Cracks often appear in the process of construction and use of concrete structures. It is normal for concrete to have cracks, but the size and quantity of cracks exceed certain limits. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the structural cracks. According to different cracks, corresponding treatment methods are given. Experiments can be done if conditions permit to verify the safety of the structure after reinforcement. The paper detected and analyzed the cracks appearing on the structure components by using an example of an underground garage project. And It was proposed about corresponding reinforcement treatment scheme. This project provides reference for similar projects or scientific research, and it provides a good research direction.

The most efficient tools in real monitoring system is acoustic emission (AE). This technique can be used to identify the damage classifications in RC structure. This research paper will mainly focus on the utilization of signal strength and Absolute energy (AE signal) in determining on the damage quantification for RC beam subjected to cyclic load test. The beam specimens size (150 X 250 X 1900) mm were prepared in the laboratory and tested with the four point bending test using cyclic loading together with acoustic emission monitoring system. The results showed that the analysis of AE data parameters is capable of determining the damage classification in concrete structures and the data corresponded to the visual observations during the increased loading cycle.

Research is only as good as one's proposal. It is found to be a more challenging job to guide for preparing research proposal than general project proposal and sometimes less formal as well. Some even argue that to implement the quantitative research accordingly, sufficient details should warrant a good research proposal. This chapter is aimed to propose a simple guideline for writing a research proposal designing in a quantitative research. In addition, it will help professional or academic researchers to develop good scientific research proposals for quantitative research design.

ARMENO-JUDAICA: THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE HISTORY OF THE JEWS AND THE ARMENIANS IN THE CONTEXT OF STATE BUILDING This scientific report is devoted to a fundamentally new direction in scientific research: Armeno-Judaica. The essence of Armeno-Judaica lies in a comparative analysis of the experience of the Armenian and Jewish nations in the preservation of national identity and state building. Within the framework of this research direction, it is planned to study various state and national institutions created by two peoples in the spaces of Eurasia in the period from antiquity to the present. At the same time, both the positive and negative experiences of both nations in the preservation of national identity and in state building are examined. Work in this area is divided into theoretical and applied research.

The whole world is now in horror, dismay, anticipation, and fear as a result of the outbreak of the new epidemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19). There is no doubt that this situation has severe impacts in various economic, tourism, industrial and research fields. Here we will address the effects of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic on researchers and their research outputs. This short study deals with some of the causes and forms influenced by scientific research and the academic aspect of researchers in some disciplines. In general, the spread of the coronavirus discouraged the research output by most researchers, by preventing them from going to laboratories and suspension the laboratory works. On the other hand, panic caused discouraging researchers in terms of scientific writing. The study recommends not to surrender, and scientists need to adapt themselves by using the quarantine in more effective actions. On the other hand, medical and biological publications related to the study of the virus and its treatment methods have increased.
