In this paper, an adaptive fault-tolerant attitude tracking controller based on reinforcement learning is developed for flying-wing unmanned aerial vehicle subjected to actuator faults and saturation. At first, the attitude dynamic model is separated into two dynamic subsystems as slow and fast dynamic subsystems based on the principle of time scale separation. Secondly, backstepping technique is adopted to design the controller. For the purpose of attitude angle constraints, the control technique based on Barrier Lyapunov is used to design controller of slow dynamic subsystem. Considering the optimization of the fast dynamic subsystem, this paper introduces an adaptive reinforcement learning control method in which neural network is used to approximate the long-term performance index and lumped fault dynamic. It is shown that this control algorithm can satisfy the requirements of attitude tracking subjected to the control constraints and the stability of the system is proved from Lyapunov stability theory. The simulation results demonstrate that the developed fault-tolerant scheme is useful and has more smooth control effect compared with fault-tolerant controller based on sliding mode theory.

The formation and development of the digital strategy integrated with business and HR strategies becomes prerequisite for ensuring the stable competitive position of enterprise in the market due to its transformation into the technological one. Personnel management is a dynamic subsystem of any enterprise, and qualitative rethinking of human resources management methods and technologies entails a significant impact on the results of the enterprise as a whole. It confirms the special importance of studying the impact of digitization on this area of management. The purpose of the paper is to study the features of personnel management of enterprises on the basis of digitalization. Results. Important aspects of digitization impact on enterprise personnel management are shown. It is focused the attention on the transformation of the most important subsystem of enterprise management – the system of personnel management under the influence of the digital economy. At the junction of digitalization and personnel management, a new form of management arises – digitalized personnel management. The main theoretical provisions of digitalized personnel management are considered, its principles, influence on the internal environment and the labor market as a whole are indicated. Conclusion. Personnel management is the most dynamic subsystem of the enterprise, and a qualitative rethinking of methods and technologies of personnel management entails a significant impact on the results of the enterprise as a whole. It confirms the special importance of studying the impact of digitalization on this area of management. Transformation of personnel management processes under the influence of digitalization is inevitable due to the evolution of enterprise management in general and it is a positive event, because entails increasing efficiency and shifting staff employment to more creative professions, which require unique knowledge, skills and abilities. Undoubtedly, such qualitative transformations will affect not only the internal environment of the enterprise, but also the labor market as a whole and in connection with it the education system. To achieve the positive effect of such transformations, comprehensive work is needed to implement them both at the level of individual enterprises and at the level of the national economic system. Modernization of personnel management methods may require significant investment in technology and communication, but the consequences of non-compliance with consumer experience can be significant not only for the reputation, brand, involvement and retention of employees, but also to achieve the key purpose of the enterprise.

On October 21, 2020, the invention “A multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system motion model construction and simulation method” was accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. Through the construction and simulation of the motion model of a multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system, the motion trajectory of the motion factors in each dynamic system is nested and substituted into the next dynamic subsystem to establish the motion trajectory of the motion factors in its dynamic subsystem. Until the dynamic trajectory model of the motion factors in the minimum dynamic subsystem is obtained, the motion model of a multi-level and multi-dimensional dynamic system is constructed, which reveals the motion law that can unify the microscopic particles and all the motion factors in the macroscopic universe.

Food supply for special consumers is the most dynamic subsystem of the system of procurement for power ministries and departments. In modern conditions, its functioning should take into account the peculiarities of the organizational structure of units and the nature of the tasks performed. The aim of the study is to systematize the existing methods for assessing the food security of the region and develop a methodological approach to assessing the food security of special consumers. As a result of the analysis of the existing methods for assessing the level of regional food security, conclusions were drawn about the absence of a single universal methodology for assessing food security, a variety of criteria and assessment indicators, the impossibility of unification, and comparative analysis by territories in accordance with their specificity and zoning. A conceptual diagram of an integrated assessment of the level of food security of special consumers is proposed.

