Low Birth Weight (LBW) is an infant born with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams regardless of gestation. Birth weight is the weight of the baby weighed in 1 hour after birth. (Depkes RI, 2009). Based on WHO and UNICEF data, in 2013 about 222 million babies were born in the world, of which 16% were born with low birth weight. The percentage of LBW in developing countries is 16.5% twice that of developed countries (7%) (Scholar Unand, 2014). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between anemia and Smoking Habit in Pregnant Women with LBW occurrence in General Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Year 2016. This research use analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth monthly in Midwifery Installation of Dr. General Hospital Mohammad Hoesin Palembang in 2016 as many as 315 respondents. The sample of this research is some of mothers who give birth enough month in Midwifery Installation of Dr. General Hospital Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Year 2016 as many as 315 respondents. ". From the results of bivariate analysis of anemic respondents with the occurrence of LBW obtained statistical test X2 count = 23.22 which means there is a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of BBLR. Respondents smoking with the occurrence of LBWR obtained statistical test X2 count = 41.20 which means there is a relationship Meaningful between smoking and LBW incidence. From the results of this study is expected that this research can be a reference material and is a complete information and useful for the development of knowledge about LBW.

Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality factors, this study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is felt by customers who use the service of Poor Rice (Raskin) at the Office of Public Companies Logistics Agency (Perum BULOG) in Sampit City Regency East Kotawaringin. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the error rate of 5% as many as 213 samples. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product moment person". The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of the Office of Public Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) in the District of East Kotawaringin. As much as 0.9968514278 based on the calculation of Pearson Product Moment value.

Partographs are guidelines for childbirth observations that will facilitate labor assistants in first identifying emergency cases and complications for mothers and fetuses. Preliminary survey at the Sigi Community Health Sub-Center (Pustu) of the 8 Pustu midwives found two midwives (25%) to complete a complete partograph, six midwives (75%) incomplete. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the use of partographs in labor. The design of this study used observational analytic methods with a cross-sectional approach. 24 BPM survey results were obtained with 30 samples of midwives who met the research criteria and data completeness. The sampling technique was by the total population. Data analysis used logistic regression. The multivariate analysis results showed that APN training was the most influential factor in the use of partographs in labor by midwives. Statistical test results obtained a POR value of 37.7 (95% CI 12.1 - 60.2). This study suggests that midwives must have APN certificates to be valid in providing services.

The research of this research to analysis dietary compliance of low purine diet in uric acid patients in Wara Health Clinic Year 2016. Type of this research that was used cross sectional approach and use a sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample of the research was a portion of gout patients enrolled in Wara Health Clinic that fulfilled the inclusion criteria were 42 people.Based on the analysis by using statistical test Fisher's exact test, the value p = 0468 (p> 0.05%), it can be concluded that the hypothesis "there is no correlation between dietary compliance low purine with uric acid in Puskesmas Wara Palopo".Based on the result of research purpose recommendations were provide clearly information about the low purine diet and provide support in the form of motivation for pay attention of type food consumed so as to prevent the increasing of uric acid. Background: Lightweight cryptographic algorithms have been the focus of many researchers in the past few years. This has been inspired by the potential developments of lightweight constrained devices and their applications. These algorithms are intended to overcome the limitations of traditional cryptographic algorithms in terms of exaction time, complex computation and energy requirements. Methods: This paper proposes LAES, a lightweight and simplified cryptographic algorithm for constricted environments. It operates on GF(24), with a block size of 64 bits and a key size of 80-bit. While this simplified AES algorithm is impressive in terms of processing time and randomness levels. The fundamental architecture of LAES is expounded using mathematical proofs to compare and contrast it with a variant lightweight algorithm, PRESENT, in terms of efficiency and randomness level. Results: Three metrics were used for evaluating LAES according to the NIST cryptographic applications statistical test suite. The testing indicated competitive processing time and randomness level of LAES compared to PRESENT. Conclusion: The study demonstrates that LAES achieves comparable results to PRESENT in terms of randomness levels and generally outperform PRESENT in terms of processing time.

The working practice of the engineering students is part of the learning process that is irreducible and indispensable. The composition of  lecturing between theoretical and practical one is 40% to 60%. With this condition, the students spend more time at the laboratory. Generally, the students perform in the laboratory work by standing position. The design of research is observational cross-sectional. The method applied is observation, interview and measuring. The subjects of research are practicing students amounting to 21 students. Referring to the analysis of statistical test or Wilcoxon signed ranks test, the difference of effect of work position is significant, namely p < 0.05 towards musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) before and after working. The quantity of the average complaint after working is score 44.62 ± 9.47. The result of Wilcoxon signed rank test shows that there is significant different effects of standing work position, namely p < 0.05 towards fatigue generally before and after working. The degree of the working pulse is on the average of 110.78  ± 17.80 bpm (beats per minutes) which can be categorized into the medium workload. Using paired t-test, the result is p < 0.05.

<p><em>Perawatan pada lansia di panti tresna werdha X dilakukan berdasarkan rutinitas kerja dan petugas belum mendapat pelatihan mengenai kebutuhan dasar lansia yang harus dipenuhi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ingin mengetahui hubungan budaya kerja petugas panti menurut persepsi lansia dengan kejadian pengabaian di PSTW X Sumatera Barat. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling, berjumlah 75. Uji statistik digunakan chi square dan regresi logistik. Hasil yang diperoleh seluruh lansia mengalami pengabaian; ada hubungan antara sikap terhadap apa yang dikerjakan, lingkungan pekerjaan; waktu dengan pengabaian lansia; Tidak ada hubungan antara perilaku ketika mengambil keputusan dengan pengabaian lansia. Sikap terhadap apa yang dikerjakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kejadian pengabaian lansia. Disimpulkan bahwa petugas harus lebih memahami tentang peran dan fungsinya sebagai pemberi pelayanan pada lansia. Direkomendasikan agar pejabat yang berwenang dapat menempatkan petugas panti sesuai dengan peran dan fungsi serta kewenangannya, dan merekrut perawat sesuai dengan kebutuhan panti.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The nursing of elderly in </em><em>Tresna Werda X nursing home is mainly based on the workrout in and that the caregiver have not yet received training on the basic needs of the elderly that they should meet. Therefore, the researcher wanted to know the relations of the work culture of caregiver according to the elderly’s perception with the incidence of neglect in PSTW X West Sumatera. This study used Descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach. The method of sampling used total sampling, which amounts to 75. The statistical test used chi square and logistic regression. The results of the study show that all of the elderly experienced neglect; there is a relation between attitude towards what is conducted, work environment, time with elderly neglect; no relation between behavior in making decisions with elderly neglect. The attitude towards what is conducted has the most impacton the incidence of elderly neglect. It is concluded that the caregiver should have a better understanding on their roles and functions as the caregivers to the elderly. Moreover, it is recommended that the authorities should put nursing personnel in accordance with the roles, functions and competence, and recruit nurses in accordance with the needs of the nursing home.</em></p>
