Exterior windows are architectural details with decoration, lighting and ventilation. By studying the current situation of the reuse of the exterior windows of the modern complex and making a survey of several representative windows, this paper analyzes and finds that the reuse of buildings in this area is quite different, but the overall situation is relatively good. The purpose of this investigation is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of reuse, in order to find a way that can realize the balance between the man and buildings.

The article is devoted to the problem of the banks’ participation in improving the efficiency of the organization of cash circulation, which does not lose its relevance in the modern economy. In the current situation, despite the growth in the volume and share of non-cash payments, the demand for cash is characterized by stability. The article focuses on the features, advantages and disadvantages of the reducing cash circulation process. It is noted that the primary impact on cash circulation is made by settlements made by individuals. In this regard, the study focuses on the fundamental changes in this direction that are taking place in the banking sector. This is, first of all, the reduction of cash withdrawals from plastic cards and the growth of non-cash payments with their use, the lack of growth of the card market; increase in electronic terminals and reduce the number of ATMs installed. At the same time, it is emphasized that one of the main areas that determine both the liquidity and profitability of the bank is the regulation of cash balances. With the number of banks operating in the economy shrinking, the struggle for customers is becoming more acute. The satisfaction of the latter with the quality of the bank’s services, including in terms of settlement liquidity, should be considered as one of the primary factors that ensure the effectiveness of a significant number of banking operations. In this context, special attention is paid to the specifics of the bank’s actions to optimize cash flows, which requires the use of specialized automatic systems that allow processing data on cash balances and turnover to form forecasts that optimize the collection schedule and reduce ATM downtime due to lack of funds

The article examines the measures to support small and medium-sized businesses implemented by the government of the Republic of Tuva during the period of combating the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The author highlights the main directions of state support in the form of tax preferences and exemptions from paying rent payments, describes their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the opinions of experts, the author assesses the possible consequences of the current situation for the economy of the republic. The conclusion about the need to support small and medium-sized businesses as an important economic entity is made.

Today, small and medium sized companies are briefly called SMEs, are becoming more important in order to sustain of both national and local economies under the intensive competition and in the existing global markets. SME’s are making important contributions countries’ economic growths by making innovations, giving responses for the economic crises, positive effects on the growing of employment and having flexibility on their productions. In this study, the current situation of SMEs in the globalized economic order, the advantages and disadvantages, economic problems, the importance of SMEs in Turkey’s economy and also incentives provided for SMEs is emphasized. In the second part, with the globalization changing employment structure of SMEs and their conditions in the fight against unemployment is emphasized in Turkey. In the final part, an investigation is done and it is aimed to research employment structures, strategies for the future and approaches for the big companies of SMEs that are doing business in Yalova city. For this, survey method is used and survey results were analyzed for 158 SMEs in Yalova.

The article focuses on expanding the use of barcodes in selected logistics activities in a company. Our study discusses the application of barcode technology to selected logistics activities in the company in order to address the error rate in these activities and to control ownership of this technology in other logistics activities within the company during the COVID-19. The priority of the testing phase was to point out the elimination of errors in the original versus the newly proposed solution for the company on 10 products. In the test phase, the 10 products with the highest turnover in the company were used to point out the elimination of errors in various logistics activities, especially the time saved compared to the work of human personnel in the company. The company has this technology at its disposal, in the parent company as well as in the subsidiary. It was only a matter of expanding the use and applicability of this technology as well as other possibilities for research hypotheses, which we outlined at the end of the article. In this article, we focus on RFID and barcode technologies, since the company initially considered using RFID technology, however, chose the use of barcodes because it was an already known work technology. The current situation affected with COVID-19 disease requires many advantages and disadvantages of both technologies.

Aimed at the problems founded out, the carbonization furnace structure is improved. The article deals with the issue of Smart City concept in the capitals of the V4 countries. We have defined technical terms that are related to the issue. In the analysis of the current situation, we focused on individual areas in which the Smart City concept services are provided. Based on the analysis of the current state, we have concluded. The most frequently used applications in V4 capitals are those belonging to the three areas studied. These areas include transport, ecology and re-al-time services. We compared the individual applications provided to citizens in the capitals of the V4 countries. These applications are included in the three mentioned areas of the Smart City concept. Based on a detailed analysis, we defined the advantages and disadvantages of the three most used areas of the Smart City concept.

This article discusses cast titanium alloys used in the construction of aircraft products and engines. Descriptions of the casting properties of titanium alloys are presented. The requirements for castings made of titanium alloys specified in the industry regulatory and technical documentation are set out. The main characteristics of their properties, advantages and disadvantages are considered. Some methods of increasing the parameters of mechanical properties are described. Conclusions are drawn about the current situation in the field of aviation foundry titanium alloys and products made from them.
