Maintenance Identification on Vertical Garden at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali has a vertical garden with an area of 10 m x 4 m. The Hotel is able to maintain the plant condition. The purpose of this research is to identify the vertical garden maintenance system at the Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali. The research method uses survey and literature study methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis methods with descriptive methods and scoring tables. The results about the identification of vertical garden maintenance systems consist of watering, water disposal system, trimming, fertilizing, replanting plants, media replacement, sanitation, pest and disease control. Watering in 2 hours creating high humidity in the media. The volume of water released is not fully experienced evapotranspiration. The planting media do not experience drought during the day, so the plants keep fresh. In the calculation of plant suitability values, the corresponding values are Hemigraphis alternata. Plants with adequate value are Epipremnum aureum, Asparagus densiflorus, Ananas bracteatus tricolor, Schefflera Arboricola, and Portulaca grandiflora. In the maintenance process requires a fertigation system to facilitate fertilization. The use of automated systems such as timmers will simplify the maintenance and a more scheduled.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>Medium learning science for early childhood is a tool for exploration and develop scientific values and ability to think logically. Reseach in designed with a qualitative approach. Thi issues to be discussed  between laun (1) How was  the process of implementing independent science learning “Merdeka Belajar” in the early age children at home TK Werdhi Kumara Punggul. (2) Is the tone of chidren aged in the learning era humbled at kindergarten weerdi Kumara Punggul. The aim of this research is to describe learning process, describes the efforts that in the proses teacing of sains at TK Werdi Kumara Punggul. Theory used for analyzing the problem is the constructivist theory of piaget, this research was carried out from Nopember 2020 to February 2021 with research location at TK werdi Kumara Punggul,  Abiansemal, District Badung regency. The research subjects were teachers, children aged 4-5 years which amounted to 5 children. The method used in this  study is qualitative descriptive method. data collection techniques through observation direct  interviews, documentation and literature study data analysis techniques  used analysis and arranged in a description data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions the results of the study sho the process of applying the media learning science “Merdeka Belajar” in earli childhood diera learning at home divided into 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages, with the learning method used namely telling stories, questios and answere.</em></p>

In this study the problem found in the field is that educators are less utilizing the media for the learning process so that students feel bored and lack understanding of learning materials that are only assisted by printed textbooks and lecture methods used by educators in learning activities carried out in class so that students. To realize an interesting learning learning videos need to be developed, one of the interesting learning videos is to use the video assisted Powtoon application. The method used in this article is literature study. Data from the literature is collected and analyzed to be presented in the results and discussion to draw conclusions. The results of the discussion showed that the POE2WE model assisted by Powtoon video media can be applied in rotational dynamics learning and provides a positive response to the attractiveness of Learning Videos so that students can maximize the understanding of the material.

This journal aims to describe the existence of Sufi Dance AtCommunity Al Fairouz In the city of Medan include: (1) history, (2)function, (3) a presentation of Sufi dance at Al Fairouz community inMedan.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. This research datais the history, function, and form of presentation of Sufi dance at AlFairouz community in Medan. The data used is the Sufi dance on AlFairouz community in Medan. Data were collected with a populationof 11 people consisting of 1 figure and 10 dancers Sufi, observation,interview, and literature study. Data were analyzed using descriptivetechniques.The results of this study as follows. 1) Background Sufi Dance on AlFairouz community that started when there Bersholawat Muslimevent, along with Habib Sheikh and Sheikh Hisham Kabbani ofAmerica, which at the time makhalul qiyam where there are fewdharwish (pupil thoriqoh) dance around in circles. 2). This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

The decentralization policy has long been implemented in Indonesia, but issues related to community development was still a serious problem. Hence the concept of community-based development became the most attentive development concept meantime. This study was conducted in 2010 in Purbalingga Regency. This study used descriptive and exploratory research method. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, discussions, field trips, and literature study. Data obtained were analyzed using qualitative research methods. The result shows that the implementation of regional autonomy increased empowerment practice both in quantity and quality. Developing empowerment models are Program PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan, TMMD, PKP, Puspahastama, and Desa Sehat Mandiri. Implementation of community development programs generates a positive impact on society both physical and nonphysical. Many problems encountered in community development programs, for instance in terms of the policy, planning, implementation, financial, human resources, and coordination. Amongst all those problems, we expected that in the future there will be a national policy which able to integrate and synergize all government levels and units, and also stakeholders in the implementation of community development programs.