Inode is one of the subsystems of WAFL(Write Anywhere File Layout) file system. Inode cache is a dynamic subsystem that is percentage factor of available memory. Based on different workflows and the datasets inode cache grows and shrinks. Based on the study of customer related issues it is found that deploying such a workload and datasets at the scale, that customers typically deploy and exercise inode cache for the whole duration of test is very challenging, considering quality assurance test typically focuses on multiple subsystems. Inode cache behavior differs with steady state versus performance disruptive workflows such as volume offline, volume online, volume migration and backup/vault use cases. Based on the behavior observed on the internal test systems it is found inode cache disruptive workflows are exercised only during certain stages but not repeatedly for the duration of test and also it is hard to find out which volume is experiencing performance issues due to inode cache invalidation/shrink/rewarning. In this paper, trying to exercise the performance behavior of inode subsystem like the way customer does and try to monitor and model the subsystem using automation. Here considering the different key attributes and typical operations that effect the inode cache behavior and some of the interested counters statistics that need to be monitored for analyzing the performance behavior of inode cache. Exercising inode cache operations requires constant focus on how the inode cache is performing. Repeat and Rerun some of the targeted workflows for inode cache population invalidation/ shrink operations at constant intervals to model the behavior of the inode subsytem.

This article investigates the robust stabilization problem for nonlinear time-delay systems with dead-zone input and complex dynamics. By flexibly using the inequality technique, the backstepping control method, and skillfully introducing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, we obtain a stable controller without using unmeasurable signals in the dynamic subsystem. The control system is guaranteed to be stable finally. Two simulation examples are given to verify the control strategy.

The article analyzes one of the important layers of the lexical system of Ukrainian at the turn of the XXth and XXIst centuries, namely innovative socio-political lexemes and terms. It is shown that despite the attention of Ukrainian and foreign scholars to Ukrainian innovative vocabulary, the study of the mentioned lexical units requires constant and substantial consideration. The relevance of the problem is supported by the fact that the corpus of innovative lexical units that belong to the socio-political sphere is a dynamic subsystem, being constantly enriched and modified, and therefore is not sufficiently studied within the above-mentioned time interval. The aim of the paper is to study the development of new socio-political vocabulary and terminology of the Ukrainian language on the basis of contemporary publicistic (radio programs, TV broadcasts, newspapers, magazines, Internet resources, public speeches) and scientific types of discourse typical of recent decades. To achieve this aim it was necessary to perform the following tasks: 1) to outline the leading factors contributing to the emergence of the analyzed units; 2) to consider the main sources of innovative socio-political vocabulary and terminology; 3) to define thematic groups and subgroups that have been enriched by the analyzed lexical units. As a result of the carried out research, the author defines and characterizes leading extra- and intralingual factors contributing to the emergence of innovative socio-political vocabulary and terminology, which have not been registered yet in Ukrainian largest and most authoritative interpretive and bilingual lexicographic sources. Having collected and scrutinized a considerable number of innovative vocabulary (more than 3000 units), the author clarifies and analyzes the main sources of modern national language enrichment. These sources include the word formation based on specific and foreign language derivations and resources, new borrowings from different languages (with the prevalence of Anglicisms), semantic reconsideration of codified units, as well as the actualization of the units already known in the Ukrainian language. The paper presents the division of these units into thematic groups and subgroups. As a result of the carried out analysis the author comes to conclusions that at the end of the XXth and beginning of the XXIst centuries the socio-political vocabulary and terminology are characterized by a dynamic increase accelerated by a series of extra- and intralinguistic factors, the former being a prevailing factor. The sources of the analyzed units remain traditional. The author has also registered a significant enrichment of thematic groups and subgroups composed of the analyzed subsystems.

As the rule metal-cutting machine have controllable movements of the executive tool from the computer. However, the shape-generating movements differ from the executive elements movements. These differences are defined by the influence of the deformation of the tool and detail. The deformations are conditioned by complex nonlinear transformation in all system. In turn, the process dynamic system is determined on the basis of the disclosure of the dynamic subsystem interaction. While the dynamic link parameters depend on the trajectories of the executive elements movement. Therefore, it is necessary to agree on the trajectories of the executive elements and the cutting dynamic properties. Agreement characterize the synergies of the external control with the internal links, it characterize the next stage of the enhancement of the cutting processing control.
