This article is devoted to the study of the use of mathematical hardware in the efficient organization of the system of servicing motor vehicles. Herewith, simulation modeling methods enable obtaining information about the state of the system analyzed with the application of its programmed model. This information is then used in the design of system management. In addition, proposals have been developed to improve the car maintenance process within the framework of generating random values corresponding to the distribution of probabilities by type of service over the period of entry into the car maintenance system.

The article considers common classifications of measures to reduce environmentaleconomic damage from motor vehicles. Classification from the point of view of control impact is proposed, which allows to take into account relations between the state and citizens in the field of reduction of negative impact of motor vehicles on the environment. The analysis of the classification made it possible to identify areas of activity for improving the efficiency of management impacts, taking into account the incentives of citizens to comply with the requirements of the legislation and to create conditions for their exceeding. Increasing the efficiency of resource allocation in the Territory will allow the released funds to be allocated to the development of industry, agriculture, education and science.

Patient routing is a key tool for ensuring the availability and quality of cancer care, ensuring early detection of pathology and timely treatment. Mathematical and simulation modeling methods allow to predict the bottlenecks of patient flows and plan the optimal distribution of healthcare resources. Goal to optimize patients’ pathways for oncology care using the simulation modelling methods. Materials and methods Patient routing was presented in the logic of discrete events, the average resource utilization, the patient’s stay time were described, the bottlenecks of the system were determined. Simulation modeling methods were used to build the optimal organization of oncology care services in the region. Results The average waiting time at the pre-hospital stage was 10 days, the average hospitalization time for X-ray therapy was 24 bed days, the throughput of the X-ray therapy room was 6 patients per week, the average duration of the X-ray therapy session per patient was 10 minutes. With the help of simulation modeling methods, a multimodal system of oncodermatology care was created and put into practice, which allowed to reduce the patient’s waiting time for treatment to 0.7 days, increasing the throughput of the entire system.

Maintenance Identification on Vertical Garden at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali has a vertical garden with an area of 10 m x 4 m. The Hotel is able to maintain the plant condition. The purpose of this research is to identify the vertical garden maintenance system at the Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. The research method uses survey and literature study methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis methods with descriptive methods and scoring tables. The results about the identification of vertical garden maintenance systems consist of watering, water disposal system, trimming, fertilizing, replanting plants, media replacement, sanitation, pest and disease control. Watering in 2 hours creating high humidity in the media. The volume of water released is not fully experienced evapotranspiration. The planting media do not experience drought during the day, so the plants keep fresh. In the calculation of plant suitability values, the corresponding values are Hemigraphis alternata. Plants with adequate value are Epipremnum aureum, Asparagus densiflorus, Ananas bracteatus tricolor, Schefflera Arboricola, and Portulaca grandiflora. In the maintenance process requires a fertigation system to facilitate fertilization. The use of automated systems such as timmers will simplify the maintenance and a more scheduled.

Construction chemistry is underdeveloped compared to other chemical branches. Innovation is realized by new products, improved pro¬cesses or / and more efficient organization. Innovation becomes evident when a noticeable progress is achieved by implementing changes. There are seven fundamental hindrances or flaws possible which are briefly considered. The state-of-the-art must be known. Innovation is measured in comparison to this state-of-the-art. If this level is not yet attained, progress is easily realized by introducing the actual knowledge. The realization is measured according to qualitative or preferably quantitative bench¬marks. Unfortunately, this is not currently done in the field of construction chemistry. Before benchmarking starts, communication based on truth and trust must be effective. The available scientific me¬tho¬dology must be known. Benchmarking will possibly show deficiencies in education and training. This will stress the need for adequate trans¬parency to improve efficiency. Hope¬ful¬ly, a self-regulating process improving pro-ducts and processes will be created in this way.

The investigation results of the applied simulation modeling programs market from the point of view of the usage possibility and expediency at the development or optimization of technological processes on domestic machinebuilding enterprises are presented. The analysis of the technological processes features in machine-building, and in particular aircraft construction, at domestic enterprises is carried out. The production features of the metalconsuming products and semi-finished products from the point of view these processes simulation expediency are considered. The expediency of carrying out simulation modeling of machine-building production, which provides adequate analysis results at minimal costs in comparison with other modeling methods are shown. The main criteria for choosing of specific simulation software are given. Keywords mechanical engineering technologies; metal-intensive production; aircraft construction; deformation processing of metals and alloys; foundry; equipment productivity; optimal stocks of semi-finished products; insurance stocks; simulation modeling; visualiz

Described is one specific effort to better estimate commercial motor vehicle-related exposure at the state level in order to better determine commercial motor vehicle-related crash rates for state and federal programs. Limitations in the crash and exposure data affect the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and a state’s ability to plan and assess operations and conduct ongoing analyses of program effectiveness. One important limitation has been the lack of reliable estimates of commercial motor vehicle exposure data at the state level. Exposure data, for the purpose of this report, are defined as the number of truck and bus vehicle miles traveled (VMT). Described is the methodology that was developed to calculate adjusted state VMT for commercial vehicles; results are presented for 1999 and 2000. The results support estimation of crash involvement rates for each state and provide exposure data for other analytical studies. The methodology to calculate adjusted state VMT for commercial motor vehicles has resulted in improved information resources in support of all crash analyses. The adjusted state VMT for commercial vehicles supports measurement of program effectiveness and development of countermeasures to promote motor carrier safety. The adjusted state VMT for commercial motor vehicles methodology and the commercial vehicle fatal-crash involvement rate reports enable state and federal agencies to better focus their safety programs and enforcement resources.

Because of their characteristic attributes of storing all the information of a building and visualising the maintenance process of a project over its entire lifecycle, generating the automated control and monitoring of building diagnosis (e.g. component utilisation, component failure, etc.) as well as providing decision support for the choice of maintenance measures and the scheduling of maintenance, BIM technologies have a special appeal for the building maintenance profession. In spite of this appeal, there are currently very few operational BIM technologies in the field of IBS building maintenance. One reason for this may be a lack of awareness by the industry as to what BIM technologies currently exist and what their capabilities are. Presenting this information to the potential users in an easily scannable format is one of the objectives of this paper. A second objective of this effort is to present the characteristics of the state-of-the-art BIM technologies to researchers and industry practitioners. This information will help them in making a choice of the most appropriate tools and trigger communication between users working in similar domains.

Currently, a number of environmental problems have a significant impact on the stable economic development of the country. A global problem is the study of air pollution. The solution of such geoecological problems should be carried out with the use of modern mathematical apparatus and digital technologies. The paper presents the results of a numerical study of the distribution of gaseous pollutants emitted by motor vehicles in the pedestrian zone of streets. It is shown that the vortex structures formed in the studied city buildings development have a significant impact on the accumulation of anthropogenic impurities.
