The city is a typical natural and social dual water circulation area. The water use characteristics of the city have obvious dual attributes, and there are many factors (both on nature and social side) affecting the urban water consumption (UWC). This article aimed to research the structure and characteristics of the UWC. Taking the provincial capital cities of China as the research objects, 24 index factors and data of the year 2015 were selected to construct a multivariate regression model between urban UWC and index factors. The results showed that the combination of correlation analysis and full subset regression could effectively screen the prediction variables of UWC. Principal component analysis could effectively reduce variable dimensions of UWC while preserving raw dataset information as much as possible. The main factors affecting UWC on the social side include the built-up area, the urban population, road cleaning area, residential electricity consumption, and per capital water consumption, and the main factors of the natural side include per capital green land and precipitation.

Abstract Creativity is one of the core characteristics of talent; for this reason, the creativity development of applied undergraduates should be one of the basic components of their education. This article gives an overview of the meaning of the creativity of applied undergraduates and makes a literature knowledge-mining and expert investigation on the factors affecting the creativity development. We obtained more than 100 influencing factors, filtered out the duplicative factors, and formed the remaining factors into a questionnaire. A survey was conducted among 1460 teachers and students of some applied undergraduates in Heilongjiang Province. By using principal component analysis (PCA) to analyse the questionnaire, the key factors that affect the creativity development of applied undergraduates are obtained, and the key factors are systematically analysed. According to the results of the analysis, the specific ways and methods of the creativity development of applied undergraduates are put forward.

In the context of dramatically increase in electricity demand, Vietnam's potential for power supply remains limited. Research and promotion of electricity saving behavior of households become significant to reduce electricity consumption and protect ecological environment. This study incorporates elements of planned behavior theory (TPB) and norm activation model (NAM) as the basis for developing and extending key assumptions. In addition, expansion TPB is used to study influence factors affecting electricity saving behavior. Through a sample of 395 randomly selected residents in Tay Ninh Province and Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam, the proposals were checked using a structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that the factors in TPB and NAM (such as perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, attitude, personal moral norm) and additional factor (perceived benefit) are the important factors that influence resident's intention of saving electricity. Moreover, electricity saving behavior is strongly influenced by the intention of saving electricity, perceived benefit, policy and social propaganda. Based on these results, some inferences are drawn, and recommendations are made for policy makers and further research proposals are discussed.

The article analyzes the street-road network of the city of Tomsk, and identifies the main factors affecting the workload of the city’s roads at different times of the day. The characteristic of the main factors affecting the capacity of roads and the environment is given. The analysis of the city’s road network was carried out using general plans and monitoring studies of road congestion according to “Yandex. Traffic jams”. Based on the numerous results of soil-chemical and landscape-geochemical studies, the relationship between vehicle emissions and pollution of natural components has been identified. According to the results of the study, measures have been proposed that allow minimizing and reducing the negative effects on natural and socio-economic systems.

The study was conducted by interviewing 372 consumers living in the city to analyse the present situation of organic vegetables consumption in the investigated area, to analyse factors affecting the intention to consume organic vegetables and propose measures to develop organic vegetables market in Ho Chi Minh City. Data processing methods included Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, CFA, and SEM. Research results showed that there were four main factors influencing the intention to consume organic vegetables. The most important factor was subjective noms, followed by consumers' beliefs in organic vegetables, the attitude of consumers towards organic vegetables and consumer's perception of the price of organic vegetables.

The article considers the potential territorial mobility of youth, which refers to the willingness of young people to move outside their current residence. The sociological study was conducted in 2019, the object of which were students and working youth of Yekaterinburg. We interviewed 750 boys and girls by questioning method. In addition, 22 in-depth interviews were conducted, as well as an expert survey. The research materials indicate that the young generation is focused on moving to other settlements, among which the most attractive are the capital cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg) and Europe (Prague, Barcelona, Vienna). The main factors of the attractiveness of the territories are, first of all, new opportunities for self-realization, as well as the quality of the urban environment. The city should also have a special unique history and architecture. Among the factors of youth consolidation in a certain territory are the presence of social ties and relations, as well as a stable material status. The territorial identity deserves special attention, which becomes a condition for the youth to settle. The presence of events that perform the function of integrating urban residents into the urban community, as well as the development of park / walking areas in the territory contribute to the formation of identity.

The aim of the study is to determine the integrated marketing tactic and strategies based on the main factors affecting the preferences and purchase patterns related to Karnavas Mullberry Molasses with PDO of the consumers dwelling in Erzurum. The main material of the study was provided by the primary data obtained from a survey conducted on 401 households residing in Erzurum during 2015, and consuming Karnavas Mullberry Molasses. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Two-step Cluster Analysis were used to determine the main factors impacting on their purchase decisions, and then to segment homogenous clusters according to their purchase frequencies by taking into consideration the data, respectively. The results of the study indicated that the heavy and medium users who consume Karnavas Mullberry Molasses pointed out the necessity of the augmented and actual product image positioning at retail level under local individual brands considering the attributes of the holistic quality with PDO label and those of the sensory quality obtained from traditional production methods to contribute to rural development under the direct marketing approaches, respectively. On the other hand, the light users also focused on the increase of market penetration effect via promotion mix and the product positioning under the local branded actual product image implementing traditional production method and hedonic quality approaches. Abstract The article presents, with an example of four cities of various size, a phenomenon of a drop in water consumption by the city population in Poland. The paper draws on 1995-2012 official statistics. A significant decrease in household water consumption was observed, which refers to both the total water volume used by households as well as the average daily water consumption per resident. The article also determines the most essential factors affecting the amount of water consumed, out of which the price of water appears to be of the most significant one.

The theoretical framework of this research is Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). And from personal profile, residual effect factors and attitudes to recycling, this research investigates the factors affecting residents’ behavior of recycling waste fluorescent tubes, the characteristics of the behavior and related preference. The survey data are collected by the means of questionnaires and their exploratory analysis is conducted by SPSS and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The statistical result illustrates that the main factors affecting the behaviors are propaganda, enterprise, recycling device, stimulation and government. Based on the summary of research result, a recycling device used to recycle waste tubes in communities is designed to improve this research.
