The study aims to determine consumers' perception of the advertising efficacy of social media influencers regarding their purchase intention. The researcher believes that specific strategies and skills should be customised to attract consumers' buying intention for an influencer to be effective across social media. The study adopted the "social media influencer questionnaire" developed by Xin Jean Lim. It is an organised questionnaire designed to assess and analyse the effectiveness of social media influencers connected to consumers' purchase intention. A total of 200 respondents from NCR, Metro Manila, participate in this study, with 129 female participants, 71 male participants and mostly from 18 to 24 years old. The respondents' assessment implies that an influencer who establishes most of their honesty and is trustworthy can change consumers' behaviour and purchase intention.  Attractiveness and relationships with the product are seen to be also adequate. The respondents' assessment also implies that there is an optimistic and agreeable attitude towards the different advertising efficacy of an influencer for the purchase intention of consumers. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between the advertising effectiveness and purchase intention of consumers. Female respondents have a higher perception of social media influencers than male respondents because women use the internet more often.

This paper examines the behaviour of two firms competing in a duopoly, where firms can influence demand through use of advertising. The paper simulates the strategic interaction of the two firms based on a game-theoretic Cournot analytical model. The evolution over time of the Nash equilibrium is graphically displayed for a number of different competitive scenarios. The results show that there exist threshold levels of advertising effectiveness at which duopoly behaviour bifurcates, that perfectly cooperative advertising can lead to competitive disadvantage, and that perfectly predatory advertising can lead to stagnation or losses.

Due to the rapid advancements in digital innovations and technological evolution, the world today has witnessed a drastic upsurge in digital espousal by the masses and tech geeks alike. Advertising agencies and brand managers across the globe have been frantically finding ways to explore prospective markets and retain existing customers. Studies on brand management show that the image and trust of a brand are manifested through various deterministic variables which vary and change over time. This research thus focuses on the investigation of the effect of such pervasive determinants including Advertising Effectiveness, WOM and Brand Image on Brand Trust. The study concentrates its enquiry on brand trust elements related to organizations providing services in the telecommunications sector of Pakistan. For this purpose, data in the form of survey responses were collected through questionnaires with the help of convenient sampling. The respondents were customers using different telecommunications networks in Pakistan. From the results, it has been observed that Advertising Effectiveness, WOM and Brand Image have a strong impact on developing and maintaining Brand Trust. The research validates the impact of study variables in developing trust in a brand. Moreover, managerial implications and directions for future research have been proposed at the end of the study.

Online roadshow is a relatively new concept that has higher flexibility and scalability compared to the physical roadshow. This is because online roadshow is accessible through digital devices anywhere and anytime. In a physical roadshow, organizations can measure the effectiveness of the roadshow by interacting with the customers. However, organizations cannot monitor the effectiveness of the online roadshow by using the same method. A good user experience is important to increase the advertising effects on the online roadshow website. In web usage mining, clustering can discover user access patterns from the weblog. By applying a clustering technique, the online roadshow website can be further improved to provide a better user experience. This paper presents a review of clustering techniques used in web usage mining, namely the partition-based, hierarchical, density-based, and fuzzy clustering techniques. These clustering techniques are analyzed from three perspectives: their similarity measures, the evaluation metrics used to determine the optimality of the clusters, and the functional purpose of applying the techniques to improve the user experience of the website. By applying clustering techniques in different stages of the user activities in the online roadshow website, the advertising effectiveness of the website can be enhanced in terms of its affordance, flow, and interactivity.

One of the characteristics of industry 4.0 is that consumers increasingly want products to be made just for themselves. This can be supported by the presence of big data, which of course cannot be separated from the use of information, the more complete the data, the more precise and accurate the targeting will be. However, the use of information for some people can also be considered a violation of privacy. Various research about personalized advertising been tested and have yielded mixed results both positive and negative on perceptions and behaviour, and provide directions for next research to testing various consumer factors as moderating variable. This study aims to fill the gaps in previous research by examining the role of consumer privacy concerns as a moderating variable that affects the relationship of personalized advertising on the perceived advertising value of consumers using a survey method on 131 respondents who are active users of Instagram in Indonesia. The findings of this study that advertising personalization have a positive effect on advertising value and purchase intention and privacy concerns do not moderate the effect of personalized advertising on advertising value. This is influenced by the factor of respondents aged 17-25 years, where they can be said to be the Tech Savvy generation. Further research suggestions are also discussed in this study.
