The advantages and principles of using the concept of Lean-production in industrial enterprises and the place of Lean-management in the overall management system are discussed in the article. Well-known principles of economical production are universal, but each organization is unique, therefore, its principles corresponding to the sphere of activity of a particular enterprise will be formed. The uniqueness of the principles is formed on the basis of creating a map of flows of values. Application of the principles and tools of Lean management at the enterprise will improve the overall management system without breaking the structure of the management model. The advantage of introducing cost effective production will be to obtain a client-centered result. For the effective implementation of the Lean concept, enterprises need to identify, educate their leaders, train them, form a team, motivate staff, and show a personal example of the benefits of using Lean tools.

MongoDB is a NoSQL type of database management system which does not adhere to the commonly used relational database management model. MongoDB is used for horizontal scaling across a large number of servers which may have tens, hundreds or even thousands of servers. This horizontal scaling is performed using sharding. Sharding is a database partitioning technique which partitions large database into smaller parts which are easy to manage and faster to access. There are hundreds of NoSQL databases available in the market. But each NoSQL product is different in terms of features, implementations and behavior. NoSQL and RDBMS solve different set of problems and have different requirements. MongoDB has a powerful query language which extends SQL to JSON enabling developers to take benefit of power of SQL and flexibility of JSON. Along with support for select/from/where type of queries, MongoDB supports aggregation, sorting, joins as well as nested array and collections. To improve query performance, indexes and many more features are also available.

With the escalated increase in municipal solid waste (MSW) generation in Malaysia reaching a shocking 38,000 ton/day in 2017, a sustainable waste management system is much desired. Nationwide, there are 176 landfills but only 8 are sanitary landfill with the rest are open dumpsites. In the campus of University of Malaya, UM Zero Waste Campaign (UM ZWC) was introduced in 2011 to start a long-term campaign to achieve an integrated and sustainable waste management model and ultimately a zero-waste campus. Since year 2015, UM ZWC is fully funded by Sustainability Science Research Cluster of UM (Susci) as one of the living labs of UM as well as by JPPHB under the RMK-11 budget. UM ZWC operating projects including in house composting center, food waste segregation scheme, research composting emission and waste characterization, anaerobic digestion (AD), used clothes collection program, wood waste separate collection, e-waste collection and drop-off recycling collection were initiated under the campaign. Since the inception of the project in 2011 until December 2017, almost over 620 tons of solid waste has been diverted from disposal in landfill with composting, AD, recycling, re-use and energy recovery. A roadmap of UM ZWC was drawn up in 2013, with a goal to achieve 60% landfill diversion by year 2040. In the next 5-10 years, UM ZWC plays a vital role to formalize the recycling collection in UM and further increase the organic waste recycling with green waste shredding and composting. Besides environmental benefits (pollution prevention and carbon emission reduction), UM ZWC brings various benefits such as academic research opportunities for UM, contribute in UM LCCF (Low carbon city framework) target and serve as platform to improve students soft skills and entrepreneur skill. Multi stakeholders participation, support form top management and industrial collaboration are the key factors that are able to drive the development of a sustainable waste management model in UM campus.

Abstract Background and Aims With the continuous advancement of information technology, mobile Internet has entered every family and shown its unique advantages. The development of hospital's information construction on the management of chronic disease, the continuous improvement of hospital APP and Wechat public number functions have provided intelligent services for patients throughout the process. Along with this process, the way of hospital patient follow-up has gradually expanded and improved, and the automation and intellectualization of follow-up work has become a reality. However, The establishment of peritoneal dialysis health management professional team and the implementation of closed-loop health management model, which is based on the Internet closed-loop management model has no clear impact on the self-management ability, quality of life and treatment effect of peritoneal dialysis patients. To explore the effectiveness of Internet based in-hospital and out of hospital closed loop management on the quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis, it is necessary to establish a set of closed loop management system for chronic diseases patients with promotion and practical significance. Method From July 2017 to July 2018, 214 patients with continuous peritoneal dialysis were followed up regularly in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital, and voluntarily participated in this study. The mean follow-up time was 12.6 ± 1.5 months. The differences of blood electrolytes, quality control indexes, self-management ability, quality of life of renal disease and hospital satisfaction were observed before and after closed-loop management. Results Ability of self-management behavior (p < 0.001), quality of life (p < 0.001), satisfaction (p < 0.001), the incidence of infection (p < 0.05), serum albumin (p < 0.05), hemoglobin (p < 0.05)were improved after participating in the closed-loop management. Conclusion The closed-loop management system based on Internet closed-loop management model is effective for the quality of life and treatment effect of peritoneal dialysis patients, which integrates the core functions of follow-up records, intelligent early warning, doctor-patient communication and health education. Through this closed-loop management, medical staff can digitally collect, store, transmit and process the information of in-hospital and out-of-hospital conditions through follow-up analysis, health guidance and remote assistance to achieve the purpose of patient health management. This study shows that this closed-loop management system can effectively manage the health of peritoneal dialysis patients, and provides a replicable model for the management of chronic diseases. Therefore, a comprehensive closed-loop management system based on mobile Internet and information technology, with clinical care as the leading factor and peritoneal dialysis patients as the terminal is a feasible and acceptable follow-up management method for peritoneal dialysis patients and hospitals.

Abstract Risk management is an integrative part of all types of project management. One of the main tasks of pre-investment studies and other project documentation is the tendency to protect investment projects as much as possible against investment risks. Therefore, the provision and regulation of risk information ensure the identification of the probability of the emergence of adverse events, their forms, causes and consequences, and provides a timely measures of protection against risks. This means that risk management involves a set of management methods and techniques used to reduce the possibility of realizing the adverse events and consequences and thus increase the possibilities of achieving the planned results with minimal losses. Investment in mining projects are of capital importance because they are very complex projects, therefore being very risky, because of the influence of internal and external factors and limitations arising from the socio-economic environment. Due to the lack of a risk management system, numerous organizations worldwide have suffered significant financial losses. Therefore, it is necessary for any organization to establish a risk management system as a structural element of system management system as a whole. This paper presents an approach to a Risk management model in the project of opening a surface coal mine, developed based on studies of extensive scientific literature and personal experiences of the author, and which, with certain modifications, may find use for any investment project, both in the mining industry as well as in investment projects in other areas.
