The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of Blockholder Ownership, Managerial Ownership,Institutional Ownership, and Audit Committee towards Firm Value. The background of this research isthe agency theory and ownership theory. The population in this study are 46 property companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2016. By using purposive samplingtechnique, 35 companies are qualified as data samples. This research uses the random effect model asthe estimation model and multiple regression as the method of analysis. The results of this study showsthat Institutional Ownership has a positive effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Blockholder Ownership,Managerial Ownership, and Audit Committee have no effect on Firm Value. Moreover, the F-testimplies that the variables, blockholder ownership, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, andaudit committee, simultaneously influence firm value.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies, the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on dividen and financial leverage of Indonesia non financial sector companies, and the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on the firm value through dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. The research data was collected using purposive sampling method to the data of non financial sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2003-2012. Based on the criteria of the study obtained 310 samples were then analyzed Using the panel data regression and path analysis. The results show that the capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage have significant influences on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influences on dividen. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable have significant influences on financial leverage. With path analysis, the result show the The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influence on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies with dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. Thepurpose of this study is to test the influence of corporate governance on firm value which is proxiedwith PBV. This research is quantitative and assocative research where data is obtained from annualreport from company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the consumer goods sector in 2013-2017 published by BEI. The population of this study are 46 companies with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and 6 companies are choosen. The data analysis method used is panel regression through several tests including classic assumption test and hyppothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are managerial ownership is significantly influenced firm value, but institutional ownership, independent commisioner, and audit committee has no influence on firm value significantly, and corporate governance simultaneously is significantly influenced firm value.Keywords: Corporate Governance, Firm Value, PBV ABSTRAKCorporate governance merupakan salah satu mekanisme yang sangat penting dalam suatuinternal manajemen perusahaan untuk menjaga kinerja perusahaan dengan tujuan meningkatkannilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh corporate governanceterhadap nilai perusahaan yang diwakilkan dengan PBV. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdan asosiatif dimana data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia sektor consumer goods pada periode 2013-2017 yang diterbitkan oleh BEI. Populasi daripenelitian adalah 46 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposivesampling dan hasil sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan adalah metode regresi data panel termasuk pengujian asumsi dan kesesuaian model danpengujian hipotesis baik secara parsial dan secara simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikaninstitusonal, komisaris independen, dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilaiperusahaan, dan corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

The purpose of this research to estimates a simultaneous equations model with Tobin’s Q (firm value), managerial ownership and debt policy jointly determined within the system. This research is based on the pre¬vious¬ research by Chen and Steiner (2000), which found that managerial ownership tobe a significant and positive determinant of the level Tobin’s Q. Chen and Steiner (1999) observed evidence of subtituons-monitoring effects between managerial ownership and debt policy.The research is focused on manufacturing companies listed in BEJ for periode 1999-2002.The method of data collection is done by using pooling method and give 151 firm year observation.This research uses a non linear simultaneous equation methodology with use the statistical method two stage least square. The result of research provides empirical evidence : First, that managerial ownership has a non linear relation with Tobin’s Q (we find support for both an alignmenteffect and an entrenchment effectin the relationship between managerial ownership and Tobin’s Q. second, The result supports the argument that managerial ownership helps to resolve the agency conflicts between stock holder and manager. The result also indicate that there is not subtitu¬ta¬bi¬li¬ty between debt and managerial ownership.

