Work with gifted students requires a teacher to have special personal and professionally important qualities and creativity occupies a special place among them. A creative teacher can understand the peculiarities of behavior and worldview of a gifted child and possesses the competencies of organizing further development of the creative activity of special children, as well as their relationships with peers. The study is based on the concepts of axiological, humanistic, systemic, and activity approaches, the theory of convergent and divergent thinking, the teachings of an individual as a person and subject, of creativity as a process and a result, the creative nature of a teacher’s work, and theories addressing the creative essence of personality. The stage of university training is deliberately chosen for the study of the problem of development of a teacher’s creativity as a foundation for work with gifted students since the student age is the most sensitive period of this process. In the process of higher education, the development of a future teacher’s creativity in conjunction with their professional and personal qualities is essential as a condition for effective work with gifted students. The identified key psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of creativity in professional activity focused on work with gifted students include the professional activity orientation of future teachers to work with gifted children, professional knowledge, skills, and competencies focusing on gifted children, and psychological qualities of professional importance for work with gifted students. The article provides a specified definition of creativity, characterizes the signs of a teacher’s creativity, and describes the patterns, conditions, and stages of development of a future teacher’s creativity in the educational process in a higher education institution. The directions for further scientific theoretical and practical activities in the process of development of a future teacher’s creativity in parallel with training to work with gifted children are proposed. A promising direction of work is determining the ways to combine the operational and substantive sides of a teacher’s activity in work with gifted children.

At prompt development of informatization of production the role of engineering education significantly increases. Graphic disciplines on technical specialties of higher education institution are the first professionally focused disciplines which are actively influencing formation of competences of future experts. Many problems of improvement of quality of development of difficult courses of university programs can be solved by use of effective forms of education. Realization of competence-based approach in the higher education demands wide use of active and interactive forms of carrying out occupations in combination with independent work of students for formation and development of the professional skills which are trained. Independent work has to bear not only reproductive functions on fixing of the passable material, but also to induce students to active self-education, creative preparation for effective professional activity. Use of computer graphic tasks with entertaining elements when training students in graphic disciplines promotes increase of level of informative activity of students, development of creative abilities and profound studying of a subject. The new original graphic task on descriptive geometry with use of computer technologies for students of auto makers is offered. The graphic task consists in creation of electronic model of the car as solid-object one of two developed ways of modeling. In the course of performance of a task students solve the main geometrical objectives by definition of a form and constructive and geometrical parameters of the spatial objects entering a car design and in parallel master 3D modeling in AutoCAD or Solid Works packages. It is proved that inclusion in educational process of the graphic task developed taking into account a professional orientation trained, increases its efficiency. The task performed during the first semester promotes fixing and profound studying of fundamentals of descriptive geometry and development of computer graphics. It can be used when studying 3D computer geometrical modeling for students of the technical directions.

The article reveals the problem of finding pedagogical conditions of the formation of a sanitary and hygienic culture of future engineer-teacher in the field of food technologies. The peculiarities of the formation of sanitary and hygienic culture in future specialists in the educational process of higher education are highlighted. They will provide the following pedagogical conditions: providing positive motivation of future engineer-teachers of food technologies to form sanitary and hygienic culture through updating introduction of interdisciplinary links with the relevant software and methodological support; introduction of the discipline of free choice; using the potential of industrial practice to gain experience in the formation of sanitary and hygienic culture.The transition of the state from a planned to a market economy requires an increase in the competitiveness of food production, so the future engineer-teacher in the field of food technologies must meet high requirements for the level of ability and willingness to act effectively in professional activities, which involves solving various socio-psychological, economic and technical problems with the possibility of introducing new educational technologies. Purposeful activity in the direction of rethinking the formed stereotypes, the search of new pedagogical approaches in terms of increase of own professional readiness and professional and personal qualities will allow the future engineer-teacher on completion of the higher education institution to possess a complex of engineering and pedagogical knowledge necessary for future productive professional activity. The effectiveness of training depends on the environment of the higher education institution and specific conditions for the educational process, i.e., to establish the level of readiness of the future engineer-teacher, it is necessary to determine the pedagogical conditions to ensure an effective educational process. The article is devoted to the problem of formation and development of competitiveness among teachers of higher education institutions. If the content and structure of professional competitiveness, defined by state standards, are formed without taking into account the personal qualities of the learning subject, its interests, abilities and are not determined by the professionalism of the teacher, it is impossible to lay the foundations of competitiveness and develop the ability to compete. The genesis of different approaches to the concept of competitiveness of the modern educator has been analyzed, in particular, in modern researches it is emphasized on: – managerial, psychological and pedagogical aspect of competitiveness. The process of forming the competitiveness of a teacher of a higher education institution, which includes its components, is outlined: = levels of development: a motivational and holistic component; emotional-volitional component; evaluation and adjustment component; = conditions of formation: the need to find such forms of work of the teacher, which would ensure the continuity of the process of his professional growth, development and introduction of multidimensional models of the organization of professional development, introduction of new educational technologies, participation in innovative activity; = development of a complex of properties of his personality necessary for a high level of professional activity. The activity of the teacher is characterized by pedagogical expediency by orientation, individually creative character in content and organization, choice of means; = ways of formation: a certain amount of knowledge, abilities, skills and continuous improvement of the state of theoretical, psychological-pedagogical, methodological and technological preparation; motives for professional self-improvement; the desire for selfrealization and self-affirmation of personality; professional growth; expanding horizons; increasing the level of development of all types of competences; the presence of cognitive interest; creating a positive image among students and colleagues; upgrading the qualification category during certification; receiving awards; raising personal rankings at different levels of subordination; improving professional competence; raising the level of organization of the educational process.

