Today, cyberphysics is considered as an interdisciplinary science and one of the important directions of modern technical development in the reorganization of the construction industry. Initially, the term "cyberphysics" meant technical systems with computational tools embedded in them. In these systems, the human operator used different channels of information transfer in the design and management processes. Over time, in the framework of the scientific and technical direction of "cyberphysics", the problems of ensuring its own state space and its parameters began to be considered. In the article, the concepts of homeostat (stable state of the building system) and an intelligent building system have been introduced and formally defined, which are used in the quantitative assessment of the quality of building systems of design and management. As the result of research, the practical task of developing an apparatus for infographic modeling has been set, the application of which would become the basis for technical regulation in certain segments of innovative technologies for construction reorganization (for example, in the housing and communal complex of the Russian Federation).

This article shows that the deployment of modern high-tech companies in the regions affects the development of smart cities. In particular, it was noted that high-tech companies not only create high-tech products, but also are an example of optimization of management processes, economical consumption of various types of resources, and also serve as one of the factors for the accumulation of intellectual capital and the quality of life of the population in the regions. It is shown that modern advanced technologies of a smart city affect not only the social aspects of the region’s development, serve to improve its legislative, managerial and social foundations, but also encourage megacities to solve the problems of efficient use of the environment.

Quality management is essential to improve success in project implementation by using Industrialized Building System (IBS). The development of construction industry in Malaysia is encountering a relocation from ordinary techniques to a more efficient and automated strategy which is by utilizing IBS.There are a few issues in overseeing IBS construction projects which prompt low qualities such as hiring non-expertize in construction, using low quality of materials and problem with management. Therefore, this paper aim is to determine the various success factors affecting the quality management of construction project that using IBS and ranked the success factors. Found that 87 factors from review papers and two most significant factors affecting quality management in IBS are high ranked which is appointment of high experience technical team, using high quality components and materials with overall percentage 2.48% and 1.86%. However, some of the factors are repeatedly listed due to high affecting to quality.

The introduction of modern technologies and development of building systems has influenced a fundamental transformation in many aspects of construction industry. However, still in major parts of building projects, conventional methods are being used in Iran. Traditional methods cause many problems such as project prolongation, low economic efficiency, too much stuff, and low quality of products. These shortcomings are more tangible in large-scale housing projects that require a vast domain of constructions; therefore, transformation from the current conventional building systems to the industrialized building systems (IBS) is needed more than ever. In order to this transformation it is vital that first the perceptions of the industry on these issues are adequately studied in this reseach. According to the lack of strategic plans and effective measures to promote IBS at country level, in addition to introducing the level of awareness and familiarity to IBS technical knowledge, the prevalence of both IBS components implementation and using IBS in different type of projects in Iran conducted. A likert based questionnaire was designed according to the level of awareness and the prevalence of IBS was evaluated applying the mean index and average ranking method. The results indicate that the prevalence of IBS in terms of components and types of projects is not at significant level. This paper provides an overview of IBS current state in Iran. Clearly, this awareness will prompt construction industry practitioners to a deeper exchange of ideas and promoting IBS in the future.

Securing safety and quality of agricultural produce and foods is among the principal public responsibilities. No agricultural facilities can do without using pesticides, which help to make crops ample and stable. State registration of pesticides and agrochemical means, which is obligatory in the Russian Federation, prevents low quality and unsafe products from entering the food market. In the present paper, the related regulations and methodological approaches are reviewed, including the latest developments, in particular those attributed to All-Russia Research institute of Plant Safety.

The relationship between Project Management (PM) and Sustainable Development (SD) is tested in this chapter through its application on the construction industry. When PM is embedded in construction projects, it has the capacity to be a significant leverage point of great influence, and it becomes one of the cornerstones for rethinking the relationships between PM, SD, and the Construction Industry. The work presented discusses the need for integrating sustainable development into project management processes to ensure a better outcome for the construction industry, which is directly related to the degradation of our quality of life on the economic, social, and environmental levels. The author explores the origins and philosophies behind sustainability, the core of project management processes, the strategic implications of the construction industry practices, and puts forward the “systems thinking and points of leverage” approach to facilitate an efficient environment of integration. Thinking and acting sustainably requires not only incremental change but also a revolution in approach, a shift of perspective; sustainable project management processes are possible to achieve.

Advancements of recently developed timber products and their application within the prefabrication process in construction industry demand more standardization and unification of construction management processes. Within the timber industry the prefabrication of modular building units with an optimised prefabrication grade experienced an ascending development over the last decade. Today’s methodology is based on a formal concept of realized projects that provides the methods of the production whereas the basic components behind do not change. Especially modern timber construction is mostly suitable for prefabrication, caused by the material specific properties, possibilities in prefabrication and quick assembly time under dry construction circumstances. According to an expert survey undertaken within a research project, the integration of a consistent data workflow in the production process allows a significant shortened construction period and cost reduction. Following these expert interviews timber construction systems with a high percentage of prefabrication are considered to be less expensive than on-site building methods. High productivity combined with excellent quality in short installation periods delivers arguments for best practice examples in construction management of modular timber building systems.

The article analyzes the problems of the manifestation of risks of shadow and criminal activity in the life support system of citizens of the Russian Federation, the dissemination of which requires the development of effective measures to prevent and eliminate them. The most important issue is the formation of an effective economic security system with an emphasis on the new quality of life support for citizens of the Russian Federation in an adequate combination with the high growth rate of NTP in the Russian economy. The new technological structure emerging from the new achievements of scientific and technological progress involves the harmonization of the pace of scientific and technological development, combined with an adequate improvement in the quality of life support for citizens performing such achievements. Owing to this fact formation of new quality of the housing and communal services (HCS) as bases of life support of citizens becomes a prerequisite of increase in performance and intellectualization of human work. With this in mind, early recognition, prevention and elimination of risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system (housing and communal services) is considered as a significant mechanism to increase the effectiveness of the system of comfortable life support for citizens of the Russian Federation. The existing lag in the development of a high-quality and comfortable system for providing citizens of Russia on the basis of housing and communal services, the subject of which is the provision of quality and comfortable services, influenced by numerous risks of shadow and criminal influence, becomes a condition for intensifying economic development and increasing labor productivity on this basis. The need to develop and use modern scientific and technical achievements, especially in the field of digitalization, is emphasized in order to increase the efficiency of the economic security system of housing and communal services organizations based on innovative control mechanisms - internal control, audit, compliance control, taking into account financial investigations in order to prevent and eliminate the risks of shadow and criminal activities in the housing and communal services system.
