The National Tourism Policy of Malaysia is known as the National Ecotourism Plan 2016-2025. It focuses on progressive and competitive tourism in the country by giving full thrust to appreciating a prosperous environment for stakeholders in the tourism sector. Hence the study of the systematic literature review focuses on several elements as the determinants of tourism policy namely Malaysia Tourism. Consequently, each of the previous study elements will explore the scope and dimensions functionality of each scientific article is consistently discussing to analyse the year in which the authors regularly publish their publications. This is to prove that a significant element of publication by the author. Meanwhile, the scope of the study by the author also risked the priority areas in each article by the authors of each element. It is important to prove that the scope supports the main headline of the paper which deals with the formulation of the National Tourism Policy. In fact, dimensions give priority to what they want to achieve in each article from the authors related to Tourism Policy. This paper reviews the Qualitative Method concept by referring to Content Analysis. As a result, it will illustrate that dimensions will be in sync with Tourism to achieve the national tourism policy aspirations.

In the pursuit of identify ways for a better understanding the barriers of the dairy production system, we sought to diagnose them from the perspective of the business ecosystem concept, through a systematic literature review. Thus, we use content analysis to serve as the basis for analysis and discussion of the barriers of dairy production. Resulting a total of fifteen barriers, properly presented and discussed. In addition, we provide some insights to mitigate these barriers. The study presents contribution to the development of dairy production by providing assistance to develop strategies for producers’ cooperatives, government agencies, milk producers, hulling industries products from milk. Based on the perspective of the business ecosystem is possible to have a broader view of the scenario where dairy production occurs and recognize the barriers of dairy production system. And once identified these barriers, it is possible to devise strategies to eliminate or mitigate these barriers.

During the value co-creation process, organizations share several resources with their partners, including knowledge. This intangible resource is essential for innovations development, which ensures companies' competitiveness. However, the knowledge transfer across organizational boundaries exposes companies to some risks. Thus, this study aims to examine which KM strategies for value co-creation in industrial services have been presented in the literature. To achieve this goal, first, the authors carried out a systematic literature review (SRL). Then, the resulting portfolio was analyzed following the content analysis proposed by Bardin. From this analysis, it was feasible to identify four KM strategies for value co-creation in industrial services. Among them, adoption of information systems showed a higher frequency. Based on these study findings, it is possible to broaden the knowledge of factors that influence KM in value co-creation and offer advice to managers on how to manage the knowledge shared among firms that jointly create value.

Purpose of the study: This article intends to review the pieces of literature on Quranic psychotherapy for the rehabilitation of paedophilia. Methodology: For this article, content analysis has been used to discuss the data from documents, such as books, journals, and other related materials which had been reviewed and referred to Quran as the main source. Main Findings: This article found that the essential need for Quranic psychotherapy for the rehabilitation of paedophilia and the development of a special module to curb this issue in Malaysia.  Applications of this study: This article can be useful for government, academia, psychotherapist, parents, etc. to build and apply the module together and prevent this paedophile crime from continuing to occur. Novelty/Originality of this study: Only a very few have examined the children who often become victims of sexual abuse. Children also often misunderstood the meaning of affection shown by adults. Thus, this opportunity used by some parties to exploit the meaning of love so that crimes like paedophilia occurs. Also, sexual abuse affects the psychological well-being of the perpetrator and the victims of paedophilia, thereby changing their sexual orientation.

