Assessment of the quality of separation of hydrocarbon raw during its field preparation is necessary to determine the efficiency of the entire technological process of preparation. The absence of complex criteria for assessing the quality of separation for multi-stage processes does not allow one to obtain unambiguous solutions in justifying the process flow diagrams and equipment for separation. We have analyzed the typical technological scheme of separation of hydrocarbon raw materials and existing criteria for separation processes. It is proposed to use the criterion for a comprehensive assessment of the separation processes of hydrocarbon raw materials, allowing calculating the efficiency of the process, taking into account the possible production of intermediate fractions and their qualitative composition

A unique, original hybrid technological device, developed by the authors of the article, enabling the application of lots of different surface engineering methods in one technological process, including arc evaporation, ion nitriding, ion etching, ion implantation and electron beam evaporation is presented. The hybrid technological device has technical possibilities for the simultaneous realisation of different surface engineering methods in the same vacuum chamber. This results in the realization of advanced technological processes with the use of different surface engineering methods for forming the coating’s properties in one multi-stage technological process. Different surface engineering methods use different plasma sources and different methods of the atmosphere creation and often require different supply and control systems. A possibility of combining a few different surface treatment methods in one technological process is provided by a unique hybrid device. Selected applications of hybrid surface engineering technologies executed with the use of this original hybrid device, i.e. creation of the nano-multilayer and nano-composite Cr/Ni-Cr3C2coatings increasing the erosion wear resistance and creation of multi-layer coatings with increased thermal resistance – Thermal Barrier Coating (TBC) are presented

The mathematical model of the technological process of the natural gas preparation is developed. The structure of the fuzzy model is developed, which corresponds to the complex multi-stage technological processes. For the analysis of a given stage, a model based on artificial neural networks is used. The model is developed based on the results of a survey of production engineers and describes the end-to-end technology of the natural gas preparation process. Considerable attention is paid to simulation modeling, namely the experimental determination of dynamic characteristics on the given channels has been carried out and simulation modeling of the system using neural networks has been conducted. According to its results, it has been established that the transient characteristics of the channels correspond to the physical bases of the natural gas preparation process. A comparative analysis of transient processes has been carried out and it has been determined that in the cascade control system the quality indicators are better.

The article develops the process of modeling color separation in the reproduction of graphic information in printing technology, shows the management of the technical system at each stage. With the use of information technology, this complex and multi-stage technological process of color conversion is carried out automatically, which does not allow showing the clarity of technological operations.

Построена численная модель процесса многоэтапного процесса холодной штамповки тонкостенного стального сосуда с учётом технологической наследственности. Использованы соотношения больших пластических деформаций анизотропной оболочки с учетом динамики и контактного взаимодействия с инструментом, реализованные в пакете LS-DYNA. Материальные константы модели Барлата Yld 2000-2d со степенным изотропным деформационным упрочнением для малоуглеродистой листовой стали DC04EK толщиной 0,7 мм определены по данным собственных экспериментов. Кривая предельных деформаций построена по искажению координатной сетки вблизи зон локализации деформации и разрушения сосуда в технологическом процессе, из которого исключен промежуточный отжиг, и по результатам теста на разрушение при одноосном растяжении. Исследованы особенности траекторий деформации в контрольных точках боковой поверхности изделия на каждом этапе технологического процесса, состоящего из последовательности операций вытяжки, раздачи и ссаживания. Расчёты траекторий подтверждены экспериментом на прессовом оборудовании, используемом в качестве испытательного. Оценка качества изделия связывается с остаточным ресурсом пластичности - удалённостью его деформированного состояния от кривой предельных деформаций. Установлено, что операция раздачи заготовки после её вытяжки быстро приближает материал к предельному состоянию и требует предварительного восстановления ресурса пластичности путём отжига. Отмечена перспективность технологий штамповки с меньшими степенями раздачи и с большими степенями ссаживания, способных сохранять ресурс пластичности без промежуточного отжига. A numerical model of multi-stage technological process of cold stamping of a thin- walled vessel made of sheet steel was built taking into account technological heredity. Relations of large plastic deformations of the anisotropic shell is used, taking into account the dynamics and contact interactions with the tool, which was implemented in the LS-DYNA package. Barlat’ plasticity model Yld 2000-2d with the power law of isotropic strain hardening is used with material constants identified from experimental data for low-carbon sheet steel DC04EK 0.7 mm. The forming limit curve was built on the distortion of the coordinate grid near the zones of strain localization and failure of the vessel in the technological process without intermediate annealing and in the failure test under uniaxial tension. The features of the strain paths in the control points of the vessel at each stage of the technological process, including the sequence of operations of drawing, distributing and reduction, are studied. The path calculation was confirmed by an experiment using pressing equipment as a test. The quality estimation of the product is evaluated by the distance of its deformed state from the limit states on the strain diagram. It is established that the operation of distributing the workpiece after its drawing quickly leads to the limit state and therefore requires a preliminary recovering the plasticity resource by annealing. There is a preference for forming the relief of the vessel by smaller degrees of distribution and greater degrees of reduction for elimination of the limit states and the operation of intermediate annealing.

