Abstract PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia is a mining service company engaged in providing blasting services and the largest sales of explosives in Indonesia. PT Pamapersada Nusantara jobsite Kideco Jaya Agung is one of the customers of PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia in the blasting service business unit. On a far more optimal side, the development of commodity price conditions and operational needs is a common concern. From these conditions, one of the best target cost controls for blasting and fragmentation is to make adjustments and improvement to the quality and quantity of the use of bulk products. The high use of bulk products at the Kideco Jaya Agung Jobsite is a particular concern, especially for rocks that require a high powder factor value, thereby increasing blasting operation costs. From this condition, PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia strives to optimize the bottom value of density product emulsion MNK Max70 using chemical improvement from the previous 1.15 gr/cc to 1.05 gr/cc. This improvement has brought good results, where optimization in terms of using bulks product and blasting quality such as fragmentation and Velocity of Detonation (VOD) values are still in accordance with product standards.

The development of governance for boat rental services by the Panglima Laot organization in Banda Aceh City is needed as a manifestation of the achievement of the aspirations of the youth of Meuraxa District to have a BUMDes in an independent village administration administrative bureaucracy. For the change from this creative effort to BUMDes, it is necessary to reform the governance of business units that are currently being carried out in the establishment document. Currently, a boat rental business is running for fishing activities, both by local residents and by other residents who rent boat equipment in Meuraxa District. Besides, it is also used by tenants to do sea fishing as a hobby. This study aims to develop a boat rental service management system for the Panglima Laot organization through administrative reform of business unit management towards an independent BUMDes. This research is qualitative. In the development of this business, after reviewing the potential of both human and natural resources, it is found that this business service has the potential to increase income and prevent unemployment of the local community which results in reducing poverty rates in the assumption that all human and natural resources can work together. realize independent BUMDes. So that this creative business deserves to be developed to become a growing business for the future under the guidance of a village legal entity in the form of an Independent BUMDes.

Cooperative enterprise core values are the spirit of togetherness, mutual cooperation and solidarity among its members. Owning only millions of rupiah at the beginning, cooperative enterprise has been growing and spreading their business rapidly, and nowadays coperative enterprise has billions of rupiah as its capital. The key for its success is the quality of service. Increasing the service quality will be encouraging the participation and support from the members. This fact has led to the escalation of number of its member and capital. The effect of service quality to cooperative enterprise member’s satisfaction is the main study and topic of this research. Cluster random sampling method has been chosen to collect the data from 94 members. The questionnaire was based on the following five dimensions namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. While the questionnaire corresponding to the member’s satisfaction was derive from two values, which are related to purchase and service. The data was compared and processed by linier regression. The result is t (testing coefficient) equal to 16,248 which revealed that the effect of service quality to the member’s satisfaction is significant and convincing in Financial Service Business Unit.

<em>Wedding Organizer (WO) is one of the service business sector to prepare wedding events. Since its establishment in 2015, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) namely Gosimplywedding (Gosimply) has not formulated a marketing strategy in line with the condition of the company. This research objective is to measure internal and external company environment scores in determining the position of Gosimply as a business unit of SME to formulate its business strategies. This analysis uses the SWOT </em>(<em>Strength</em>, <em>Weakness</em>, <em>Threat</em>, <em>Opportunity</em>) <em>m</em><em>atrix mapping and QSPM </em>(<em>Quatitative Strategic Planning Matrix</em>) <em>analysis </em><em>to find out the results of the calculation in the company environment in order to know what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. In 2019, the QSPM method becomes the most choice to measure the extent of the internal and external strengths of Gosimply to formulate its marketing strategies. The results of this research showed that the final weighting score in internal analysis are the strength in its organizational flows and the weakness is the character of its human resources. The weighting in external aspect as the company’s opportunity is the demographic of the people who need its product, while the most company threat is the number of competitors and STP (Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning) of the product. The integration of the internal and external aspects of the company environment into the SWOT Matrix results the strategy of growth in the concentration of horizontal integration.</em>

The article discusses the creation, testing and implementation of new donor charges designed to initiate low-sensitivity explosives. The cast booster donor charges are made entirely of explosives obtained from the disposal of unnecessary ammunition – TNT, RDX and TEN. The donor charges differ from the mass-produced ones, and have a mass of 150 to 900 g. They also have high explosive characteristics: velocity of detonation from 7200 to 7500 m/s, density of 1.6 g/cm3, excellent water resistance and strength. Their initiating ability on low-sensitivity explosives is significantly better than the one of TNT presses. The velocity of detonation of the main charge of a low-sensitivity emulsion explosive initiated with a cast booster is up to 700 m/s higher than when initiated with a TNT presses. It is especially important when building objects in the constrained conditions, at development of mountain territories for decrease in action of shock air waves and elimination of possibility of mountain collapses and landslides In article advantage of use of cast intermediate detonators on safety of explosive works is proved at development of mountain territories. The new design allows an increase in the security of initiating the charges in the boreholes, which allows them to be initiated with two detonators simultaneously.

In blasting of soft to medium hard rock, the problem of high density resulting in excessive utilization of emulsion explosive is well known. The authors have conducted some experimental blasts to delve into the detonation behavior of conventional blasting and various other explosive consumption reduction techniques which induce air gaps using plastic tubes, plastic bottles or plastic balls in the explosive column. Resistance wire technique is used for gauging in-hole continuous velocity of detonation. The VOD varies from 5321.6 m/s to 4544.2 m/s and from 5123.4 m/s to 4274.2 m/s in conventional site mixed emulsion column and distributed spherical air gap column respectively. The detonation behavior is stable and similar in both these cases. While using plastic bottles or plastic tubes as air gaps, the VOD is fluctuating from 4636.3 m/s to 3268.4 m/s and from 4935.9 m/s to 3362.8 m/s respectively with a collapse of about 12 % from the average VOD of conventional SME column. The VOD falls abruptly when the detonation wave encounters large air gaps but it is successfully travelling through the air gaps making the detonation behavior more capricious.

Is it possible to transform stone into a technological and innovative device? The meeting with one of the main stone transformers in Europe produced the intention of a disruptive operation that could affect the strategy of the whole company. A contagious singularity. By intertwining LEAN methodologies and the human-centric approach of design thinking, we mapped the value creation in the company activating a dialogue with the workers and the management, listening to people, asking for ambitions, discovering problems and the potential of production. This qualitative and quantitative analysis conducted with a multidisciplinary approach by designers, architects and marketing strategists allowed us to define a new method. We used it to design a platform that could let all the players express their potential to the maximum. This is how the group's research laboratory was born, with the aim of promoting the relationship between humans and stone through product innovation. With this goal, we coordinated the new team, developing technologies that would allow creating a more direct relationship between man and surface, making the stone reactive. The result was the first responsive kitchen ever.
