Introduction. Introduction. Innovation is an integral factor of social and economic development, which accompanied mankind from the beginning of civilization. Over the past decade, you can observe a significant increase in expenditures for innovation activity and growing interest in the topic of innovation, since technological changes and innovations are often perceived as an influential process that opens opportunities for the benefits of society, as well as social security. Particular attention is paid to the commercialization of innovation, since they are a fundamental condition for the development of both micro-and macroeconomic aspects in the context of their impact on the creation of competitive advantages and economic development. Moreover, the commercialization of innovation is, apparently, the most important challenge faced by all companies. innovations go beyond science or technology; this is what can create value through the commercialization process. The theme of commercialization of innovation apparently paid increased attention Recently, but this subject of research is quite fragmented and distributed between various fields of research and disciplines. As a result, it is necessary to investigate, arrange and aggregate various theoretical and empirical conclusions, the purpose of the article is to determine theoretical principles of commercialization of the results of innovation activity in order to formulate the relevant mechanism. Method (methodology). The study used a number of general scientific and specially scientific methods: analysis and synthesis to find out the essence of the mechanism of commercialization of the results of innovation activity; systematization – determination of the main levels of the mechanism of commercialization; Gnoseology – outlining the main contradictions for understanding commercialization. The results. The main purpose of the article is to form a model of the mechanism of commercialization of the results of innovation activity. The existing connection between phenomena is taken into account: commercialization of innovation and internationalization. A conceptual approach to the formation of a mechanism for commercialization of innovation results depending on management levels is proposed. The toolkit for implementing the proposed mechanism is determined.

Introduction. In today conditions of uncertainty businesses face the problem of finding tools to maintain their positions, to ensure stable, continuous, efficient activity. In achieving the efficiency of activity an important function is performed by financial support, which plays an exceptional role both in the implementation of operational activities and in the implementation of investments according to the development strategy of the enterprise. Given this, it is necessary to develop the system of mechanisms of enterprise financial resources formation on the conceptual approach providing its effective functioning. Purpose. Development of mechanisms of enterprise financial resources formation in the context of their effective functioning based on the conceptual approach, which includes principles, objectives, tasks and directly mechanisms of financial provision management of the enterprise. Method (methodology). It is used general scientific methods, in particular, the analysis and synthesis, the method of modeling, graphic method. Results. The article investigates groups of financial resources formation sources. As a result, on the basis of the conceptual approach, the system of mechanisms has been developed: the mechanism of management of own financial resources formation, the mechanism of mobilization of enterprise financial resources from borrowed sources. Because the formation approach of financial security should be balanced, with an optimal combination of own and borrowed funds, mechanisms are developed as constituent elements of the concept of improving the management of financial support of the enterprise. Its main goal is defined: ensuring effective management decisions to attract sufficient financial resources to maximize profits and increase the market value of the enterprise. The article proposes a division of internal factors of production development into three groups: factors of resource support of production, factors that ensure the desired level of economic and technical development of the company, factors that ensure the commercial efficiency of industrial and economic activity of the enterprise. The direction of further research is determined by the development of methods for assessing the effectiveness of financial support for enterprise development.

Today, a brand new strategy that can foster agricultural production is being shaped based on IT solutions. The paper characterizes the state and prospects for the development of digital farm management, the challenges of mastering digital innovations by agricultural enterprises and ways to tackle them at the present stage. A study is relevant due to the lack of a conceptual approach to the evolution of information digital systems in the sector of ameliorative economy in the context of growing requirements for environmental safety and competitiveness of agricultural production. The solutions to create a common information environment uniting an enterprise with suppliers of resources and consumers of products (services) are also increasingly relevant today. A methodological toolkit rests on some general scientific approaches, including analysis and synthesis, methods of deduction and systems analysis, cluster approach. After careful evaluation of automated processes at reclamation enterprises, there can be no doubt that it is necessary to improve the efficiency of information and technological support for management decisions by digital systems. The challenges are related to: lack of proper concept and methodology of modern digital systems, as well as procedures for the integration cooperation of information resources and a digital management system operations for managing them; unified algorithms for handling information; automation operations that meet the present management requirements; qualified experts encouraged to improve the use of digital technologies. The basic procedures for enhancing digital systems at enterprises include: analytical evaluation of current production situation, development of a functional design and model of the integrated digital system; creation of a mechanism for its implementation. In the process of transforming digital support for managerial actions, the following actions are possible: modification of the structure of existing processes; automation of conventional technological and organizational production procedures; alignment of existing processes subject to the technologies being integrated; identification of new opportunities for operations.

