The article is a development of a variation of the methodology for developing a strategy for the development of an enterprise in the field of agribusiness. The strategic development line for an agribusiness enterprise is based on a detailed analysis of the external environment and a comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of the potential of the internal environment, but the emphasis in the development strategy, unified for all agribusiness enterprises in Russia, should be uniform, as the results of this work show. Many agribusiness enterprises are not able to use a development strategy, due to the fact that they have a weak internal potential that does not allow them to realize the opportunities provided to them by a favorable external environment. An agribusiness that is in a different position, in order to use all the benefits available to enterprises that use the traditional approach in forming a development strategy, must first use a comprehensive analysis. Agromarketing is singled out as the main direction aimed at strengthening and developing the internal environment of the agribusiness organization. Agromarketing, based on the principles of customer orientation, realizing all the needs and requirements of a potential consumer of agricultural products.

The material of the article is devoted to the study of the potential opportunities for a company to enter the regional telecommunications market. The authors believe that the development strategy should be based on the formation of competitive advantages. T2 Mobile was an example of the implementation of the development strategy. After the transaction of consolidation of Rostelecom and T2 Mobile, it is planned to enter the markets of Sevastopol and Crimea. To assess the factors of the external and internal environment of the Tele2 organization in the developing market, PESTEL analysis and SWOT analysis were used.

The article describes strategy of development of agriculture. Strategic development is aimed at considering alternative development strategies. In the concept of formation of the strategy of development of agriculture the set of reference points aimed at statement of the purposes and tasks which decision will make possible to form stable at progressing its development is offered. A system of indicators for forecasting the development strategy of agricultural enterprises is developed.

The strategic development of retail is taking place in a fiercely competitive environment. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic and the weakening of the ruble, the development of the strategy has become particularly important for retailers. The apparel market has a number of specific features that significantly affect the formation of the development strategy. One of the most important directions in achieving competitive stability is to optimize logistics costs through the development of the distribution network. The article presents the results of a study of the competitive position of the apparel brand "MOHITO". The study proved the logistics strategy of the retailer in Siberia and the Far East as well-founded. This strategy is based on the organization of a distribution centre in Irkutsk which leads to reorganization of the supply chain of the LPP holding including the retailer "MOHITO". We also provided supporting rationale of the capacity of the potential market of the retailer in Siberia and the Far East in the case of the opening of a reference distribution centre in Irkutsk.

The article defines the characteristics of material and technical resources of agricultural enterprises, examines their relationships and structure. The essence of material and technical resources management is analyzed, the main directions of their effective use are determined. It is determined that the calculation of the need for material resources in enterprises should be based on detailed production plans and individual norms of consumption of material and technical resources for goods or work. The indicators of the strategic plan are used to develop plans for financing, lending and use of working capital of the enterprise, without a logistics plan, the development strategy of the enterprise can not be developed. Taking into account a certain rhythm of deliveries, the methods of planning, standardization of raw material stocks, inventory accounting, control over the implementation of the allocated material values are improved, forecasting methods are used. Production enterprises need working capital, which work in the form of inventories, work in progress, finished products. Forming the minimum normative level of production stocks, it is necessary to take into account the organizational and technical and economic conditions of material and technical support of production. For the normal operation of the enterprise it is very important to organize the operational regulation of stocks. For this purpose, control over the condition of warranty stocks in warehouses is established. An important aspect of effective management of material and technical resources of agricultural enterprises is working with suppliers to control supply and ensure the range of materials and components. An important factor in improving the management of material and technical resources is the organization of operational regulation of stocks. Warehouses not only perform the function of storage and preparation of materials for their release into production, but also help to quickly regulate the consumption of material and technical resources.

This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). Subject. This article focuses on the development strategy of the agro-industrial complex and innovative development of agricultural organizations in the Republic of Mordovia. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia. Methods. For the study, reviewing fundamental and applied research works of domestic scientists, I used general scientific and special methods. Results. Having analyzed the main trends of technological development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia, the article identifies the priorities of innovative development of agricultural organizations and presents methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for innovative development of agro-industrial complex industries. Conclusions. The identified positive developments in technological development are not sufficient for the comprehensive innovation of the agricultural organizations of the Republic of Mordovia.

Tourism development can be seen from two strategic development approaches, one of them is the aspect of market driven. This research is aimed 1) To identify the factors that influence the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited the Kuta Beach Lombok; 2) To analyze the relationship between tourists’ importance level and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok; 3) To determine the development priority based on tourists’ satisfaction on the performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok. This research is based on quantitative method that are factor analysis and Important Performance Analysis. Sample determination in this research used purposive sampling. The number of sampel for factor analysis is 165 and 30 samples for Important Performance analysis of foreign tourists’ who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok. Data in this research were gathered by questionnaire. Factor analysis showed eight factors that affected the tourists’ satisfaction who have visited Kuta Beach Lombok that are accomodation, hospitality, transportation, public facilities, infrastructure, tourism facility, safety and price. Importance Performance analysis showed the suitability level of importance and performance of tourism destination elements of Kuta Beach Lombok have satisfied the foreign tourists. The development strategy is increasing the bad performance of tourism destination elements in quandran I and maintaining the good performance of tourism destination elements in quandran II based on the result of caretesian quandrant. The article substantiates the need to form a business strategy of agribusiness entities, consid-ers the basics of practical implementation of the strategic management system, develops an algorithm for developing and implementing the development strategy of an agribusiness enterprise, including an analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT-analysis of the activities of an agribusiness enterprise, mis-sion, purpose of development, study of the main areas of choice of development strategy, study of enterprise strategies and their choice, justification the need for implementation and the essence of organizational changes, as well as the practical implementation of the strategy. The state of the external environment of agricultural enterprises specializing in grain production has been analyzed, a SWOT-analysis of the activities of enterprises with grain specialization of the Territory has been presented, and the differentiation strategy has been substantiated. The presented results can serve as a basis for the development and implementation of strategies for the development of agricultural enterprises.
