Coffee consumption is increasing because many types of coffee are circulating, such as instant coffee among the public. The instant coffee studied in this study is the Iwan Fals edition of instant coffee. This study aimed to analyse the lifestyle and effectiveness of instant coffee advertising on instant coffee consumption among peri-urban farmers in Bogor Regency. This study used a cross-sectional study design located in Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The location was chosen purposive because it is a peri-urban area that has more than 20% of agricultural land. A total of 100 respondents in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of a farmer and in the last 12 months consuming and viewing Iwan Fals edition coffee advertisements. The results of this study found that the maker's lifestyle is the most (32%) owned by the respondents. The effectiveness of instant coffee advertising in this study is included in the effective category (3.54). The results showed a relationship between gender, believing lifestyle, trying hard lifestyle with instant coffee consumption. The influence test results found an influence of male gender and lifestyle beliefs on instant coffee consumption. ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to investigate the immunity against rubella using the serological status of rubella-specific IgG antibodies (antirubella IgG) in Korean women of childbearing age (15–49 years).DesignRetrospective cross-sectional study.SettingPopulation-based cross-sectional study in South Korea.ParticipantsBetween January 2010 and December 2017, test results from Korean women aged 15–49 years who had visited an obstetric private clinic (nationwide institutions) and had requested rubella-specific IgG antibody tests from Green Cross Laboratories were obtained from the laboratory information system.ResultsBetween 2010 and 2017, antirubella IgG test results from 328 426 Korean women aged 15–49 years who had visited private obstetric clinics (1438 institutions nationwide) were retrospectively analysed by tested year, age, cohort and geographic regions. Over the 8-year study period, the rate of unimmunised women ranged from 7.8% to 9.7%. Multivariable-adjusted logistic regression models showed that the odds of being immune to rubella (positive and equivocal results of antirubella IgG test) were lower in 2017 compared with 2010, in women in their 40s, in a pre-catch-up cohort and in women living in Incheon, Busan, South Gyeongsang, North and South Jeolla and Jeju provinces (p<0.0001).ConclusionsIn consideration of the factors associated with prevalence of women unimmunised to rubella, future public health efforts should be focused on catch-up activities. The results of this study could be used to strengthen disease control and prevent rubella, including a nationwide immunisation programme.

SummaryA cross-sectional study was performed on 66 lithium-treated patients to investigate a possibly changed kidney function, using [51Cr]-EDTA clearance, and urinary excretions of albumin and β2-microglobulin. Thirteen patients showed abnormal test results: seven had decreased glomerular filtration rate, four had increased albumin excretion and four had increased excretion of β2-microglobulin. There was no correlation between length of treatment with lithium or hypothyroidism (10 patients) and impaired renal function. Four patients had already manifested signs of renal dysfunction before lithium treatment. The high prevalence of impaired renal function among our patients is unexplained but lithium could be one possible cause.

Abstract. This cross-sectional study empirically examines the motivation and certification as antecedent welfare and performance of teachers and welfare as antecedent performance. Slovin formulation is used to take a sample of 244 teachers. Samples were taken from a population of 624 teachers who are already certified. Testing the model fit using Structural Equation Modeling. The test results demonstrate the value of χ2 = 449.163; p = 0.542; RMSEA = 0.000; GFI = 0.901; AGFI = 0.884; CMN / DF = 0.991; TLI = 1.001, and; CFI = 1.000. Results Analysis of Moment Structures / AMOS all support the model fit hypothesis. The findings of the study stated motivation and certification plays an important role in efforts to enhance the welfare and performance of teachers. Teacher performance can be predicted through the welfare of teachers. The research findings will be discussed in the context of motivational teacher certification program. Keywords: motivation, certification, welfare, performance

Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Kinerja Kader Posyandu Abstract Nationally, one of Indonesia’s problems related to the cadres is the high number of drop out cadres. Each Posyandu only has 2 active cadres. The purpose of this study is to know the contribution of knowledge to the performance of Posyandu cadres. The type of research used is analytical research with Cross Sectional Study design where the measurement of dependent variable and independent variable is done at the same time and place. Data were processed by using statistical test of spss with technique of data analysis using chi square test and phi test. Chi square test results obtained X2 hit (4.375) and contingency coefficient test C = (0.474) with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). X2 hit value (4.375) > X2 (3.841), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion is that there is a sufficient relationship between knowledge with the performance of Posyandu cadres in the working area of the Puskesmas Matandahi Kabupaten Konawe Utara. ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the relation between the presence of spiritual distress and use of RSC and sociodemographic, clinical and religious/spiritual variables in people with cancer. Method: Cross-sectional study conducted in an association for support to people with cancer. The data obtained with the tools were analyzed using the Spearman‘s correlation coefficient and the Mann-Whitney Test. Results: 129 volunteers participated in the study, of which 57% showed moderate spiritual distress, 96% used medium and high positive religious/spiritual coping. Spiritual distress showed positive correlation with negative religious/spiritual coping (P<0.001) and inverse correlation with age (p 0.002). The use of positive religious coping was statistically significant in people who have religious practices (p 0.001). Conclusão: Spiritual distress is a phenomenon that is present in the lives of people with cancer and has significant relation with the use, in a negative manner, of religion/spirituality as a way of coping with the disease.
