Growing urbanisation in developing countries, population growth, and changes in human activities and consumption patterns have resulted in significant amounts of trash that must be appropriately disposed of, treated, and managed to provide a sustainable environment and a reasonable standard of life for the growing population. The aim of the paper is to design a smart dustbin for proper disposal of waste without any human intervention by providing a smart technology for waste system monitoring, reducing human time, effort, and intervention. This paper presents a smart waste bin integrated with a microcontroller-based Arduino board which is interfaced with ultrasonic sensors, MQ-2 sensor, servo motor, LCD and GSM modem. The Arduino microcontroller is programmed using Arduino C which measures the height of the dust bin using the ultrasonic sensor. Once the waste gets to the pre-set level, the microcontroller activates the GSM modem to send a message to a designated number. The status of the waste in the bin is transferred to the designated line and display on the LCD whenever it exceeds the pre-set value. The replacement of the traditional waste bin with smart waste bin help in efficient management of waste by assuring that filled waste bin are emptied when the pre-set value is exceeded. This also help in reducing time involve in checking the status of the waste bin and number of trips embarked by the waste collection vehicle and total expenditure associated with collection is minimized. It eventually helps to maintain cleanliness in our environment. Therefore, the system makes the waste collection more efficient.

The issue that underlies a worrying question of maternal and child health in Côte d'Ivoire is that of social logic. Social logic is perceived as "cultural constructions of actors with regard to morbidity that cause to adopt reproductive health care". Based on this understanding, the concept of social logic in reproductive health is similar to a paradigm that highlights the various factors that structure and organise sociological resistance to mothers' openness to healthy reproductive behaviours; that is, openness to change for sustainable reproductive health. Far from becoming and remaining a prisoner of blind culturalism with the social logic that generates the health of mothers, new-borns and children, practically-relevant questions are raised. Issues of "bad governance", socio-cultural representations and behaviours in conflict with modern epidemiological standards are addressed in a culturally-sensitive manner, an important issue for the provision of care focused on the needs of mothers seeking answers to health problems. Developing these original community characteristics helps to orient a reading list in a socioanthropological perspective with a view to explaining and understanding different problems encountered, experiences acquired by social actors during the implementation of antenatal, postnatal and family planning care. This context of building logic with regard to reproductive health care is key to identifying real bottlenecks in maternity services and achieving efficient management of maternal, new-born and child health care for the benefit of populations and actors in the public health sector.

ABSTRACTSustainable development urges to merge the three complex dimensions: global economy, global society and physically earth environment. Sachs (2015) states that sustainable development is the expert effort to comprehend the world and the method to solve the crowded earth issues by the global population growth that nine times increase than the first industry era. Education is one of fatal element for sustainable development phase especially for the human (society) development. Human development becomes the main core of invesment for economy development because it is prepared for the youngst as the next generation to develop economic improvement individually for their family and also for their community (include for the State’s development interest). Marshall, Hine and East (2017) studied about the education which develop the autonomous motivation to support individu execute the pro-environmental behaviors (PEBs). This autonomous motivation will establish the environmental attitude and personality in decision making and action of sustainable environment protection and preservation. Keywords: sustainable development, education, pro-environmental behaviors ABSTRAKPembangunan berkelanjutan berupaya untuk mengkaitkan tiga sistem yang rumit yaitu sistem ekonomi dunia, sistem sosial dunia dan lingkungan fisik bumi.

The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between vegetation indices of Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and soil nutrient of oil palm plantation at Felcra Nasaruddin Bota in Perak for future sustainable environment. The satellite image was used and processed in the research. By Using NDVI, the vegetation index was obtained which varies from -1 to +1. Then, the soil sample and soil moisture analysis were carried in order to identify the nutrient values of Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). A total of seven soil samples were acquired within the oil palm plantation area. A regression model was then made between physical condition of the oil palms and soil nutrients for determining the strength of the relationship. It is hoped that the risk map of oil palm healthiness can be produced for various applications which are related to agricultural plantation.

AbstractThe paper analyses the role of control and monitoring of electro-energetic equipment in order to reduce operational costs, increase profits and reduce carbon emissions. The role of SCADA and EcoStruxure Power systems is presented and analysed taking into account the energy consumption and its savings. The paper presents practical and modern solutions to reduce energy consumption by up to 53%, mass by up to 47% and increase the life of the equipment by adjusting the electrical parameters. The Integrated Navigation System has allowed an automatic control and an efficient management. For ships, the implementation of an energy efficiency design index and new technologies was required for the GREEN SHIP project.

In the process of teaching, technical teaching facilities are both a content and a means of conveying information, they help the lecturer organize and control the students' cognitive activities, in addition, they also help students be interested in learning, practice practical skills from which to form active and creative learning methods. Teaching technology is one of the necessary conditions to help teachers carry out their related work of educating, teaching and bringing up, and intellectual development, arouse the inherent intelligence qualities of students. Currently, the management of technical teaching facilities at the Central Kindergartens College has been carried out on a regular basis and achieved certain results, but in fact, there are still many inadequacies. Finding a number of limitations in the management of teaching technical facilities, thereby proposing solutions to overcome those limitations, improve the efficiency of investment, preservation and use of teaching technical facilities in the trend of Industry Revolution 4.0, improving the quality of teaching at Central Kindergarten Pedagogy colleges in the current period is a very important and urgent task.
