A method for determining the optimal action zones of the centralized sources of thermal energy is developed using the calculation of the effective heat supply radius of consumers. The methodology allows to take into account the features of heat supply systems’ functioning, their technical and economic indicators, the uneven distribution of heat loads throughout the city, and limitations on the reliability of the system. Practical implementation of the proposed methodology on the scheme of operating a heat supply system is presented, the results of calculating the effective heat supply radius with their subsequent correction for reliability requirements are obtained. The application of this technique in the development of heat supply schemes for cities will allow to determine the boundaries of effective heat supply radii in all directions of the mains of heat networks, taking into account the optimal flow distribution of the coolant in them and the sections’ technical characteristics.

The article is devoted to the formation of structural graph technology for heating systems in solving problems of analysis. Variants subscriber subsystem hardware design of heating systems and the corresponding fragments of the structural graph to solve the problems of the analysis of flow distribution in the unperturbed and perturbed states, respectively. Analysis of flow distribution is required for the practical implementation of tasks in order to ensure the safety of the systems under consideration.

The district heating system of Karaganda (Kazakhstan) is considered in the article. The characteristics of the existing cogenerators and the state of the pipeline networks are given. Given the analysis of the existing state of the entire district heating of Karaganda. Proposed the program for the integrated development of the heat supply system bringing world experience in implementing the main development and modernization of heating networks. Shown the experience of reconstruction of heat supply facilities in the city of Karaganda within the framework of the state loan program “Nurly Zhol”. Based on the statistical data on the development of the city of Karaganda and its heat supply system the predicted heat loads are given until 2030. Due to the shortage of available heat capacity, options for the development of a centralized heat supply system in Karaganda are given and analyzed.

The article is devoted to the calculation of nodal prices for heat energy in heat supply systems. The problem, mathematical model and method of calculating nodal prices of heat energy for all consumers of the heat supply system considered, taking into account the different cost of heat production by sources, optimal flow distribution, and placement of consumers in the heat network (distance from the source). As the main computational tool for calculating nodal prices for heat energy, the Lagrange multiplier method used in the problem of modes optimizing in heat supply system, which allows explaining in detail the formation of the price for heat energy in each node. With the help of the proposed methodological support, practical research has been carried out for real heat supply system.

The article deals with the problem of optimizing the hydraulic modes of radial heat supply systems with a single heat source and pumping stations. The features of the problem under consideration are the presence of several target functions and a fixed flow distribution. The topology of the networks under consideration allows using the equivalent branching methods of branches connected in parallel and in series to reduce the design schemes to single equivalent branches. To solve this problem, the original method proposed by the authors earlier is adapted. The proposed method was tested on an aggregated scheme of a real heat supply system. Computational experiments have shown the performance and computational efficiency compared with the methods proposed earlier.

The article presents special characteristics of mathematical modeling of the process control a resource efficient heat supply system of industrial buildings and facilities, where constant temperature maintenance is especially critical for the process. A functional diagram of the operation of the continuous heat supply process is provided. The dependence of temperature at the point of heat-transfer fluid mixing on environmental is analyzed and control system operation algorithm is proposed.

