The article contains the author’s approach to the formation of indicators of sustainability of management of organizations. The developed approach holds the emphasis placed on its traditional understanding, transformed into the modern entrepreneurial era, based on the environment of the functioning of business processes of organizations’ activities, composed of controlled (endogenous) and uncontrolled (exogenous) factors that form their management costs and determine total costs and efficiency, on which the financial benefit in the future period depends. The study considers selected resultant and factorial indicators of the sustainability of management of organizations: management efficiency and cost, changes in the dynamics of results and costs under the action of the specified qualitative and quantitative parameters of management activities. The basis for constructing dependencies between resulting and factorial indicators of the stability of management of organizations is the unity of differentiated by types of additive, multiplicative and multiple interactions, included in the selected combination of intermediate (factor) valueswith final (resulting) values. The integrity of all dependencies, forming a common system of the considered indicators will provide organizations with an accurate assessment of the analyzed final values and a gradation pursuant to the degree of value significancein the intermediate group and objective measures to optimize their management stability. The material may be beneficial for entrepreneurs operating under the current economic mechanism, regardless of spheres and industries, education and science specialists, students in management areas.

Introduction and Objective of the Research. According to the modern economic theory, compliance in the global business and its support occupy a certain, moreover, indefinite place among the heaviest burdens for global business entities. The objective of the article is to cover the issue of smart contractual relationships (SCR) as a way to increase the business activity of global business entities by minimizing compliance risks (CR).Hypothesis of Research Studies. With current technology solutions available today, it is expected that SCR will allow minimizing the burden of global business entities by widespread CR. The most important role among such solutions is played by the latest distributed ledger technologies (DLT). In the medium term, these technologies will reach such a level of development, at which the transition of contractual relationships from ordinary to intelligent ones will not only lead to the decrease in business activity in world markets, but will also contribute to its substantial increase.Objective. To prove that CR substantially overburden global business processes; to substantiate the urgency of the issue of the transition of the global business to SCR, as a way to a possible lack of CR in the global business environment.Research Methods:- theoretical substantiation for proving the significance of CR as factors of the global business environment and the necessity of using DLT in SCR;- statistical analysis for conducting a normative monetary valuation of CR and representing the degree of awareness by global business entities (GBE) of the competitive advantages of SCR over ordinary ones. Results: the significance of compliance risks in the global business is defined; the importance of smart contractual relationships in the way of eliminating compliance risks essential for entrepreneurship is theoretically grounded. The existence of advantages of the activities of global business entities within one or more sectors according to the cluster principle has been proved:- the cluster economy is a set of solely smart contractual relationships with the use of blockchain technologies;- using these technologies, entrepreneurship in the cluster is accompanied by minimal compliance risks.Conclusions. The article outlines the economic essence of SCR using DLT. Accordingly, theoretically, DLT will promote the spread of SCR to the entire global business environment, since business processes that are not accompanied by CR are possible then. Further research will cover the essence of DLT, due to which all the main advantages, as well as all existing deficiencies of the technology and defects for their active introduction in SCR in the world.

Multiple interactions (e.g., mutualist-resource-competitor-exploiter interactions) type models are known to exhibit oscillatory behaviour as a result of their complexity. This large-amplitude oscillation often de-stabilises multispecies communities and increases the chances of species extinction. What mechanisms help species in a complex ecological system to persist? Some studies show that dispersal can stabilise an ecological community and permit multi-species coexistence. However, previous empirical and theoretical studies often focused on one- or two-species systems, and in real life, we have more than two-species coexisting together in nature. Here, we employ a (four-species) multiple interactions type model to investigate how competition interacts with other biotic factors and dispersal to shape multi-species communities. Our results reveal that dispersal has (de-)stabilising effects on the formation of multi-species communities, and this phenomenon shapes coexistence mechanisms of interacting species. These contrasting effects of dispersal can best be illustrated through its combined influences with the competition. To do this, we employ numerical simulation and bifurcation analysis techniques to track the stable and unstable attractors of the system. Results show the presence of Hopf bifurcations, transcritical bifurcations, period-doubling bifurcations and limit point bifurcations of cycles as we vary the competitive strength in the system. Furthermore, our bifurcation analysis findings show that stable coexistence of multiple species is possible for some threshold values of ecologically-relevant parameters in this complex system. Overall, we discover that the stability and coexistence mechanisms of multiple species depend greatly on the interplay between competition, other biotic components and dispersal in multi-species ecological systems.

For exploitation and extraction of an event’s data that has vital information which is related to the process from the event log, process mining is used. There are three main basic types of process mining as explained in relation to input and output. These are process discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement. Process discovery is one of the most challenging process mining activities based on the event log. Business processes or system performance plays a vital role in modelling, analysis, and prediction. Recently, a memoryless model such as exponential distribution of the stochastic Petri net SPN has gained much attention in research and industry. This paper uses time perspective for modelling and analysis and uses stochastic Petri net to check the performance, evolution, stability, and reliability of the model. To assess the effect of time delay in firing the transition, stochastic reward net SRN model is used. The model can also be used in checking the reliability of the model, whereas the generalized stochastic Petri net GSPN is used for evaluation and checking the performance of the model. SPN is used to analyze the probability of state transition and the stability from one state to another. However, in process mining, logs are used by linking log sequence with the state and, by this, modelling can be done, and its relation with stability of the model can be established.

The purpose of any modern economic politics is to ensure the stability and economic growth. In order to achieve this goal, each economic agent models (builds) an individual economic strategy. The building of the actual economic model is influenced by many factors – political, geographical, national, and cultural. Today, by the notion of crisis, we understand an aggravation of the discrepancies of the social-economic system that threaten its stability. Specialist that deal with problems of crisis management claim that measures must be taken when the financial results of the enterprise become unsatisfactory, when symptoms of an unfavorable situation of the activity of enterprise appear. This chapter presents the economic-organizational analysis of the strategies applied in the anti-crisis management.

A literature review in the article presents an analysis of the influence of endogenous and exogenous factors on quality of preanalytical phase of laboratory testing. The review shows significance of external and internal factors influencing blood samples at preanalytical phase of laboratory testing. Among the exogenous factors considered: phlebotomy, test tubes for samples, transportation and storage. A number of factors exist at this phase that significantly affect test results. We examined these aspects of phlebotomy process: staff training, disinfectant contamination, needle diameter, needle material contamination. The review considers possible contamination with tube components and the importance of choosing the right anticoagulants and excipients. Transportation and storage of biological samples can be a source of errors at the preanalytical phase of laboratory testing. We analyzed the problem of determining the stability of analytes during storage and aspects of transportation samples by modern means. Among the endogenous factors considered: hemolysis, lipemia, icterricity, cell metabolism.. Hemolysis is one of the most frequent consequences of errors at the preanalytical phase. We analyzed importance of choosing a method for identifying hemolized tubes and the heterogeneity of bias results on different analytical systems. The review shows contribution of various classes of lipoproteins to turbidity of sample, possible preanalytical errors and impact on analytical tests. We examined possible effects of high bilirubin concentrations on analyte measurements. In the review, we also examined metabolism of some cells and its effect on samples.
