The introduction of information and digital technologies that support and support all technological processes in the field is an urgent need for the development and implementation of such technology. An organisationally complex and financially intensive project is necessary because of the wide variety of economic entities that differ in the size of production, forms of ownership and socio-economic conditions of production. Automated information control system for mobile units agricultural enterprise provides those-Niko-economic performance, optimum capacity utilization through the use of timely and reliable information on technology. Machine and tractor aggregates are appertained as control objects with variable structure, which is explained by possibility of the system formation from tractor or field machines mobile units with various purposes: tillable, cultivatable, sowing, harvesting and etc. This MTA feature was determined creation of digital control systems of two groups of automatic control and management of the basic energy and operational parameters: tractors, machines and vehicles as part of MTA. To the first group are appertained the automatic control system of tractor motor component loading, motion speed, frictional sliding. To the second group – automatic regulation system of operating depth, seed rate, treatment of liquid combined fertilizers and crop protection agents, filling and driving of various MTA. Novelty of researches consists in methodology of the organization of the centralized control and management of various technological processes at carrying out field works.

We examined the relationships among psychological empowerment, emotional labor strategies, and job burnout of frontline hotel employees with reference to conservation of resources theory and the job demands–resources model. A sample of 414 employees from a Chinese chain hotel was recruited to take part in this study. There was a significant negative correlation between psychological empowerment and job burnout for these frontline hotel employees. Furthermore, the emotional labor strategies of deep acting and automatic regulation played partial mediating roles in the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout, which has implications for the development of intervention mechanisms and work practices for addressing burnout.

Background: Septic shock patients have tendencies toward impairment in cerebral autoregulation and imbalanced cerebral oxygen metabolism. Tissue Oxygen Saturation (StO2) and Transcranial Doppler (TCD) monitoring were undertaken to observe the variations of cerebral hemodynamic indices and cerebral/peripheral StO2 to find risk factors that increase the sepsis-associated delirium (SAD).Materials and Methods: The research cohort was chosen from septic shock patients received in the Department of Critical Care Medicine, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University between May 2018 and March 2019. These patients were separated into two groups, SAD and non-SAD as assessed by using the Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU). Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of peripheral StO2, fluctuations in regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2), cerebral vascular automatic regulation function [Transient Hyperemic Response Ratio (THRR) index], cerebral hemodynamic index, organ function indicators, blood gas analysis indices, and patient characteristics. Results: About 39% of the patients (20/51) suffered from SAD. Nearly 43% of the patients died within 28 days of admission (22/51). Individuals in the SAD cohort needed a longer period of mechanical ventilation [5 (95% CI 2, 6) vs. 1 days (95% CI 1, 4), p = 0.015] and more time in ICU [9 (95% CI 5, 20) vs. 5 days (95% CI 3, 9), p = 0.042]; they also experienced more deaths over the 28-day period (65 vs. 29%, p = 0.011). The multivariate regression analysis indicated that independent variables associated with SAD were THRR index [odds ratio (OR) = 5.770, 95% CI: 1.222–27.255; p = 0.027] and the mean value for rSO2 was < 55% (OR = 3.864, 95% CI: 1.026–14.550; p = 0.046).Conclusion: Independent risk factors for SAD were mean cerebral oxygen saturation below 55% and cerebrovascular dysregulation (THRR < 1.09).

The current stage of information technology development is characterized as digital called BCG (Boston Consulting Group) digitalization, while the analog period in agriculture is over, the industry has entered the digital era, which means that by 2050 the use of new generation technologies will be able to increase the productivity of world agriculture by 70 %. The main stages of information technology development in the world considers some of the most important areas of it technology development and global trends in the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex based on the analysis of global scientific achievements, research reports, articles by well-known scientists, scientific and expert organizations have been investigated in the article. The main trends that determine the conceptual development of the so-called “Smart (digital) agriculture” are identified, the active use of elements of which contributes in every possible way to the highly rational social, economic, technical and technological development of the agricultural sector. A promising area is Precision Animal Husbandry (similar to Precision Farming). Among the elements of Precision Animal Husbandry the most widely used are identification and monitoring of individual animals using modern information technologies (feeding ration, milk yield, growth, body temperature, activity), meeting their individual needs; automatic regulation of the microclimate and control of harmful gases; monitoring the health of the herd, product quality; electronic database of the production process; robotization of the milking process.

In this paper, the distribution of pressure on the bagasse layer in the sugar cane mills and an automatic regulation proposal to increase the efficiency in the extraction of sugar cane juice is approached. An analysis that considers the top shaft-roller as a beam on elastic foundation is carried out. It is possible to determine the pressure distribution on the bagasse layer and the mill bearing reactions. The behavior of the bagasse layer reaction is analyzed for different hydraulic pressures in each side of the mill; being demonstrated, an optimal relationship of pressures to achieve a uniform compression on the bagasse layer. The optimal hydraulic pressure rate is calculated with the help of the outlined method. Finally, once this pressure relation is known, a control strategy is developed for each hydraulic cylinder.
