The paper describes the basic principles of information support for innovative and investment activity of economic entities using stakeholder approach. This approach is based on the business analysis concept which involves taking into consideration the changes in internal and external environment and their impact on interests and requirements of key stakeholders of an entity. To ensure the balance of the interests of innovative and investment activity stakeholders the author justifies the necessity to systemize and structure both accounting and not accounting information. The paper provides the classification of the main users of information about innovative and investment processes and identifies the basic requirements to the information necessary for these groups of stakeholders. It also substantiates the needs and expectations of different groups interested in innovative activity (institutional units of public administration sector, social and public organizations, suppliers, customers, investors, competitors, founders and staff). Applying the concept of sustainable development the author formulates the principles of organizing the effective analytical toolkit for innovative and investment activity which contributes to the achievement of the goals of long-term sustainable development of an economic entity. This allows the business to respond flexibly and timely to the requirements of internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the stated goals and the chosen strategy of innovative development. The author offers a mechanism for cooperation between key stakeholders of innovative and investments processes which is based on singling out the interests and requirements of stakeholders belonging to the first and second circles. This mechanism would make it possible to ensure more reasonable cooperation between key business stakeholders and in future could result in creating value for stakeholders in a form of different benefits and advantages which would be impossible without joining efforts and harmonizing goals.

This feasibility study proposes a new approach to the classification of data array concerning sustainable development of socio-environmental-economic systems (hereinafter referred to as SEES) in the area of large river basins. The developed methodology allows carrying out the integrated assessment and forecasting the principal results of the territorial entities functioning and is based on the socio-environmental-economic conditions and the use of multidimensional comparative analysis of the development of individual territories, which, in its turn, allows considering the regional characteristics of their development. The aim of the study is to determine the conceptual and methodological foundations of integrated assessment of SEES sustainable development in the area of a large river basin. The methods of logical analysis (deduction), non-parametric statistical multidimensional estimation (PATTERN method) and econometric modeling were used in this work. The novelty of the proposed approaches consists in the development of theoretical and methodological guidelines for further improvement of the mechanism of integrated assessment of SEES formation, forecasting its development and sustainable functioning at the regional level. The obtained results allow to rank the territories according to integrated assessment, as well as to develop regional strategic programs.

Food supply for special consumers is the most dynamic subsystem of the system of procurement for power ministries and departments. In modern conditions, its functioning should take into account the peculiarities of the organizational structure of units and the nature of the tasks performed. The aim of the study is to systematize the existing methods for assessing the food security of the region and develop a methodological approach to assessing the food security of special consumers. As a result of the analysis of the existing methods for assessing the level of regional food security, conclusions were drawn about the absence of a single universal methodology for assessing food security, a variety of criteria and assessment indicators, the impossibility of unification, and comparative analysis by territories in accordance with their specificity and zoning. A conceptual diagram of an integrated assessment of the level of food security of special consumers is proposed.

AbstractResearch background: Recently in the context of taxonomy methods a lot of attention has been paid to the issue of stability of these methods, i.e. the answer to the question: do the groups that were created as a result of clustering really occur (the structure is stable), or did they appear accidentally.Purpose: The article is inspired by the Reviewers of the author’s previous publications on this subject and will be a summary of research to date which has followed two paths. On one hand, they recognize ways of measuring cluster stability proposed in the literature (e.g. Rozmus, 2017). On the other, they use these measures to cluster Poland among the EU members in terms of sustainable development level (e.g. Rozmus, 2019).Research methodology: The literature proposes a number of different ways for measuring stability. Theoretical considerations have also led to the development of computer tools for the practical implementation of the proposed ways to study stability. The practical tools are available within several R packages, e.g.: clv, clValid, fpc, which are used in this researchResults: The results, however, showed that different measures of stability lead to different results.Novelty: The innovation of this approach is the use of stability measures to such a problem (i.e. clustering EU members in terms of the sustainable development level). In addition, the article will report a synthesis and comparative analysis of the results obtained using various stability measures.

The paper considers the organizational and economic essence of the model of information and analytical support for the implementation of the stakeholder approach based on its functions, main components and structure. The basic institutional limitations of the model and the main functional elements are presented. The proposed model of information and analytical support requires the following four types of assessment of the sustainable development of an economic entity: pragmatic, organizational, competence and contextual. The following organizational and managerial processes that link the components discussed above into a single whole are also considered in detail within the framework of the proposed model: interpretation of information, development of information and analytical competencies; development of information and analytical support; development of the organizational environment and information culture of an economic entity. Criteria for evaluating organizational and managerial processes within the framework of the model of information and analytical support for sustainable development of an economic entity are developed.

The aim is to assess the function of economic systems of different hierarchical levels on the tool-making facilities case. Methods. We apply an approach using general and special methods of comparative and statistical analysis, synthesis and analogies. Results. The paper analyzes the development of the Russian tool-making industry on the basis of resource-oriented approach to assess the functioning of economic systems at various levels. We review interrelations between resource use efficiency, types of sustainable development of economic systems at various hierarchical levels and strategic security of the country. Conclusions. The article formulates main questions related to the concept of context. The issue of context is considered as a current-day interdisciplinary field of research. There are many definitions of context in dictionaries and in various humanities (including scientific disciplines). In connection with that issue various methodological approaches arise in the humanities, which can be designated by the umbrella term “contextual”. By the example of one of such approaches to the sociological poetics of the “Bakhtin’s circle”, the author substantiates the possibility of creating an interdisciplinary classification of contextual approaches. That classification may include scientific developments of different years and research fields, including: philosophical hermeneutics, a number of approaches to the Russian and foreign literary theory (M.M. Bakhtin, Yu.M. Lotman, B.M. Eichenbaum, F. Moretti, A. Compagnon, etc.), intellectual history, discourse analysis, etc.
