To this end, the educational process should be primarily saturated with information from personal and social hygiene, physiology, psychology, theory and methods of physical education, forming scientifically sound views on the socio-biological essence, the role and opportunities of physical culture in human development. In this sense, physical education classes should gradually turn into lessons in knowing yourself, your body, your moral and volitional qualities, spiritual and physical capabilities.

On March 14, 2020, an order was posted on the website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation on new rules for organizing educational activities in Russian universities, heads of higher educational institutions were instructed to organize interaction between students and teachers in the educational process in a distance format. Self-study contributes not only to the development of physical skills and health, but also helps to better assimilate the educational material, since the body must periodically receive a “jolt” between long “periods of sitting” in other disciplines. The topic of self-study is especially relevant during periods of a pandemic, when many educational institutions transfer their students to “distance education” and organized physical education classes become impossible. At this time, everyone should understand for himself that it is necessary to perform the exercises, because in such conditions most of the time is spent sitting, while not being active. The number of movements performed per day becomes too low. Therefore, daily physical activities are indispensable and necessary in everyone’s life, an alternative solution to the gym is needed, and the work offers a set of exercises at home for distance learning students.

However, there are difficulties in using this method in the educational process, among which are the following: lack of knowledge of the content of the method, inability to use it in practice, misunderstanding of its place in the structure of the class, mistrust of the effectiveness of its use in the learning process. It is proved that one of the perspective directions of improvement of physical education of students is the development of scientific principles of monitoring of physical and motor development on the basis of involving a complex of information and technological approaches that will meet the current state. At the same time, the fundamental changes in the development of civilization affect the changes in the system of requirements, which are presented to both the specialist and the education system as a whole.

The essence of question is clear: weak material base, not enough number of lessons etcetera. But there are most serious reasons. There are an absence of imaginations about what we want from students’ and school physical culture; without this we cannot understand what it has to be school physical culture. As a result people have different imaginations. We can see complex co– existence of three environments: educational, training and health environments. The analysis of special literature shows that modern investigations and publications pay not enough attention to certain effective methodics which promote qualitative forming and solving educational, training and health questions as well as bring up all – side developed scholars and students when physical education.