The article studies the relevance of research of pedagogical competence of the future teacher of psychology in higher education in the context of professional component of the psychologist. The scientific approaches to the definition of the term «professionalism of the teacher of higher education» are analyzed. The activity approach is associated with the highest levels of excellence in the work, achieved in the arts and skill in professional activity. Personal approach focuses on the systematic organization of consciousness and human psyche, which includes the properties of the person as a whole; skills, skills, motor skills, cognitive processes, actions, awareness, knowledge, experience and culture of a professional, his emotional world. The third approach to defining the essence of professionalism is manifested in the combination of activities and personal principles, when professionalism is viewed in the dialectical unity of manifestations of activity and personality and, accordingly, is defined by the concepts of «professionalism of activity» and «professionalism of personality». The issue of pedagogical competence of the psychology teacher in the acmeological approach, which is considered at different levels: general, special and individual, has been updated. The essence of teacher’s pedagogical competence as a component of his professionalism is revealed. In the structure of pedagogical competence of the teacher we distinguish general professional (psycho-pedagogical, research and pedagogical management) and key competences (social, general cultural, health-saving, civil, informational). The prospects for further research are to develop and introduce into the educational process the pedagogical conditions for the development of pedagogical competence of a future teacher of higher education psychology.

The article considers the problem of the formation of professional mobility in the training of future specialists in non-linguistic universities, which has recently gained particular relevance due to the growing role of foreign language communication in the professional activities of future specialists.The requirements of higher education aimed at training competitive future specialists are taken into account. Foreign language education today becomes at the same level with professional education, integrates with it and significantly affects the success and competitiveness of future specialists in the labor market. This circumstance underlines the need to change the purpose, content, process and form of organization of the educational process of foreign language teaching. Actuality of the research topic is a result of the modernization of higher education and aimed at finding effective ways to train future specialists, meeting all the latest requirements of the labor market.The concept of “professional mobility” is considered. The role of foreign language in the formation of professional mobility in the training of future specialists in non-linguistic universities in the context of professional mobility is analyzed, the opportunities offered for higher education future specialists with foreign language skills are described.Modern higher education, as a channel of professional mobility, can help future specialists in vocational and personal development with professional mobility to become competent future specialists, creating specific pedagogical conditions and, thereby, the basis for their self-realization in the difficult social, economic, political conditions of society. This article addresses a problem of the potential of a university lecture. On the one hand, training of highly qualified personnel should meet the modern  requirements, and on the other hand, lecture remains the main form of  holding a tutoring at university. An analysis of attributes of higher education  modern pedagogical system, such as a purpose of system functioning,  subjects (students, teachers, etc.), content of training, made it possible to  conclude about qualitative changes in their nature, characteristics,  requirements related to the new realities of modern society. The old  stereotypes and attitudes which have been being formed for centuries and  have already lost their value, but continue to dictate forms, means and  methods of educational process organization are a hindrance to the  development of higher education. The need of society and state for qualified personnel has led to introduction of competence-based approach in  training of specialists who have an activity orientation, an ability to fulfill  functional duties, to solve professional problems. Development of  professional competences is possible only in the conditions of the  implementation of practice-based educational/professional activity, specially  organized students’ self-reliant work, immediate application of knowledge  acquired for the solution of various tasks.

