Education is the leading springboard for the formation of an environmentally cultured and educated person who can live and work in today’s rapidly changing society. The environmental crisis and the focus on sustainable development determine the relevance of socio-ecological education in the interests of the Concept of Sustainable Development (1994). The process of professional training of the future professor is based on the Federal State Educational Standard of Pedagogical Education and the professional standard, which defines the universal, general professional, and professional competencies and labor actions of the professor. The lack of special competencies indicates the formation of knowledge, abilities, skills, and experience in the field of socio-ecological education within the framework of general professional and professional competencies. The result of the future professor’s readiness for continuous socio-ecological education of students is determined by the socio-ecological knowledge. The development of socio-ecological knowledge in the conditions of professional training at the university requires the creation of a specific pedagogical system, including forms, methods, technologies, and pedagogical conditions for its development. These conditions include the creation of a socio-eco-oriented educational environment, the integration of formal, non-formal, and informal education, the use of modern digital, information and communication, and educational technologies. The selected components of socio-ecological knowledge: motivational-value, cognitive, activity, and reflexive formed the basis of the experimental study.

Introduction. The concept of sustainable development defines the socio-ecological direction as the leading one in the system of interaction between society and nature, which emphasizes the importance of continuous socio-ecological education of the individual. Continuous socio-ecological education in the interests of sustainable development provides not only the solution of socio-ecological problems, the co-evolution of society and nature, but also the upbringing of an ecologically cultural and educated person, where the leading role is assigned to the teacher. Modern higher pedagogical education is a mechanism for the development of the socio-ecological education of a future teacher, which determines the readiness of the last to implement continuous socio-ecological education of students. Materials and methods. The experimental study involved 285 students enrolled in the educational program "Pedagogical education". The study was based on the Tobolsk D.I. Mendeleev Pedagogical Institute (branch of Tyumen State University), BI HE KhMAO-Ugra "Surgut State Pedagogical University". The study was based on theoretical, empirical, survey-diagnostic and mathematical methods (Fisher φ-criterion). Research results. A theoretical systematic analysis of the literature made it possible to reveal the content of the concepts of “socio-ecological education for sustainable development”, “socio-ecological education of a teacher”, to develop and present the structure and process of development of socio-ecological education of a teacher, which fills and enriches the theory of pedagogical science with new knowledge. The statistical analysis of the results obtained showed the reliability of differences in the level of development of the socio-ecological education of the future teacher in motivational-value (φemp = 5.78; p≤0.01), cognitive (φemp = 6.80; p≤0.01), activity (φemp = 4.89; p≤0.01) and reflexive-regulatory components (φemp = 7.28; p≤0.01), which indicates the positive dynamics of the level of development of socio-ecological education of the future teacher. Conclusions. The conducted experimental work showed the effectiveness of the implemented organizational and pedagogical conditions in the process of professional training of a future teacher for continuous socio-ecological education in the interests of sustainable development of society and the positive dynamics of the development of socio-ecological education of a future teacher, the reliability of which was statistically confirmed using the Fisher t-criterion.