Purpose When plans fail, the form of making it happen leads to improvisation in practice, which is not sufficiently approached yet in the project management (PM) field. The main reason for the lack of research is that improvisation is predominantly seemed in a negative perspective. Due to the relevance of improvisation in the PM field, the purpose of this paper is to investigate how and why improvisation is applied in the PM context. This research address two questions: which are the key topics and studies linked with improvisation in the PM context?: how do the origin factors and the purpose influence improvisation in PM context? Design/methodology/approach A systematic literature review was carried out through the merging of bibliometric analysis and content analysis. The systematic literature review aims to identify and synthesize the research on the theme, applying structured, transparent and replicable procedures for each phase of the process. These studies focus mainly on the identification of literature standards based on publication reviews. The sampling process follows the flow summarized in Figure 1. The searching process was based on two selected databases, the Web of Science and Scopus. The search strings applied were: (improvisation OR bricolage) AND “project management.” Findings The evolution of publications has shown the existence of a growing interest in the articles relating to improvisation and PM in recent years. The literature on improvisation in the PM context, allows to identify the key related constructs, origin factors and purposes. It also identifies the core relation among these constructs. The understanding of the effect of origin factors on the key related constructs was achieved. Improvisation appears not only as a strategy for adapting when dealing with urgent demands, but also as a team skill. Research limitations/implications As a limitation related to the research methods adopted, their exploratory nature is acknowledged, implying some subjectivity in the content analysis of the surveyed sample. The databases, search strings and selection criteria may also have narrowed the research sample. This study shows a lack of research on knowledge management, experience and resilience that can be a drive for future research. Other interesting insights for future research are that some origin factors are more related with some related constructs than others. Practical implications As practical implications, project practitioners can better understand how improvisation is related to PM. The results can bring insights to professionals such as to explore improvisation in uncertainty and complex environments, and to improve aspects like adaptation, intuition and innovation needs. Improvisation can be understood as a way to improve project results considering that it is a mechanism of management in the face of the inherent environment pressure and is related to ones who have experience and is not necessarily a consequence of lack of planning. Originality/value This paper contributes to the current literature in two ways. First, there is in-depth understanding of the literature on improvisation in the PM context, which allows to identify the key related constructs, origin factors and purposes. Moreover, it identifies the core relation among these constructs. Second, understanding of the effect of origin factors on the key related constructs was achieved.

PurposeThis study aims to identify and analyze how Internet of things (IoT) technology affects supply chain management (SCM) performance.Design/methodology/approachA systematic literature review was conducted (using Scopus, JSTOR, Emerald, ProQuest, Science Direct and Web of Science) covering a 20-year timeframe (2000–2020). Out of 2,572 papers identified, 171 peer-reviewed papers from the most important journals were selected. Content analysis was used following the Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) SCM framework.FindingsRegarding the GSCF SCM framework processes, most IoT-based studies have addressed improving order fulfilment, manufacturing flow management and demand management processes. However, no studies addressing the Supplier relationship management process were identified, suggesting that IoT-based applications are perceived to add more value in downstream than upstream SCM processes. The importance of using enabling technologies to realize the potential of value generation of IoT was also revealed. Findings suggest new research avenues related to product development and commercialization process, the supplier relationship management process, the returns management process, servitization strategies, new SCM models and new business models.Research limitations/implicationsThe review encompasses only academic papers from journals considered the most relevant (retrieved from specific databases), using the impact factor as the quality criterion.Practical implicationsThe findings can help business managers better understand the potential of IoT technology, such as the main applications identified in the literature and their impacts on SCM processes. Their importance in enabling technologies to leverage SCM performance is identified and the emerging SCM models/business models that IoT deployment can enable are highlighted.Originality/valueThis study contributes to filling a gap in the literature using a systematic literature review of how IoT technology affects SCM performance through content analysis, using an SCM framework to clarify which SCM processes are affected. Academic articles from the most important journals from 2000 to 2020 are identified.

There is a gap in the literature regarding the process by which families and couples seek professional help. Little is known about the familial and environmental factors that influence this process. The goal of this study was to identify the reasons why couples and families search for couple and family therapy. A systematic literature review was conducted. Twenty‑three articles have met the inclusion criteria. Content Analysis was used to identify the factors that influenced the help‑seeking process. Four factors were identified: type of problem, previous sources of help, gender and relationship factors. Results showed that couples and families use a variety of resources before looking for couple and family therapy. Research into this area is still in its early stages. Further studies must be conducted to better understand this phenomenon.
