Physically disabled persons can have sleep problems, which affects their mental health more than those in non-disabled people. However, there are few studies on the relationship between sleep duration and mental health targeting physically disabled people in South Korea, and existing studies on the disabled have mostly used data collected from convenience rather than nationally representative samples, limiting the generalization of the results. This study used data from the second wave of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED, 2016–2018, 1st–3rd year). Participants included 1851 physically disabled individuals. The Chi-square test and generalized estimating equation (GEE) were used and the Akaike information criterion (AIC) value and the AIC log Bayes factor approximation were used to select sleep trajectories. This is the first study to elucidate multiple sleep trajectories in physically disabled people in Korea, and the relationship between sleep duration trajectories and self-rated depressive symptoms. People with physical disabilities who sleep more than 9 h have the highest risk of depression and need more intensive management as a priority intervention.

Persons with physical disabilities recorded under the auspices of the "Rumah Kasih Sayang" institution are 12 people. Ideally, the practice of worship should be carried out easily by everyone, but in fact there are still many people with disabilities who experience difficulties in implementing it, not even a few of them have left worship because of low religious-related understanding and lack of motivation from the community to include persons with disabilities. carry out daily worship obligations. These problems are experienced by people with disabilities, especially physically disabled in the "Rumah Kasih Sayang" in Krebet village. People with disabilities by the community are considered as groups who are no longer obliged to worship, they are sufficiently fostered with a variety of skills obtained from the institution, empowered by breeding goats from compensation without even being physically invited to pray together in the mosque or prayer room. Religious inclusiveness needs to be built between the community and the physically disabled, the community must be given an understanding that as long as the disabled person meets the taklif provisions, there is no privilege that disqualifies the obligation of worship for the disabled. The research questions are: 1) What are the implications of the fiqh guidance of worship for the disabled in the "Rumah Kasih Sayang" Krebet Jambon Village? 2) What are the implications of fiqh material for worship for the people of Krebet Jambon Village ?. To answer the formulation of the problem, the researcher used a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The results of this study are: 1) Deaf people can practice well the procedures of daily worship in accordance with the fiqh hospitality of disabled people while being able to carry out the obligation to worship together with the surrounding community. 2) People get new insights about fiqh worship for people with disabilities, changing their negative stigma towards disabled people and leading to the realization of an inclusive religious culture in Krebet Jambon Ponorogo Village.

Face detection based mouse movement is one of the important works for the physically challenged people. The movement of head can notify the computer specific task. By understanding, the disabled people computer can pass message to other person and that can help disabled to notify others the urgent need of them. In this project, an application has been built which will help the people who do not have any control of their hands but they can only move their head. In this work, OpenCV based Haar-like feature extraction has been used to detect face. By using face detection algorithm, faces as well as non-faces are classified as faces. So, to reduce the false positive results, face detection algorithm has been enhanced. After face detection, mouse movement has been controlled with the coordinate of face movement.

Communication requires unconditional respect for the other. Acknowledging the qualities of the people   is a basis for good communication.  Communication starts when you accept the people the way they are. The social, economic and technical development provides opportunities for good professional realization of people with special educational needs.  The resistance, striving for “survival” and successful “introduction” into the social life are a prerequisite for success. The people who are stigmatized and their families are aware that once they have been labeled, they should have to overcome this stigma and to take the maximum possible good out of this label. Positive stigma stimulates the people with disabilities seek more contacts, to become more independent and to realize themselves adequately in the social life. The survey of attitudes and motivation scale contact with people with disabilities give reliable information about what is the attitude of students towards people with disabilities and what were their contacts. The successful integration into society of people with special educational needs depends also on the perceptions and attitudes of the professionals who work with them too. Undoubtedly, the attitudes and models for the disabled people change and will continue to change. The way people organize their spare time, to a great extent, is the reflection of economic and cultural transformations of the society. It also applies to disabled people. It is not only a matter of how much free time people have, but also how they spend it, who helps them to organize it and with whom this free time is shared. In most societies disabled people constitute a group with the lowest level of activeness considering both their professional and their organization of leisure time. These two dimensions in the very essential way influence each other depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of the people. In the case of disabled people professional activity fulfils not only economic function but also holds essential functions of rehabilitation and integration. Making a proper use of free time has even greater influence on the progress in rehabilitation, especially in the social one. The study was aimed at examining the participation in free time of the disabled in the context of the vocational activeness.

The question is since when panakawan figures appear and how the concept of embodiment is. To answer that question, the research is done through historical approach to track the existence of panakawan figures, while the iconography is used to identify panakawan figures in terms of embodiment, and in tracing the concept of panakawan embodiment is done through structural approach. This study found that panakawan history can be traced through two sources, namely verbal and pictorial sources. Verbal is any source that is obtained from written works, whereas pictorial is any source of artifacts. The term of Panakawan was first found on serat Gattkacasraya by Empu Panuluh in the eleventh century and on Kitab Nawaruci  by Empu Siwamurti in the fifteenth century. Panakawan was also found on several sources of puppet plays, among others: Kidung Sudamala, Serat Purwakanda, Serat Pustakarajapurwa, and Serat Purwacarita. On artifact sources, it was found on temple reliefs and on some kinds of puppet. The concept of panakawan embodiment was inspired by the disabled people who have magic power. The people of this type in Yogyakarta palace are called Abdi Dalem Palawija, whereas in the ancient Java they were included in the character of i’jro. Keywords: Panakawan, history, concept

The aim of this paper will be to investigate Rawls? theory of justice concerning the position of the disabled people. First of all, I will expose his two principles of justice. Secondly, I will expose criticism of Eva Kittay and Martha Nussbaum, who claim that our acceptance of Rawlsian theory prevents us from achieving the just position of the people with disabilities. After that I will examine one of the most successful upgrades of Rawls? original theory that was established by Harry Brighouse. However, Brighouse?s upgrade improves the position of only those individuals who had become disabled due to natural reasons and not due to their own mistakes. This is why I will, finally, tend to point out that the exclusion of those individuals whose disability is a consequence of their own mistake is not justified, since it incorporates a deontological assumption that is not necessary for Rawls? theory of justice.