ABSTRACTPhotography is one of the media used to introduce the character or self-image of politicians during regional head elections, or presidential elections. Among them are by displaying photos of faces or campaign activities for APK (Campaign Props) billboards, namely billboards or billboards installed on protocol roads that can be seen by the public, pamphlets, mass media, and etc. Visual media in the form of photos has a very big influence on public opinion. Photography has a visual power that is able to construct the authenticity of factual events. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of making photography a political visual communication medium in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an approach through the literature study method. The results of this study can be concluded that the process of making photography a political medium of visual communication to the public is carried out in several ways, namely by recruiting special photographers themselves, designing them, and distributing them. The effect of the message generated from a photography with a good appearance is the effect of knowledge and effect of information.Keywords:  Photography, Political Media, Visual Communication, Message Effects, Political Communication.  ABSTRAKFotografi merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan untuk mengenalkan karakter atau citra diri politisi saat pemilihan kepala daerah, ataupun pemilihan presiden. Diantaranya dengan memajang foto-foto wajah atau kegiatan kampanye untuk baliho APK (Alat Peraga Kampanye) yakni papan reklame atau billboard yang dipasang di jalan-jalan protokol yang bisa dilihat oleh masyarakat luas, pamflet, media massa, dan sebagainya. Media visual berupa foto sangat besar pengaruhnya mempengaruhi opini publik. Fotografi memiliki kekuatan visual yang mampu mengkonstruksi keotentikan peristiwa faktual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses menjadikan fotografi sebagai media komunikasi visual politik di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan melalui metode studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses menjadikan fotografi sebagai media politik komunikasi visual kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, yakni dengan merekrut khusus fotografer sendiri, mendesainnya, dan menyebarkannya. Efek pesan yang ditimbulkan dari sebuah fotografi dengan tampilan yang baik adalah efek pengetahuan dan efek informasi.Kata Kunci: Fotografi, Media Politik, Komunikasi Visual, Efek Pesan, Komunikasi Politik.

This study aims to determine how the difference between mathematical connections and self-efficacy between students who are given a realistic mathematics approach with an inquiry approach at Senior High School  2 Tanjung Morawa. The sample used in this study was Senior High School  2 Tanjung Morawa. With the method of collecting literature study data. The method used is literature study. The results of this study indicate that the overall approach to mathematics is realistic and inquiry, each of which has advantages and disadvantages, but in this study a good approach to use in students' ability to solve math problems is the inquiry approach, because with the inquiry approach students can be more active, and have ideas in solving math problems.

This research explains about symbolic violence in Islamic religious education books is rarely done. It also checks whether or not the books used so far contain symbolic violence, because there should be no difference in religious education between upper-class and lower-class. The formulation of the problems in this study are; how the mechanism of symbolic violence in Islamic religious education textbooks in elementary schools, and how the proportion of upper-class habitus and lower-class habitus in Islamic religious education textbooks in elementary schools. This research is a qualitative study with the type of literature study. The results showed that symbolic violence still occurred in elementary schools. The mechanism that runs is through an educational strategy by hiding the process of symbolic violence in the curriculum or what we know as the hidden curriculum. One of the media used to perpetrate violence is a textbook. In Islamic Religious Education textbooks for elementary school level), there is an element of upper-class domination over the lower class. The dominance of the upper-class over the lower-classes can be seen from the proportion of habitus presented in the textbook, the number of upper-class habitus presented through sentences and pictures illustrated is far greater than the lower-class habitus.
