methodologies as well as pedeutology in the field of educating staff for care and educational practice in higher education. The text is a study of articles published in the “Issues in Childhood Care and Education” journal, the aim of which is to indicate the changes over the 60 years of the journal's existence. Their selective development will be elaborated from the perspective of a research and didactic worker involved in higher education since 1982, who is also involved in the methodology as well as care and educational practice and analyses their historical sources. Selected scientific publications showing the development of care pedagogy and changes in the subject of its cognitive interest will also be presented. The following trends of changes were distinguished: 1) from a popular science journal to a scientific one, 2) from an interest in practice, methodology and knowledge in the field of social, care and educational pedagogy to an interdisciplinary and international character, 3) changes in the distinguished sections of the journal as a reflection of the development and expected changes, 4) changes in the country in which scientific, methodological and practical tasks in care and education are carried out, 5) changes in the subject of interest of care pedagogy, 6) from the analysis of care and educational activities and building subdiscipline: from care pedagogy to the analysis of relationships between various types of pedagogical activities in the caring aspects and relationships between the sciences and the development of subdisciplines, 7) from organizing thematically narrow seminars and conferences to numerous and interdisciplinary ones analysing care and educational issues in a multi-threaded way, 8) changes in the education of staff for care and educational, teaching, pedagogical work.

This article aimed to promote English in elementary school students through a fun learning method, called the Fun English Camp. Several studies had been conducted to encounter the best solution to handle this issue. The researchers used PRISMA Protocol as an instrument to collect the data that has been widely used in the process of selecting relevant articles. The researchers reviewed twenty five scientific publications, related to Fun English Camp that has become an English learning approach for beginner students. Through a review of twenty five scientific publications, for instance book and journal, the researchers got scientific evidence that introduction of a learning method with the term Fun English camp has an impact on promoting language learning for elementary school children in Indonesia. Thus, the fun English camp method can be an interesting method to be applied by elementary school curriculum design in Indonesia. Keywords: English Camps, Learning Method, Fun English Learning

The relevance of the issue under consideration in the article is connected with the confusion in scientific publications of the concepts of “electronic educational materials” and “electronic educational resources”. The article discusses the concept of “electronic educational materials” from the perspective of general systems theory. And their system character is proved. This allows them to be represented as a single complex of structured information of a specific subject area and didactic materials. These didactic materials support the learning process at all stages of its didactic cycle in accordance with the chosen learning technology based on the didactic capabilities of information technologies. It is concluded that the system of high school electronic materials allows to expand the boundaries of the design activity of the teacher, provide management of the student’s thinking activity, to implement a competence approach to the learning process at university

The problem of external independent evaluation in English for admission Master`s degree programs in Ukraine is considered in the article. The perspective for further improvement of English teaching and learning standards at Ukrainian universities has been found. The correspondence to the CEFR basic levels and English proficiency has been identified. Conceptual Principles of State Policy on the Development of English in the Field of Higher Education are considered. The study included 1546 participants. The age of students, who studied to gain the first higher education, was between 17 and 20. The students were not familiar with the structure of External Independent Evaluation and they have never passed it. The research was carried out during the period 2018–2019. The relevance of English language competence in the professional context is noted emphasized as a key point of the presented research. The necessity to provide a sufficient competitive level for Ukrainian graduates through improving correspondent English language training has been considered. The study is based on a study of reports by British experts and contemporary scientific publications presented international researchers have focused on the problems of internationalization and perspectives for Ukrainian universities in the English language dimension. The relevance of studying and adaptation of the UK higher education successful practice has been highlighted. The problems and potential ways of improving students` English language proficiency in the given context are identified. In particular, the study contains important recommendations regarding the number of contact hours and the required levels of English proficiency for the main groups of participants in the educational process in higher education according to international standards.

Journal of Scientific Research EDITORIAL Do we need a new journal? The answer lies in the fact that currently no international journal (online and print) with interdisciplinary character which specifically caters to the academic needs of the international community operates from Bangladesh. This journal aims to fill this lacuna and to be a bridge for the scientists from the east and the west. This is the first issue of the Journal of Scientific Research (JSR). The idea of launching a journal that hopes to publish quality scientific works was planted in early 2008 during a science faculty meeting at Rajshahi University. Now it is our pleasure to see the idea blossom into the first issue of first volume (1 January 2009) that contains scientific work not only of Asian regions but of much beyond that. The inaugural issue indicates the type of journal we hope to become. It is wide ranging and interdisciplinary. Our contributors include scholars at every stage of their academic career. As regards editorial policy and scope the Journal of Scientific Research is a peer-reviewed international journal originally intended for publication annually. But due to a satisfactory flow of manuscripts since the first announcements the publication frequency has now been increased to 3 online issues (one print volume) per year.The journal is a unifying force, going across the barriers between disciplines, addressing all related topics and materials. An international Editorial Board (along with an Advisory Board) comprising of renowned academics from various fields guides our editorial policy and direction. The journal is devoted to the publication of original research (research paper, review paper, short communication) covering the following fields:Section A:  Physical and Mathematical Sciences: Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Geophysics, Computer, Environmental Science, Communications and Information Technology, Engineering and related branches.Section B:  Chemical and Biological Sciences: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Genetics, Fisheries and related branches.The articles selected for the first issue have been reviewed by two discipline-specialists, and their recommendations have been appropriately incorporated. Submissions from the world research community are encouraged to fulfill our mission and aim for the journal to stand for the international scientific publishing standards.    It was clear during the planning and development of this first issue that the Asian region needs a forum through which research could be shared and acknowledged. I hope that this journal will soon be recognised by the wider research community as their forum for the dissemination of knowledge. We hope that the journal will not simply act as a place for publication of material, though obviously this is important, but should act as a catalyst for the advancement of science both within and outside the region.The journal is being published both online and in print. Online publishing, unique in nature, is faster and far less expensive than traditional hard copy publishing. Access of online journals is easier and better images, storage and multimedia are other advantages. I must thank the International Network for the availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) for helping us publish via BanglaJOL – and the help of Ms. Sioux Cumming in this regard is worthy of mention.The success of a journal depends on the quality of its Editorial Board and the reviewers.