Целью данной статьи является структуризация цикла технологических процессов лесосечных работ, дающая возможность вскрыть пути совершенствования использования способов и средств технологического обеспечения. В качестве объектов исследования приняты элементы структуры технологического цикла трелевки древесины колесным сортиментоподборщиком. В настоящее время при анализе циклов технологического процесса (ТП) лесосечных работ с целью оценки эффективности их использования применяется двухуровневая структура. Рассмотрению подвергаются элементы цикла только на его входе и выходе. Внутренняя структура цикла остается без внимания. На основании анализа циклов технологических процессов, выполняемых многооперационными лесными машинами, была установлена необходимость построения их структуры в четырехуровневом исполнении. Представлена структурная схема технологического цикла трелевки древесины колесным сортиментоподборщиком. Она отражает строение и внутреннюю форму организации технологических процессов лесосечных работ как единство устойчивых взаимосвязей между ее элементами. В четырехуровневой структуре ТП лесосечных работ первым уровнем развития является цикл, занимающий вершину структуры, вторым – фазы и третьим – стадии. Основанием структуры является четвертый уровень – рабочие и вспомогательные операции. Многоуровневая структура позволяет вскрыть пути совершенствования технологических процессов на всех этапах развития цикла. Данный подход дает возможность выявить наиболее эффективную реализацию потенциальных возможностей способов и средств технологического обеспечения. Результаты статьи рекомендуется для совершенствования технологических процессов лесосечных работ с целью повышения их эффективности как на стадии их разработки, так и в период эксплуатации многооперационных лесных машин. The purpose of this article is the structuring of a cycle of a technological process of logging operations, enabling them to find ways to improve the use of methods and means of technological support. The elements of the structure of the technological cycle of dragging by a wheeled wood assortment pick-up are taken as the object of research. Currently, the analysis of cycles of a technological process (TP) of logging operations to assess the efficiency of their use a two-level structure is applied. The elements of the cycle only on its input and output are considered. The internal structure of the cycle is left unattended. Considering the analysis of the cycles of multi-stage processes performed by forest machinery, it is necessary to build their structure in a four-level performance. The structural scheme of a technological cycle of logging by a wheeled wood assortment pick-up is given. It reflects the structure and the internal form of organization of technological processes of logging operations, as the unity of stable relationships between its elements. In a four-level structure of the TP of logging operations the first level of the development is a cycle that occupies the top of the structure, the second is phases and the third is stages. The base of the structure is the fourth level – working and supporting operations. The multilevel structure allows to discover ways to improve technological processes at all stages of the cycle. This approach makes it possible to identify the most effective implementation of potential possibilities of the ways and means of technological support. The results of the article are recommended for the improvement of technological processes of logging operations with the aim of increasing their effectiveness, both at the stage of their development, and during the operation of multifunction forest machines.

Malaysia is contemplating removal of most of her subsidy support measures including subsidies on cooking oil which is largely palm oil based. This paper aims to examine the effects of cooking oil subsidy removals on the competitiveness of the oil palm subsector and related markets. This is done by developing and applying a comparative static, multi-commodity, partial equilibrium model with multi-stages of production function for the Malaysian perennial crops subsector which explicitly links different stages of production, primary and intermediate input markets, trade, and policy linkages. Results partly suggest that export of cooking oil will increase by 0.2 per cent due to a 10 per cent cooking oil subsidy reduction, while domestic output of cooking oil may eventually see a net decline of 1.97 per cent. The results clearly point out that the effect of reducing cooking oil subsidies is relatively small at the upstream levels and therefore it only induces minute effects on factor markets. Consequently, the market for other agricultural crops is projected to change very marginally.   Keywords: Multicomodity, comparative statics, partial equilibrium model, output supply-factor markets linkages, effects of cooking oil subsidy removals.