Introduction. One of the main directions of ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy and its regions is the reform of the energy sector, which can take place through the modernization or innovation of its components. An important component of these reforms is to provide the population with the environmentally friendly and socially safe thermal energy. At the present stage of management, the heat supply is the most costly branch of public utilities, which is supplemented by the problems of the inefficient fuel balance structure; worn-out infrastructure and low energy efficiency. This highlights the need to study the management of modernization of the heat supply system in the region in view of the declared vectors of the long-term development. Object of research is the process of managing the modernization of the heat supply system in the region. Subject of the research is a set of scientific approaches and practical mechanisms of modernization of the heat supply system of the region in the context of ensuring its sustainable development. Objective. The conceptual foundations of modernization of the heat supply system of the region in the context of its sustainable development through the introduction of the innovative technologies both in the management process and in the energy sector itself is substantiated in the paper. Methods. The following general scientific methods were used during the research process: system, structural analysis, grouping, when studying the structural elements and isolation of problems of development of the heat supply system of the region; historical analysis, when considering the scientific principles and institutional mechanism of modernization of the region’s heat supply system; comparative analysis in assessing the possibilities of the green transition of the heat supply system of the region and also when considering the features of the use of grant resources in the modernization of the heat supply system of the region; economic analysis in assessing the current state of the district heating system, etc. results. The essential determinants of the heat supply system of the region are analyzed, the objective need, organizational and economic mechanisms for managing the modernization of the heat supply, taking into account the need for the balanced development of the energy sector of the region are verified. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the conceptual approaches to the management of modernization of the heat supply system of the region by innovating the forms and methods of managerial influence on the heat supply system of the region. The conclusion is made about the following effective approaches in managing the modernization of the district heating system: planning of the sustainable development of the energy sector, development of programs for modernization of the district heating, implementation of the infrastructure and soft projects, implementation of the international projects, motivation of households and entrepreneurship in the heat sector, participation in the grant requests, in state crediting programs, realization of the business projects in the field of production of environmentally friendly fuel; conducting an information campaign among the population and other key market players to raise the awareness of the energy efficiency financing mechanisms. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the developed recommendations will be used to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the district heating system modernization and ensure its sustainable development.

Источником информации о техническом состоянии трубопроводов тепловых сетей объектов магистральных нефтепроводов ПАО «Транснефть» являются результаты их обслуживания и ремонта, технического освидетельствования, гидравлических испытаний и т. д. На основании этих данных проводятся расчеты показателей надежности, по итогам анализа которых осуществляется планирование дальнейшего технического обслуживания и ремонта. Однако при оценке надежности систем теплоснабжения необходимо учитывать не только срок эксплуатации и величину амортизационного износа, но и реальное состояние в конкретных условиях функционирования. Учесть многообразие факторов, которые влияют на работоспособность трубопроводов системы теплоснабжения, и тем самым повысить точность расчетов при оценке их остаточного ресурса позволяет применение кластерного анализа в дополнение к используемой методике оценки надежности тепловых сетей. В рамках настоящей работы оценка надежности объектов АО «Связьтранснефть» с применением кластерного анализа проведена на примере равнозначных участков тепловых сетей двух узлов связи, расположенных в Краснодарском крае и Республике Саха (Якутия). Currently, information about technical condition of pipelines of heat supply systems at the facilities of the main oil pipelines of PJSC Transneft is formed based on the results of maintenance and repair, technical inspection, hydraulic tests, etc. Upon these data, calculations of reliability indicators of heat networks are carried out, based on the analysis of calculations further maintenance and repairs are planned. However, when assessing the reliability of heat supply systems, it is necessary to take into account not only the service life and the amount of depreciation wear of heat network elements, but also their real state in specific operating conditions. The use of cluster analysis in addition to the currently used method of heat network reliability assessment allows us to take into account the variety of factors that affect the operability of pipelines of the heat supply system, and thereby increase the accuracy of calculations when assessing their residual resource. Within the framework of this work, the reliability assessment of Svyaztransneft JSC facilities using cluster analysis was carried out on the example of equivalent sections of heat networks of two communication nodes located in the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The paper deals with the problem of comprehensive analysis of heat supply reliability for consumers. It implies a quantitative assessment of the impact of all stages of heat energy production and distribution on heat supply reliability for each consumer of the heat supply system. A short review of existing methods for the analysis of fuel and heat supply reliability is presented that substantiates the key approaches to solving the problem of comprehensive analysis of heat supply reliability. A methodological approach is suggested, in which mathematical models and methods for nodal evaluation of heat supply reliability for consumers are developed and the studies on the impact of different elements of fuel and heat supply systems on its level are described. Mathematical modeling is based on the Markov random processes, models of flow distribution in a heat network, deterministic dependences of thermal processes of heat energy consumption and some other models.

The effect is discussed between operating parameters of District Heat Supply System and injector geometry by calculation. It is illustrated that heat supply load affects injector geometry worst, and suction fluid temperature has great impact on injector’s area ratio, while pressure loss of system offers no effects on diffuser geometry of injector.