The transformations taking place in modern society necessitate the professional training of a mobile, creative educator who is able to creatively approach the development, implementation and development of innovative technologies in the pedagogical process. The Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education and the Occupational Standard of an Educator make demands on the personality of a modern educator who has creative abilities and the ability to solve pedagogical problems in practice outside the box. Among the competencies of the 21st century personality, its creativity, which actualizes the process of developing the creative orientation of the future educator, is designated. One of the means of developing the creative orientation of the future educator personality is social and pedagogical practices that ensure the formation of professional skills and the development of creative thinking and cognitive creative activity of future educators. The forms of social and pedagogical practices were volunteer and pedagogical teams, in which socially significant and project activities, developing a creative orientation, creative thinking, and introspection of creative activity, have been identified. The components of the development of the personality creative orientation have been designated: motivational, intellectual-cognitive, reflexive, which formed the basis of the experimental research. The purpose of the research: to theoretically substantiate and to experimentally test the influence of social and pedagogical practices on the creative orientation development of the future educator personality. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of literature, regulatory documents); empirical (study of experience, pedagogical experiment); survey and diagnostic (map of the pedagogical assessment of the educator's abilities to innovative activity (V.A. Slastenin, L.S. Podymova), diagnostics of creative thinking in solving educational problems (I.A. Verchenko, K.Yu. Galushchak, E. Oleinik), the Assessment and Self-Assessment of Professionally Important Qualities technique (N.K. Sergeeva, V.V. Arnautova)); mathematical (methods of statistical processing of research results (F-test (Fisher's criterion))). Research results: the theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of the individual creative orientation have been highlighted; the components of the creative orientation of the future educator personality are developed, positive dynamics has been revealed, and the effectiveness of the use of social and pedagogical practices in the creative orientation development of the future educator, taking into account the methods of mathematical statistics, has been proved. The formation of scientific outlook in the process of the professional training aimed at the future masters of History by means of cross-curricular communications seem to be of great importance. The basis of professional training of masters of History is provided by general scientific, philosophical, general cultural, methodical and special knowledge. The Master's degree in History provides an understanding of the content of the Humanities, the knowledge of Ukraine’s history, the knowledge of the major trends in the evolution of European history and culture. Undergraduate students must have a comprehensive approach to scientific analysis, they are to be able to evaluate the events and activities of historical figures from the standpoint of universal values, to critically evaluate historical facts based on alternative views of the problem, to find out the cause and effect of the relationships in historical events of the past, to analyse and to generalize historical material in a certain system and to form on this ground a personal outlook, to know the achievements of the Humanities and social sciences. Institutions of higher education should combine in the educational space the education, training and development of the personality of each student, while creating the conditions for the formation of the scientific outlook of the Master of History, which must correspond to the modern, complex realities of social development. The formation of a scientific outlook requires focused and continuous work throughout the magistracy. In the mind of the student, the formation of the scientific worldview occurs in the form of a synthesis of interdisciplinary knowledge, that is, the formation of a holistic system of knowledge that is learned in classes in different disciplines of masterʼs training. The importance of forming the scientific outlook of future specialists has been proved in the scientific literature in view of the importance of the development of modern society, but the structural components of the scientific outlook of the personality of the specialist, pedagogical technologies (pedagogical conditions) of the process of its formation have not been sufficiently developed. In order to pass certain stages of the effective procedure, we propose the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to a better formation of the scientific outlook of masters of History. Therefore, the main pedagogical conditions of this process, in our opinion, are as follows: 1) to obtain meaningful theoretical knowledge in all subjects of the master's training unit; 2) to form personal relations to the historical fact and the historical figure; 3) to motivate masters to active independent work (interest in educational material, actualization of a cognitive activity, possibility of using the students’ creative potential, to encourage them to self-education and self-development). Keywords: worldview, scientific worldview of master of History, components, cross-subject ties, master’s degree course, pedagogical conditions.

Relevance. The current changes in the field of education require the systematic updating of educational and professional training programs intended for future managers, the developing of new competences and the using of innovative training technologies, which confirms the significance and necessity of the dominance of practice-oriented training in the training of modern education managers who must be competitive on the labour market . The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the practice-oriented training as a means of professionalisation and to justify the specifics of its implementation into the system of professional training aimed at future education managers. Research Methodology. These theoretical methods were used in the study: analysis, generalisation and systematisation of scientific literature in order to clarify the concepts “professionalisation”, “professionalism” as well as the features of the practice-oriented training; to identify the specificity of the training aimed at the future education managers at an institution of higher education. In addition, questionnaires were used as a method of empirical research to identify the difficulties experienced by the future education managers in the period of their professional training within Master programmes. It has been proved that the professionalisation of the future education managers is a process of professionalism development. The authors have generalised the twelve-year experience of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University in training future education managers to use a practice-oriented approach; to consider the challenges of today and the modern requirements set as a result of the reforms and innovations; to improve the content and to choose training tactics, taking into consideration corresponding teaching / learning forms, methods and tools which provide for the ability to autonomously make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, identifying risks, the impact of internal and external factors on the development of a higher education institution in the period of changes. The necessity to use the information-factual base of reasonably expected situations in the process of the future education managers’ independent educational activity has been substantiated since it promotes the development of higher education seekers’ individual abilities, the creation of conditions for their active, fruitful educational and cognitive activities and provides for creative use of organisational forms and methods.

The paper outlines the importance of ethnopedagogical approach in the practice of training musical art teachers in a higher art institution, highlights the need for deep modernization of Ukrainian ethnopedagogy achievements in modern conditions. The article defines the purpose and significance of this phenomenon, introduction of which into the educational process of the HEI can ensure successful artistic development of future teachersmusicians and their readiness for further music-pedagogical activities with elements of ethnopedagogical direction in conditions of the educational process of the secondary schools. Implementation of the ethnopedagogical approach in the process of professional training of musical art teachers will ensure successful realization of the Ukrainian national idea, will contribute to the formation of students’ national consciousness, will help them to learn universal values. Through the feeling of the richness of the sound palette of his people’s art, the personal traits of the future teacher-musician (sensitivity and intelligence, emotionality) will be nurtured, which in turn will improve his professional level. This will intensify cognitive activity of the future teachers-musicians, develop their musical and aesthetic representations, increase the overall level of musical and aesthetic culture, guide their moral beliefs accordingly. Introduction of the ethnopedagogical approach in the process of professional training of students of music-pedagogical specialties is closely related to the further development of the system of music and aesthetic education of our students, where the teacher is a kind of a mediator for the child to learn about the world. Therefore, to ensure the effective work of graduates of higher art institutions, the issue of using material from the national musical and musical-pedagogical heritage is relevant not only in the process of ethnopedagogical training in universities, but also directly in the educational process in secondary schools.
