Abstract The article describes the process of creating a personal account system for correspondence students, starting with the study of the issue as a whole and ending with the process of developing one of the main components of the information system. The process of creating an IS includes such stages as: determining the required functionality, designing the overall architecture of the system and each of its components. The technologies and software solutions used to system implementation are described, as well as the method of integrating the created solution with the existing information infrastructure of the educational institution. A brief mathematical description of one of the tasks solved by the information system, automated schedule generation, is also given.

The paper considers the approach to the assessment of critical information infrastructure circulating in the information system in terms of confrontation. The novelty of the study is a promising method allowing assessment of complex technical systems with a high degree of criticality and uncertainty of description. The value of the integral criterion is proposed as an assessment of the ability to implement the objective function of critical information infrastructure at each time point. Based on this method, it became possible to improve the quality of substantiation of new ways of confrontation in the information space. The paper addresses the problem of information system stability. Its main components and management properties that determine the stability of the system functioning as a whole are considered. A classification of critical information infrastructure systems is proposed. A formal definition of the cyber resistance index, as well as method and algorithm for its calculation, are given. The practical significance is that the new method of assessment can be used to improve the efficiency of critical information infrastructure management.

Major tasks in the field of information technology that business faces today one way or another relate to data processing and search for new information in it. The methods in use include statistical methods, machine learning models, and simpler methods and models. However, all solutions aimed at information search require an information infrastructure that would meet the basic requirements for systems of this kind. The purpose of the study was to describe the main functional and technical requirements to modern systems implementing renewable information search. The author meant to form fundamental architectural proposals for the design of the system as a whole and its key parts, as well as to identify the main components of the information system and approaches to solving key problems for solutions based on the message exchange mechanism. Materials and methods. The paper considers the modern statement of the problem of creating enterprise information systems for renewable information search. The author compares message brokers that are viewed as the most interesting in the framework of this statement. Results. The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of creating information systems for renewable information search and formulates the task to create a system of such kind. The author makes an overview of the architecture design of the solution at a high level of abstraction. The modular composition of the information system under consideration is discussed. Kafka is chosen and substantiated as the most suitable message broker. The nuances of technical solutions to eliminate duplicate records and filter the latest information search results are analyzed.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема работы научно-педагогического работника, связанной с организацией и планированием контактной учебной работы, заполнением и актуализацией рабочих программ дисциплин, расписанием лекций, семинаров, лабораторных работ, экзаменов, зачетов, а также с заполнением и представлением различных форм отчетности. Важным фактором, определяющим необходимость разработки информационной системы, является отсутствие на рынке программного продукта, позволяющего использовать его в качестве решения проблемы. В ходе исследования проведены: анализ работы научно-педагогического сотрудника Грозненского государственного нефтяного технического университета имени академика М.Д. Миллионщикова анализ существующих систем автоматизированного рабочего места преподавателя анализ программного и технического обеспечения. В результате исследования разработана информационная система Личный кабинет преподавателя , которая предоставит возможность преподавателям учебного заведения упростить учебную работу, а также сократит количество бумажных форм, поскольку вся необходимая информация будет храниться в системе. This article discusses the problem of the work of a scientific and pedagogical worker related to the organization and planning of contact academic work, filling and updating work programs of disciplines, the schedule of lectures, seminars, laboratory works, exams, tests, and also filling and presenting various forms of reporting. An important factor determining the need to develop an information system is the lack of a software product on the market that allows it to be used as a solution to a problem. During the study: analysis of the work of the scientific and pedagogical employee of the Grozny State Oil Technical University named after academician M.D. Millionschikov analysis of existing systems of a teachers workstation analysis of software and hardware. As a result of the study, an information system Teachers Personal Account was developed, which will provide teachers of the educational institution with the opportunity to simplify their work and reduce the number of paper forms, since all the necessary information will be stored in the system.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

This article was written to explain the concept of educational administration in particular the understanding, importance and purpose of educational administration.
