FISCAL MEASURES TO COUNTERACT OF MODERN NEGATIVE ECONOMIC PROCESSES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TUVA

The article examines the measures to support small and medium-sized businesses implemented by the government of the Republic of Tuva during the period of combating the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The author highlights the main directions of state support in the form of tax preferences and exemptions from paying rent payments, describes their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the opinions of experts, the author assesses the possible consequences of the current situation for the economy of the republic. The conclusion about the need to support small and medium-sized businesses as an important economic entity is made.

The article is devoted to the study of methods of combating coronavirus infection in the Republic of Armenia in the context of international cooperation. Attention is focused on the interaction of country with international organizations to overcome the pandemic in the country. This paper presents the author's table based on the analysis of the mass media in order to summarize the full range of cooperation between the Government of Armenia and external actors during the COVID-19. The article emphasizes the importance of creating an anti-crisis committee to combat coronavirus, as well as the need to increase funding for the health system.

The innovation in the energy sector involves the use of renewable resources and the transition to eco-energy, which requires a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages for the economically sound choice when deciding on the energy strategy for each region. The use of alternative energy sources in Russia and the world is analyzed, which brings us to a conclusion that Russia is currently in an intermediate position in this area. Measures are proposed in orderd to strengthen the government support for Eco energy. It is held that the development of solar energy will play the largest role in the innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan. The article is devoted to the problems of solar energy in Russia and Tatarstan respectively, as well as to the prospects for its development based on the proposed legislative, investment, financial and organizational solutions. The article provides a methodology for the comprehensive and effective adaptation of foreign experience in the field of alternative energy and a roadmap for the implementation.

A good business environment means a catalyst for small and medium enterprises, a good business environment facilitates development and sustainability of small and medium enterprises. The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) is very important to the economic development of a country, and intentionally, MSMEs are considered to be amongst the most efficient instruments for economies in transition, because of their production of sustainable economic growth, employment and poverty reduction.Small and medium enterprises are a generator of new products and technologies; they are are a source of new ideas and advanced strategies of management. Development and sustainability of small and medium enterprises depends on the business environment, which implies a series of social, legal, economic, political or institutional conditions, which are uncontrollable in nature, and affect the organizations’ functions.This study addresses the baseline documents which were taken into consideration by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in developing economic policies, thereby analysing their advantages and disadvantages. By analysing reports, statistics on MSMEs and other documents, and further complementing the study by a research section (business survey), this paper aims at identifying the key problems faced by the MSMEs in Kosovo, and provide adequate recommendations which may be of service in resolving such problems, but also resulting into a better business environment, and economic development in general.

Abstract Objective: to analyze the early transmission dynamics, the government measures, and current situation of diagnosis and treatment for novel coronavirus infection pneumonia in Zhejiang province, china.Methods: We collected the daily number of newly confirmed novel coronavirus infection pneumonia (NCP) patients and the number of discharge patients by February 8 in Zhejiang province. We analyzed the characteristics, exposure history, and the clinical symptoms of NCP patients.Results: there were 1075 confirmed NCP patients and 173 discharge patients in Zhejiang province by February 8. The daily number of newly confirmed NCP patients got decreased since January 29 (27 patients on February 8), while the daily number of newly discharge NCP patients was increasing (46 patients on February 8). Before February 1, the imported NCP patients contained the most significant part of total NCP patients. And the local infection of NCP patients occupied the main reason. 77 patients needed to stay in ICU. 26 of 77 patients had greater life danger. Fortunately, no patient was dead, and no health care worker got the infection. At the same time, the government of Zhejiang province strictly restricted the movement of people to prevent the NCP from further spread.Conclusion: The early spread of NCP in Zhejiang province was speedy. After the government of Zhejiang province took strict measures to restrict the movement of people, the difficult situation of NCP got noticeable relief in Zhejiang province since February 1.

The article assigns an objective to identify the particular aspects of the actions taken by the government of the Republic of Tatarstan to solve the problems of the socio-economic creses of the 2000s. A special attention is given to the analysis of the current situation in the region in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and some acute phenomena in the republic's economy in the second quarter of 2020. At the time under discussion, society showed demand in quick and timely socio-economic support from the state. A package of federal measures is being adopted to render assistance to various market participants. The Center provided opportunities for the regions to make decisions based on the local situation, which allowed them to take independent steps in this direction. Such mechanism was not applied during the crises of 2008 and 2015, while the measures of that time were not as transparent as today. To compare the strategies of the Tatarstan Government aimed at stabilizing the socio-economic situation in the republic in the context of the three crises, the article refers to documents for the period of 2009–2020, which are publicly available on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic, and the data of the socio-economic situation in Tatarstan from the Federal State Statistics Service for 2019–2020.

The development of science and technology can reduce the interest and learning of the Koran. An increasingly modern era gave birth to various gadgets in which there are exciting applications and games. Responding to the problem, the government of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia then made an application for the Ministry of Religion's Qur'an, that the Qur'an can now be studied not only through printing media but turned to applications that are more practical and easier for the community. On the other hand, the study of al-Qur'an in the gadget then leaves many problems dilemma around the sacredness of the Qur'an. with a descriptive analytical-writing method, it examines and explores the application of the Ministry of Religion's Qur'an from its development background, features, patterns of presentation of the Qur'an to its advantages and disadvantages. Abstract. Objective. Identification, assessment and solution of the main problems of livestock processing enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Methods. In the course of the study, analytical and economic-statistical methods, general scientific methods of systemic, comparative and structural-logical analysis were applied. Results. The article presents the results of the assessment of the current situation processing of livestock products in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the dynamics of dairy production for 2015–2019, which have a significant effect on the production direction of the industry, the regional location of the dairy enterprises, security at the expense of domestic production, exports and imports of milk and dairy products. The main problems of the milk processing industry are identified. Measures of state support for the processing of agricultural products are disclosed in order to ensure maximum utilization of processing enterprises, increase the share of processing of agricultural raw materials and increase the competitiveness of domestic products in the domestic and foreign markets. The current situation of meat processing enterprises in terms of their number and workload in the context of regions and in the republic as a whole is studied. The article presents the dynamics of the production of sausage products, canned meat and meat-growing products, security due to domestic production, as well as the export and import of meat products. The main problems and a number of measures of state support for the meat industry implemented by the state are indicated. Trends in the development of agricultural processing enterprises within the framework of the main state programs for the development of the meat industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented. The scientific novelty lies in the study of the problems of processing livestock products in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the definition of the main directions of state support for processing enterprises in the livestock industry.

Abstract The article analyzes the current situation in the agricultural complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the necessity of combining small farms in the cooperative structure, evaluation of existing forms of cooperatives in agriculture are substantiated (production cooperatives, rural consumer cooperatives, rural consumer cooperatives of water users), a map of their location in the context of regions of the country is shown, problems hindering their development are revealed, particularly the formation and development trends of each of them, the economic indicators of production of products are given, together with their organizational structure, etc. On the basis of the conducted analysis of the production conditions, rural consumers and rural consumer cooperatives of water users, problems hindering their development are revealed, the positive and negative trends in the development of various forms of agricultural cooperation are assessed, and proposals has been substantiated in order to improve the regulatory framework, mechanisms of state support, credit and financial mechanisms, etc.
