Four experiments (total N = 3591) examined how thinking about Karma and God increases adherence to social norms that prescribe fairness in anonymous dictator games. We found that (1) thinking about Karma decreased selfishness among karmic believers across religious affiliations, including Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, and non-religious Americans; (2) thinking about God also decreased selfishness among believers in God (but not among non-believers), replicating previous findings; and (3) thinking about both karma and God shifted participants’ initially selfish offers towards fairness (the normatively prosocial response), but had no effect on already fair offers. These supernatural framing effects were obtained and replicated in high-powered, pre-registered experiments and remained robust to several methodological checks, including hypothesis guessing, game familiarity, demographic variables, between- and within-subjects designs, and variation in data exclusion criteria. These results support the role of culturally-elaborated beliefs about supernatural justice as a motivator of believer’s adherence to prosocial norms.

Due to this people have won’t have time for exercise and Yoga and end up in various lifestyle disorder, like Diabetes mellitus, Dyslipidemia, Obesity, Cardiovascular diseases etc. Diabetes mellitus is one of most leading disorder in all of them. The worldwide prevalence of D.M. has raised dramatically over past two decades, from an estimated 30 million cases in 1985 to 177 million in 2000. Based on current trends, > 360 million individuals will have diabetes by the year 2030. Diabetes mellitus is mentioned in our Samhitas as disorder of lethargic and exercise less lifestyle disorder and termed it as Madhumeha. Caused by mainly Apathyaahara and Viharsevana. Chikitsa of Madhumeha focused on Pathyaaahara and Vihar (lifestyle) in management of Madhumeha. This article is deal with healthy lifestyle including Yoga mentioned in Ayurveda Samhita for management of prevention and treatment of Lifestyle disorders.

I proposed a model to explain how workplace fun is effective in facilitating employee creativity, with a focus on the mediating role of psychological safety in this relationship. Participants comprised 269 employees of hotels in China. Results show that workplace fun had a direct, significantly positive effect on employee creativity, as well as an indirect relationship through the mediator of psychological safety. These findings show that a fun work environment helps to enhance employee creativity. Thus, it is beneficial for managers of organizations to create a fun work environment, and they should also consider employees' sense of psychological safety when allowing employees to have fun at work.

Every company needs to pay attention and regulate employee behavior in the workplace so that the stability of organizational life is maintained in a conducive manner. Various efforts have been made to achieve this, such as providing incentives. By paying attention to the adaptation of employees in the work environment based on years of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tenure and incentives that shape employee work behavior. The selected population is all employees who work at a private bank branch office in Surabaya. All employees other than the leadership at the bank were sampled as many as 49 people. Regression analysis to answer the purpose of this study with the help of SPSS. The results obtained are the length of service and incentives together and individually proven to have a role to shape employee work behavior. The variable of tenure is more dominant in shaping employee work behavior.

An experiment was performed testing whether aggressive cues are necessary or only facilitative in increasing aggression to a frustration and whether their role is to “pull out” aggression directly or to add to the experience of displeasure. 20 subjects participated and a modified version of the Buss' “aggression machine” was used in which frustration was manipulated within subjects and aggressive cues between subjects. Frustration was of an arbitrary kind and aggression was defined to subjects to have instrumental value in overcoming the frustrative event Results indicated that (1) frustration alone is a weak antecedent of aggression, (2) at low frustration aggressive cues seem to be necessary for aggression to increase, and (3) aggressive cues apparently elicit aggression directly. Results were discussed in terms of Berkowitz' reformulation of the frustration-aggression hypothesis.

Background: The economic contribution of women batik craftsmen in Tuban is relatively important in their families even though their income is below the district / city minimum wage (below the UMK). In general, women batik craftsmen in Tuban work as additional income earners, with flexible working hours that can be combined with domestic duties. Objective: This activity is to provide solutions to problems; a) Tuban batik handicraft and business is treated as a side job, not as a main job, so that it is not professionally in managing their business; b) women batik craftsmen in Tuban have social characteristics with low education and often live in economically poor conditions so that they are in a weak and vulnerable position from the socio-economic structure; c) the work welfare of women batik craftsmen in Tuban is not formally protected because batik production and business are located in a home environment which is considered as the informal sector; d) women who make Tuban batik have to play a 'multi burden' role. Methods: This activity is carried out in training and business management assistance. Results: The results of this activity are: 1) Increased awareness of women batik craftsmen for their strategic role in economic contribution to improve family welfare; 2) Increased knowledge and skills of women regarding the strategy of harmonizing roles in batik handicraft activities - batik business management with family - household management; 3) Increased knowledge and skills of women batik craftsmen regarding professionalism and management of entrepreneurship in handicrafts - batik businesses based on local wisdom. Conclusions: There was an increase in knowledge and awareness of women batik craftsmen about the strategic role of women, harmonization of women's roles and professionalism.

Using rodents, three training arrangements (i.e., ABB vs. ABA, AAA vs. AAB and ABB vs. ABC) explored whether extinction influences the expression of avoidance in a manner controlled by context. Retention testing following extinction showed that more avoidance responding (i.e., renewal) was observed when extinguished cues were tested outside of the context where they had undergone extinction. In contrast, response rates were significantly lower when stimuli were tested within the context where extinction learning had occurred. These findings add to the emerging literature assessing the role of Pavlovian extinction processes in the development of instrumental avoidance responding by demonstrating conditional control over extinguished responding by context. This study was conducted using a within-subjects approach that minimized the potential for context-outcome associations to bias responding, and thus, reflects hierarchical control over behavior based on the specific associative status of each tested cue in each training context.

This study investigated the impact of training and development and supervisors support on employees retention. Furthermore, the current study also investigates the moderating effect of the work environment on the relationship between training and development, supervisors support, and employees’ retention. A survey was undertaken to collect data from 250 faculty members working in public sector universities in Pakistan. PLS path modeling was employed to analyze the data. The results revealed that training and development and the support of the supervisors had a significant relationship with the retention of employees. Similarly, the results also revealed that the work environment moderated the relationship between training and development, supervisors support, and employees’ retention. Finally, the implications, limitations and recommendations for further research were discussed.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of Endomarketing in the construction of the work atmosphere. It will be investigated the impact that investments or lack of investments in Endomarketing actions create regarding to employee's perception of their work environment and the interpersonal relationships within the organization . The author intends to focus specifically on how issues of diversity and inclusion can affect positively and / or negatively the professional and interpersonal development of employees and, consequently, be reflected on the team and company results. It will discussed the issues involving the subject and the impact of his/her social spheres in the relationship between the co-workers and in professional performance, the role of managers in mediating these aspects will be taken in consideration as well.