The article argues that the professional training of future practical psychologists involves taking into account different methodological approaches to the organization of the educational process in institutions of higher education, which enrich the methodological consciousness of the specialist by knowledge of professionally oriented sciences and contribute to its adaptation to the specifics of higher education. The justification of methodological approaches has allowed to establish causal relationships between pedagogical phenomena and processes and to determine the most important of them for effective solution of problems that take place in the training of practical psychologists. The main methodological approaches, which are followed in the professional training of students-psychologists, include system-scientific, synergistic, thesaurus, complex, humanistic, competent, personally oriented, activity, praxeological, axiological, acmeological and others. It is proved that approaches, structured in this way, enabled the researcher-teacher to understand mentally in the organization of their own professional activity and to practically realize the educational actions and pedagogical actions in teaching the students; contributed to the definition of the professional training of practical psychologists and the most holistic acquisition of objectively impartial, professionally relevant knowledge, skills and competences by students. Within these approaches, the focuses are accented on the importance of reconstitution in the contest of the education of holistic image of human as biopsychological system and active-creative possibilities of student with his desire to realize himself on the principles of love to the person and in the public interests.

The article describes the peculiarities of the process of students' adaptation to studying at a higher education institution, emphasizes the relevance of this problem in the context of the issue of training highly qualified specialists capable of effective work in the specialty at the level of world standards, ready for continuous professional improvement and personal development. The paper emphasized that the period of adaptation is a particularly important stage of studying at a higher education institution. It is particularly relevant when higher education students adapt to the content and nature of the educational process, in the period of adoption of norms and requirements of the new social environment, inclusion in the system of interpersonal relations, formation of a system of personal orientations, values, necessary for professional activity. The relationship between students' academic success and their level of adaptation to studying at a higher education institution has been identified. The results of an experimental study are presented, where the main factors of adaptation of higher education students, affecting their activity and academic success, are identified. Among these factors, the authors singled out magnitude of educational and extracurricular workload, working capacity during the school day and week, health condition, manifestation of various signs of fatigue, self-efficacy, motivation to learning, relationships with classmates and teachers, social frustration. The researchers stressed that the first-year students' adaptation period is different, depending on their individual and psychological characteristics, the level of readiness to study at a higher education institution, the correct choice of the future profession. On the basis of the results of the experimental study, the ways and directions of successful students' adaptation are determined, which foresees, first of all, the reduction of the impact of maladaptation factors on higher education students, increase in their resistance to these factors and strengthening of those factors that are favorable to them.

In today's world issues of educational quality are becoming increasingly important. Today the quality of train-ing is determined by its readiness for effective professional activity, the ability to adapt to rapidly changing and un-certain conditions of the modern world, professional skills, as well as the ability to use the acquired knowledge in solving professional problems. In modern research on the peculiarities of training specialists for future employment, considerable attention is paid to various aspects of economic education. The process of continuous improvement of professional training of higher education seekers requires a constant search for new tools, methods and tools to im-prove the educational process, and, accordingly, research on this issue. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features, trends, competencies and new tools in preparing future international economists for effective work. The four main areas of employment of international economists include: international institutions and organizations; interna-tional corporations and other structures of international business; domestic business structures; public authorities and public institutions. In the modern period, the competence approach is the most important factor in ensuring the quality of higher education. Competences are formed comprehensively, in the process of all forms and activities of the applicant. Innovative education involves its focus on obtaining innovative skills of applicants, which involves their gradual involvement in research, project development and more. Dissemination of the results of the fourth industrial revolution ("Industry 4.0") and the emergence of an era of innovation, when advanced technologies radically change entire sectors of the economy and society as a whole, requires skills to apply these technologies in various fields of international economics. The peculiarity of the analyzed educational program "International Economy" is the focus on the requirements and needs of the urban labor market, the needs of the urban economy through constant interac-tion with stakeholders. The article deals with the actual theoretical and methodical problem of improving the professional training quality of pedagogical disciplines by future teacher in the conditions of the master’s studies. The attention is focused on the creation and implementation in the educational process of the of higher education institution the organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of teacher’s readiness for professional activity. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of future teacher preparation on the basis of an andragogical model. The model is based on the organization of the future teachers’ independent work through the use of different theories and innovative technologies. Structural and functional model includes such elements as: aim, motivation, educational process organization, ways to activate students’ independent activity and its result as the readiness of higher education students to teach pedagogical disciplines in higher education institutions. The investigated work allows us to argue that the organization of the educational process on the basis of personal, contextual, theoretical, methodological and activity approaches with the use of undergraduate educational projects in the independent work provided the experimental methodology with sufficient efficiency.