The Relationship

Manajemen dan nilai perusahaan memiliki keterkaitan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan.  Dimana manajemen perusahaan merupakan penggerak roda perusahaan dan berorientasi pada nilai perusahaan. Peran seorang manajer adalah memaksimalkan kekayaan bagi pemegang saham.  Namun, manajer yang tidak memiliki kepemilikan saham yang signifikan di perusahaan dapat memilih untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan bersih mereka sendiri dengan mengorbankan pemilik perusahaan. Akibatnya, pemilik terpaksa mengeluarkan biaya agensi untuk memastikan bahwa manajemen perusahaan bertindak dengan cara yang tepat. Cara untuk mengurangi biaya agensi adalah memaksa perusahaan untuk meningkatkan hutang. Tujuan penelitian adalah  menguji hubungan simultan pertukaran antara ownership, leverage, dan nilai perusahaan sehubungan dengan keagenan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia dari tahun 2012-2018. Penelitian ini menambah pemahaman mengenai keterkaitan antara ownership dengan leverage, dan nilai perusahaan. Analisis data untuk argumen tentang keterkaitan simultan antara  ownership, leverage, dan nilai perusahaan melalui data panel regresi berganda 2 SLS (Two Stage Least Square). Bidang penelitian ini diperluas dengan mempertimbangkan model empiris di mana ownership dan leverage masing-masing diperlakukan sebagai variabel endogen atau ditentukan bersama.  Dalam metode 2 SLS ada 2 kali variabel yang diobservasi secara simultan untuk menghindari bayes sehingga variabel tersebut tidak bias, di mana variabel managerial ownership dan Leverage merupakan determinan non linier nilai perusahaan sebagai bagian integral dari pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dalam kerangka keagenan.  Persamaan Regresi hasil uji 2SLS memunjukkan keterkaitan nilai perusahaan dengan managerial ownership dan leverage. Hasil menunjukkan interaksi positif  tidak signifikan antara managerial ownerhip dengan nilai perusahaan, interaksi positif signifikan antara nilai perusahaan dengan leverage, dan interaksi yang negatif signifkan antara managerial ownership dengan leverage. Management and corporate value have an inseparable relationship. Where the company management is the driving force of the company and oriented to corporate values. The role of a manager is to maximize wealth of shareholders. However, managers who do not have a significant share in the company may choose to maximize their own net profits at the expense of the company owners. As a result, the owners are forced to incur agency costs to ensure that company management acts in an appropriate manner. The way to reduce agency costs is to force the company to increase debt. The research objective is to examine the exchange simultaneous relationship between ownership, leverage, and corporate value with respect to agency in manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2012-2018. This study adds to the understanding of the relationship between ownership and leverage, and corporate value. Data analysis for arguments about the simultaneous relationship between ownership, leverage, and firm value through 2 SLS (Two Stage Least Square) multiple regression panel data. This field of research is extended by considering empirical models in which ownership and leverage are treated as endogenous or co-determined variables, respectively. Ownership and Leverage as an integral part of corporate decision making within an agency framework, which in turn will affect the value of the company. In the SLS 2 method, there are 2 variables that are observed simultaneously to avoid bayes so that the variable is not biased, in which the managerial ownership and leverage variables are nonlinear determinant corporate value as an integral part of corporate decision making within the agency framework, which in turn will affect firm value. The 2SLS regression equation results show the relationship between firm value and managerial ownership and leverage. The results prove that there is a positive interaction between managerial ownership between firm value, a significant positive interaction between firm value and leverage, and a significant negative interaction between managerial ownership and leverage.

The Impact

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and financial performance on firm value with managerial ownership as an intermediary variable. Corporate social responsibility and financial performance are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, firm value is used as the dependent variable. Managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable in this study. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2018 period are the population in this study. Purposive sampling method is a sampling method used in this study by producing 27 companies with 2 observations to produce a sample of 54. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are the analytical methods used in this study. This research shows that corporate social responsibility and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Then corporate social responsibility and financial performance with managerial ownership as the moderating variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan pada nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel perantara. Corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan digunakan sebagai variable Independen. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan digunakan sebagai variable dependen. Kepemilikan manajerial yang digunakan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2018 merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling merupakan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menghasilkan sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 2 sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 54. Regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the effect of enterprise risk management (ERM) with firm size, ROA and managerial ownership as control variables on firm value that is proxied by Tobin’s Q. Design/methodology/approach Population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010–2013. The used method in this research is multiple linear regression-ordinary least square and hypotheses testing using t-test to test the regression coefficients with level of significance of 5 percent. Findings The results showed that ERM, ROA and size of the company have a significant positive effect on the firm value. While the managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the firm value. Originality/value The results showed that firm value increases as ERM, ROA and size of the company improves. While the managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the firm value.
