Communication requires unconditional respect for the other. Acknowledging the qualities of the people   is a basis for good communication.  Communication starts when you accept the people the way they are. The social, economic and technical development provides opportunities for good professional realization of people with special educational needs.  The resistance, striving for “survival” and successful “introduction” into the social life are a prerequisite for success. The people who are stigmatized and their families are aware that once they have been labeled, they should have to overcome this stigma and to take the maximum possible good out of this label. Positive stigma stimulates the people with disabilities seek more contacts, to become more independent and to realize themselves adequately in the social life. The survey of attitudes and motivation scale contact with people with disabilities give reliable information about what is the attitude of students towards people with disabilities and what were their contacts. The successful integration into society of people with special educational needs depends also on the perceptions and attitudes of the professionals who work with them too. Undoubtedly, the attitudes and models for the disabled people change and will continue to change. In this context the disabled people should develop social identity and public awareness, but not only in their stigmatized group, but in a broad social aspect.

It is necessary for the government and communities to provide the medium accessibility of infrastructures and equipments amenity for disabled. The objective of the research is identifiying medium accessibility infrastructures in building and its surrounding to make the d isabled do their activities easily. Since the application of this law in the reality the providing of that accessibility is still minimum and have not yet get properly standarized according to min istrial decree of public work number 468/KPTS/1998 about technical conditions of accessibilities in public buildings and its environment. The application of minis trial decree of public work, on the provision of accessibility have not been arranged in the provincial regulation, so the social iza tion of that accessibility provision for the disables is less effective. The way people organize their spare time, to a great extent, is the reflection of economic and cultural transformations of the society. It also applies to disabled people. It is not only a matter of how much free time people have, but also how they spend it, who helps them to organize it and with whom this free time is shared. In most societies disabled people constitute a group with the lowest level of activeness considering both their professional and their organization of leisure time. These two dimensions in the very essential way influence each other depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of the people. In the case of disabled people professional activity fulfils not only economic function but also holds essential functions of rehabilitation and integration. Making a proper use of free time has even greater influence on the progress in rehabilitation, especially in the social one. The study was aimed at examining the participation in free time of the disabled in the context of the vocational activeness.

The aim of this paper will be to investigate Rawls? theory of justice concerning the position of the disabled people. First of all, I will expose his two principles of justice. Secondly, I will expose criticism of Eva Kittay and Martha Nussbaum, who claim that our acceptance of Rawlsian theory prevents us from achieving the just position of the people with disabilities. After that I will examine one of the most successful upgrades of Rawls? original theory that was established by Harry Brighouse. However, Brighouse?s upgrade improves the position of only those individuals who had become disabled due to natural reasons and not due to their own mistakes. This is why I will, finally, tend to point out that the exclusion of those individuals whose disability is a consequence of their own mistake is not justified, since it incorporates a deontological assumption that is not necessary for Rawls? theory of justice.

Abstract A disabled person with acquired disability must manage to cope with social identity, reconstruct their identity and construct own biography from scratch. People with inborn disability create their identity of a disabled person from the beginning. They are educated to play a role of a person with disabilities in society. The stigma of disability remains with a disabled person forever. Disability becomes the central category determining the social identity of these individuals. The problems which were raised are connected with setting up the line between personal and social identity, between satisfying the need of being unique and the need to belong, between defining a person through the prism of stigma and perceiving them as representative of the specific type of personality. The mark of the person with disability that this disability imprints in their life is the best known only by the people who live with it. The article is an attempt to answer questions: Is it possible to manage the social identity or does the disabled person need to reconstruct their identity or construct their biography from scratch? What are the chances of dealing with disability stigma?
