The article presents the results of a research aimed at establishing the dynamics of educational, career, life motives of female students of higher educational institutions studying psychology. The research methods were testing (methods: “Career Anchors” (E. Shane, adaptation and translation by V.Ya. Vinokurov, V.A. Cheeker), “Diagnostics of the motivational structure of a personality” (V.E. Milman), “Humorous phrases test” (HFT) (A.G. Shmelev, A.S. Babina); longitudinal sections method (longitudinal method). As statistical methods for analyzing the results, methods of parametric (multiple linear regression) and nonparametric statistics (Friedman, Wilcoxon tests) were used.

Metode penelitian dengan metode Asosiatif. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 87. Semakin baik tingkat lokasi dari suatu sekolah, semakin baik penetapan harga, dan semakin gencar promosi bila dipadukan secara serempak maka akan membuat peningkatan keputusan orang tua dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan pada SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang terbukti dari probabilitas simultan (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: Lokasi, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Orang Tua ABSTRACT-The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of location, price, and promotion on parents' decisions in choosing educational institutions at SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang. The research method is the associative method. The sample used was 87. The data analysis technique was multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1). The better the location level of a school will make an increase in the decision of parents in choosing an educational institution at SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang as evidenced by a partial probability (0.008 <0.05). 2). The more expensive the price offered by the school will make a decrease in the decision of parents in choosing an educational institution at SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang as evidenced by a partial probability (0.000 <0.05). 3). The better the promotion carried out by the school and the more intense it will make an increase in the decision of parents in choosing educational institutions at SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang as evidenced by partial probability (0.000 <0.05). 4). The better the location level of a school, the better the pricing, and the more incessant promotion when combined simultaneously it will make an increase in parents' decisions in choosing educational institutions at SMA IMTEK Pagedangan Tangerang as evidenced by the simultaneous probability (0.000 <0.05).Keywords: Location, Price, Promotion, Parents' Decision

The study aimed to predict how much father and mother’s emotional intelligence influence their child’s emotional intelligence. The sample of 164 higher secondary children and their parents was selected randomly from three educational institutions in Irinjalakuda municipality. There was a preponderance of participants belonging to middle socio-economic status. Single children were 16%, a child with only one sibling was 60% and a child with two siblings were 24%. Approximately ⅓ of the sample were males and ⅔ were females. The Brief Emotional Intelligence Scale was used to gather the information from the sample taken. Descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation was primarily analysed. Pearson correlation was run to verify the association concerning child emotional intelligence and their parent’s emotional intelligence and a statistically significant relation was obtained. To determine the variance of parental emotional intelligence on their children emotional intelligence simple linear regression and multiple linear regression were performed. Simple linear regression was used to determine the individual influence of each parent and multiple linear regression were executed to understand the combined effect of parental emotional intelligence on their child.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence or not from the quality of human resource services and student involvement on student cognitive learning outcomes. The approach used is multiple linear regression, based on the T test and F test for data processing. The main finding is the effect found to assess student cognitive learning outcomes. The results of this multiple linear regression approach provide specific guidance for educational institutions in improving student cognitive learning outcomes.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal banking factors in the form of: Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Total Assets (TA) to Non Performing Financing at Sharia Banks. This research method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.00 software which is used to see the influence between the independent variables in the form of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Total Assets (TA) to Non Performing Financing. The sample of this study was 3 Islamic Commercial Banks, so there were 36 annual reports obtained through purposive sampling, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that based on the F Test, the independent variable had an effect on the NPF, indicated by the F value of 17,016 and significance of 0,000, overall the independent variable was able to explain the effect of 69.60%. While based on the partial t test, showed that CAR has a significant negative effect, Total assets have a significant positive effect with a significance value below 0.05 (5%). Meanwhile FDR does not affect NPF.