The article proceeds the thematic cycle dedicated to software tools for stochastic systems with high availability (StSHA) functioning at shock disturbances (ShD) and is dedicated to wavelet synthesis according to complex statistical criteria (CsC). Short survey concerning corresponding works for mean square criteria (msc) is given. In Sect.1 basic CsC definitions and approaches are given. Sect. 2 dedicated to CsC wavelet necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality for scalar non-stationary shock StSHA (StSSHA). Methodological support is based on Haar wavelets. Sect. 4 and Sect.5 are devoted to CSK optimization ShStSHA (basic wavelet equations, algorithms, software tools and example). Several advantages of wavelet algorithms and tools are described and stated for complex ShD. Some generalization of CsC algorithms based on wavelet canonical expansion of StP in ShStSHA mentioned.

here is provides an overview of the existing software for modeling using Petri nets. The features of the Petri nets and the advantages of its use are presented. The relevance of the development and use of tools for working with Petri nets is reasonable. A comparative analysis of the capabilities of software tools, including a comparison of the analysis and synthesis functions, the capabilities of creating libraries, cross-platform support, etc. Conclusions are drawn about the spheres of application of the described software.

The goals, objectives and structure of the magnetotelluric monitoring system are outlined. The obtained results of the study of electrical anisotropy for stationary and operational monitoring points are shown. Particular attention is paid to improving the methodology and software products.

The topicality. In today’s crisis of hotel and restaurant business in terms of ensuring the effectiveness of the management component is relevant to the use of controlling as an element of crisis management in the hospitality industry, which allows you to take management to a qualitatively new level by evaluating, coordinating, coordinating, optimizing and monitoring all services. and divisions operating at the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate the conceptual theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for improving the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business. Research methods. In forming the methodology of conceptual vision of the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business and the main directions of its application used a set of general and special research methods: methods of observation, modeling, analysis and synthesis, comparison, strategic analysis, abstract modeling and historical logic. Results. The key features of improving the controlling system at the hotel and restaurant business have been identified and substantiated. The stages of its creation are analyzed, in particular the stage of preparation, implementation and automation. The main conceptual principles of improving the controlling system in the field of hospitality are outlined. A conceptual adaptive model of improving the controlling system in the hotel and restaurant business has been designed and substantiated, which is characterized by complexity and cyclicity and consists of three circles (internal, middle and external), for each of which the parameters of flow and interconnection are defined. Conclusions and discussions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the design and substantiation of a conceptual adaptive model of controlling system improvement at hotel and restaurant business enterprises, which has a cyclical nature and allows to provide continuous and continuous improvement of both the controlling system and the enterprise as a whole. The practical significance of the obtained results is manifested in the possibility of applying the developed and substantiated theoretical and methodological and applied conceptual aspects in the real business practice of hotel and restaurant business enterprises in order to ensure their efficiency and competitiveness in the services market of Ukraine and abroad.

In 1950, 113 million people lived in South America, in 2008, 385 million, more than three times. Half of them live in poverty. In 2050, about 485 million people will be living there. Contemporary population dynamics figures on a global average show that by each birth in a rich family there are 38 in poor families. Then it’s necessary to think on new social, ecological and economic systems models to analyze and synthesize their possible sustainability from two perspectives: natural and artificial, and to research on how they are possible and behave. This paper shows the process of building, with the help of first and second order cybernetics tools, a theoretical and practical framework for modeling South America using Systems Dynamics and explores questions such as: Is it possible to reduce poverty following a sustainable path? What is the kind of steady state behind the sustainability ideas? In what sense is it possible to talk of artificial sustainability? What relationship can be found between the scales of space and time of the human perspective and of the sustainability and the dynamics of the new social equilibriums? How such exploration enriches the understanding of social systems and human behavior? What contributions can be offered from such analysis and synthesis to contribute to sustainability? How can the structure and dynamics of South America helps to answer those questions? The obtained results will serve to discover possible inconsistencies and counterintuitive behaviors in traditional conceptions of poverty, development and sustainability.
