The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Emotional Quotient, Spiritual Quotient, Performance

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to predict the contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence towards the purpose in life of OSF retired nuns. The participants were 39 nuns. This correlation study used purpose in life scale, spiritual intelligence scale, and emotional intelligence scale to collect data. The data was analyzed with partial correlation and linier multiple regression. Spiritual and emotional intelligence was positively related to the purpose in life ( r = 0,406 ; p <0,05).  The contribution of spiritual and emotional intelligence was 16,4%. It means that other variables such as sex, knowledge, motivation, age, family environment, and other environment contributing 83,6%. The researcher concluded that: First, the purpose in life of retired nuns can be predicted by spiritual and emotional intelligence; Second, spiritual intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns; Third, emotional intelligence supports the purpose in life of retired nuns. Keywords: spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, purpose in life

This study presents a modest attempt to interpret, formulate, and manipulate emotion of robots within the precepts of quantum mechanics. Our proposed framework encodes the emotion information as a superposition state whilst unitary operators are used to manipulate the transition of the emotion states which are recovered via appropriate quantum measurement operations. The framework described provides essential steps towards exploiting the potency of quantum mechanics in a quantum affective computing paradigm. Further, the emotions of multi-robots in a specified communication scenario are fused using quantum entanglement thereby reducing the number of qubits required to capture the emotion states of all the robots in the environment, and fewer quantum gates are needed to transform the emotion of all or part of the robots from one state to another. In addition to the mathematical rigours expected of the proposed framework, we present a few simulation-based demonstrations to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness. This exposition is an important step in the transition of formulations of emotional intelligence to the quantum era.

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of the high school teachers. This study uses a research design with an associative quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation and online questionnaires. This study used a sample of 39 respondents with the determination of the sample size using the saturated sample formula. Partial least square is applied to examine the relationship between teacher performance, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that of the seven hypotheses developed there are two accepted hypotheses, that is, for the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, it is obtained that the results of a significant effect and the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance are also obtained significant results. Meanwhile, the other 5 hypotheses developed were not significant. Through the findings of this study, it is hoped that it can provide additional information for various parties, especially the school, to pay attention to the factors that affect teacher performance and job satisfaction, so that teachers gain comfort and confidence to continue to improve their performance in implementing learning in schools.

This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on ethical decisions of tax consultants with work experience as moderating variables. The population in this study were all registered tax consultants in the Bali Region who had practice licenses in accordance with the Directory of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association in 2018 as many as 58 people. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method and based on the specified criteria obtained a total sample of 41 people. Research data was collected through survey methods with questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of emotional intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions, intellectual intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions, and spiritual intelligence had a positive effect on ethical decisions. Work experience moderates the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the ethical decisions of tax consultants.
